Got my CPR card from Felix at the beginning of the year- he was great! Informative, professional, and made the class fun. However, I cant say the same about the customer service. I called a couple of weeks ago to try to get a replacement card because my wallet was stolen. Got a quick response from my instructor and was told that he would figure everything out and that he would get the company to send me out a replacement card. Great. Havent heard anything from Acute Care since then. I called again today to ask if there was any updates and was immediately met with a rude woman named Jennie or Jeanine. She accused me of telling her something different than what I told my instructor, and continued to be very unprofessional and tell me that the instructor was mad at her and therefore was not responding to her emails lately. She needs a refresher course on what is appropriate when speaking to a customer. Getting a replacement card isnt worth dealing with the customer service here. I called back and cancelled my request for the new card and just scheduled and paid for a whole new class (with a different company) to get away from their unprofessional services.
Easy to register for classes online. Classes taught by professionals. Many locations to choose from. Great educational review. I go and have all my employees go. Cant say enough good things about them.
Avoid this Training Center at all costs. The TC has Instructors posting fraudulent classes in the Find a Course tool. Avoid organization or you will be defrauded.
