Hey Stormwind, I assume you have heard the phrase No means no!? Well teach the meaning of those words to your sales staff. They call again and again, and again, and AGAIN, even though I have told them to stop! Now they have started calling my office and my cell phone, and when I dont answer they just hang up instead of leaving a voice mail message. Please stop calling me, or my next step will be to report your business to the Federal Trade Commission. So dont call to apologize. Dont call to offer me a special deal. Just dont call me....EVER AGAIN! Gee thanks. 👍

So far all of the instructors here have been great! I would recommend Stormwinds to anyone looking to get through IT certifications. You get really good bang for your buck and a ton of different resources to go through which help with retention.

I have asked them 3 times now to not keep calling me. They dont listen. It is becoming harassment. I cant tell you what I told them when they called me yet again today, My language was very nasty that I do not care to repeat here... but if they keep calling me that is all they are going to get... rude language. They are disgusting people I would never care to deal with nor talk to.

I have to say I am extremely disappointed with this company, and the 1 star I give it is truly earned. Ill start by saying I have about 25 years of field experience, and a ton of certifications so I have an idea of what the product should look like. I have watched about 15 hours of classes and feel ripped off. There is of course a ton of wasted time in each class at the beginning. However, the entire course content is just a poor quality webcam in an instructors home office space. The light isnt great though passable. The audio is not good at all. They strictly record a session and provide a recording and call it good. There is no re-recording or removal of basic problems. A cell phone rings during class? Deal with it. An instructor makes an obvious mistake and spends many minutes before realizing it-too bad. These things might expect to be present in a live only class, but in a recorded product is unacceptable. Even a high school attempt at basic editing would improve the quality significantly, and cut down wasted time. The only editing they have is to slap an overly loud logo at the start of the recording. Add to this arrogant instructors who have a self-entitled attitude and at times stares at the camera and you have a lot of fun. The content so far has not been great but that judgment may depend on your experience level. At times you are treated like a total rookie (I do not need to have explained to me what an icon is during an advanced class) and at times complex topics are dismissed entirely or covered in only a few words. This shows they have no real grasp of their audience. There is much more I could say but it would be excessive for a small review.tldr- Dont waste your time here. There are better sources of info on Youtube.

I took the PMP prep course on-demand with Ashley Hunt and passed the exam on my first try. Ashley is an effective instructor for a long list of reasons: clearly explains complex topics, helps understand how to approach the material (e.g. understand concepts rather than memorize definitions), tells you the few things to actually memorize, helps prioritize your study time, calls attention to the most important concepts, engages students, offers project management in a variety of formats, and is funny and engaging as a teacher, making the long class hours pass quickly. She is also generous with her time for each student. Shes a natural teacher who then seems to put in a lot of effort to make herself even better. This course is outstanding!

Ive been doing associate level prep for networking (CCNA and CCNP training.) The courses are fantastic, both recorded and live. The lab environment is outstanding. Its easy to load in lab configurations to practice specific skills, but I can also just play around and break things (and try to fix them,) in the default playground. Ive only had one professor so far, but hes incredible. I could not be more happy with my choice to go with Stormwind.

I love Storm Wind Studios! When I first heard of this, I thought it was such a great idea. In a small shop, it is hard to spare the personnel and expenses to be gone for a week for a training class. Also, at the same price or less with StormWind Studios, you can get a buffet of training, and you can do it on your schedule, no plane tickets, hotels, etc. It is a perfect fit for me. These guys are an actual pest. They have been calling my workplaces main number and asking to speak with me almost every single day for months. I don’t know when they will realize Im not interested and will give up...Pathetic desperate attempt at getting sales.Stay away from this dishonest company. Most of the other reviews are fake and you can tell because they have only one review. I dont know whats more pathetic, the fact that they call everyday or the fact that they made a bunch of fake accounts to leave a 5 star reviews for themselves.

The all access pass is so worth it. I took the project management courses for professional development as well as preparation for my PMP. I passed on my first attempt! I attended the live classes, but since everything is recorded, I was able to go back and listen to lectures of the topics I had not yet mastered. Access to practice exams. The focused classes on leadership, communications, negotiations, cross cultural teams, Agile, etc. provided a deep dive into those areas, which are critical for PM excellence!

Just got a call from these people, they masked their number to look like they were located in my area. I told the guy we already have 2 companies for training and we are very happy with them and I was too busy to answer more questions, he then asked when I have my next courses scheduled and what courses they were and kept trying to push me to consider them - I then hung up on him. I manage a very fast paced company, if someone tells you they are too busy to answer your questions let them go, also dont mask your numbers it doesnt make anyone want to choose your company.

I cannot recommend this method of training enough. There is a great choice of training available for my team. I am also able to incorporate a specific number of training hours into their annual goals and objectives that they are able to meet quarterly with little impact to their normal workload.

I had a one year subscription with my previous employer and loved the format and being able to quickly watch a class that I missed. They usually have that days class recordings up with in a few hours. This is great if you are too busy to be able to attend the live sessions.

Stormwind has provided excellent training to my team. They provide my group the ability to cross train with live interactive classes and not have to miss time away from the office. We are provided a huge bang for the buck.

Several harassing calls and the sales guy TJ asked probing questions about my superiors. When I said I wouldnt share that information he hung up on me. Shady and deceptive.... avoid these people they will sell your data.

I was hung up on my the person who answered the phone. UNPROFESSIONAL.This behavior reminds me of all the scam calls we get today... If youre legit, why hangup when someone asks you to remove them as a prospect in salesforce or what ever CRM/LeadGen software youre using. SCAM OR LAZY?

After graduating with a degree in computer science 20 years ago , I decided it was about time to refresh my skills and get some IT certifications. I have found that StormWinds online training is easy to follow, has tons of material, and the instructors know the subject material. I look forward to taking more courses with them.

Online training is usually awful. But Stormwind has such an amazingly real feel to it. Love all the instructors there and the staff is just a delight to work with. Go for it!

StormWind Studios for the WIN! The instructors (Desiree & Raymond) are top notch. They are experts at their craft and love to share their knowledge. Their enthusiasm is infectious. I was fortunate enough to take both the live training and recorded sessions for ICND1 & ICND2. After ICND1 I got my CCENT and after ICND2 (which I just recently completed) I got my CCNA. I recently had a VMware training class with StormWinds Studios. Great overall experience all the way from the beginning. My instructor was awesome and I didnt feel like I was in a boring class. He made the class fun. His real world experiences of utilizing the VMWare software gave an expert insight to how it really works. It was just someone who new the Marketing points to hit on. He really was great. My experience was so great I will definitely be taking classes there in the future.

These jerks call my place of employment, trying to get myself and team to use them for certifications and such. I told them to remove us off their list, no luck. They keep calling.Also they use fictitious numbers, that are local to your area code so they sucker you into picking up the phone thinking its someone local when its them from AZ -- Im in Florida by the way.Truth be told, IT Certs are mostly all FREE, online. Just google, do your home work and you can obtain them FREE! :)

Excellent teaching staff and pre-recorded video allows you to preview the content before the live lessons and you can review the material later on when you are prepping for the exams as well.Definitely helped me pass my certification exams.Thank you Stormwind. :)

I received a call from a local number. It was a salesman from StormWind Studios. He kept pressing me asking if I was sure I never heard of his company. I told him I had not and he kept laughing at me in disbelief that someone in IT wouldnt have heard of his company. I told him I apologized that I must be very foolish for not having had heard of them and he kept laughing at me and then hung up.Needless to say, I dont care to learn more about StormWind Studios.

Got a Subscription to the Cisco Epic Live content on Stormwind Studios. All of the Staff that I have dealt with are really nice and very eager to help. Desiree knows Cisco extremely well. The 2 hour learning chunks are a lot more beneficial than 8-10 hour Days with Death by Powerpoint. I would definitely recommend Stormwind to anybody that wanted to take classes in IT.

They keep calling me once a week and they laugh when I ask them to please stop calling that I will never purchase anything from them. Dont know about the company only the fact that their sales staff is way to pushy and you never laugh at a customer when they ask you not to call again.

Terrible Salespeople. Wont take no for an answer, pushy and rude, then theyll make one last comment before hanging up on you (went back to the recorded phone call Carolina was the name she gave). I only wish they would have hung up on me 5 minutes earlier and saved me the time.
