I have known Dr. Daniel and had him as my dentist ever since I was about 5 years old and I can definitely say that he is one of the best around. He is so kind and is truly family to us. I remember when me and my brother were young, he even gave us Christmas gifts. He is always is looking out for his patients and thinks ahead of what will be the best for you. He motivates me to take better care of myself and the health of my teeth.

I recently visited the office of Dr. Kang. It has been a long time since I visited another dentist. I was so grateful I was able to get an appointment during this pandemic. My teeth were at a bad state at the moment. Unlike my previous dentists, Dr. Kang was very straight forward and genuine. He told me my options of treatment and explained in detail each procedure and the outcome. I was very pleased with the his approach of the situation and was able to have full confidence in the treatment that was given. After treating some really major work on my teeth, I felt so relieve of all the pain I felt prior to coming in. I would recommend Dr. Kang and his staff because of they are all experienced professionals who provide top quality service and dental work.

Have been a patient at Pure Dental for years. Dr Kang has been great and his staff always friendly. I appreciate the reminders before upcoming appointments. When in the chair, they help me understand the issues I have and what preventative measures I can take to avoid costly mistakes (chewing on ice for example).I now take my son here. He was nervous at first but the staff made him feel safe and was patient with him. He now doesn’t mind coming to watch videos in the chair while they clean. He loves to see Dr Kang, Alex and Eliza.

I went to see Dr. Kang several years ago after having unpleasant experiences at other offices around the valley. It had been awhile since I had regular visits and other dentists said I needed lots of work but didn’t explain why and they also made me feel judged. I went to Dr. Kang after talking with a coworker who had nothing but good things to say about him.I set up an appointment and had my initial visit. It was unlike any experience I have ever had at a dentist. He and his staff showed compassion and Dr. Kang took the time to walk me through what my treatment plan should be and why. After that visit I understood what had to be done and had full confidence on why.Dr. Kang has been my dentist ever since. He is an experienced professional who has gone above and beyond for me time after time. He takes the time to do the job right the first time and his quality is top-notch. The office is flexible with my work schedule and they value my time. I cannot remember the last time I had to wait past my scheduled appointment.If you want a consummate professional who goes above and beyond for his patients, Dr. Kang is the dentist for you.

Ive been delaying getting my checkup and cleaning for a while. Found Pure Dental online and his staff got me right in. Especially like the quick responses and helped me with my insurance questions. Dr K was concise and showed me all my teeth. I like that how hes upfront, took the time to talk to me and actually showed me what I need. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Kang is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. Not only is his staff cordial and professional, he is also very accommodating to your schedule. Luv the efficiency of this office, they are punctual and friendly. I got greeted immediately and Dr Kang introduced himself. I have been going to a dentist all my life and get cleanings. My other office kept changing dentist every time and . Dr Kang assured me that hes been established here and from the community volunteering it looks like it. My last dentist did a filling that has been hurting since last month and since doc re-did it, Ive been pain free! Definitely go there if your in need of great dental care!

Ill put it this way: I actually ENJOY going to the dentist because of Dr. Kang. He has been my dentist for 11 years. He is extremely friendly and also very good at what he does. He recommends preventative procedures that stop small issues before they become large ones. His staff is friendly and hardworking. I dont know how to give Pure Dental and Dr. Kang a bigger recommendation!

Professionalism. Dr. Kang and staff represent this to the fullest. Being a student, my schedule is all over the place and when I needed to make an appointment the staff helped me find the perfect time. Scheduling my appointment wasnt the only easy part, but also understanding what was going on in my mouth was great to learn. He makes sense of everything. Dr. Kang and his staff walked me through what I needed to get done and pretty much set up a gameplan for my mouth. Felt comfortable the whole time and never felt rushed at all during my first time. Dr. Kang is a true professional and the best dentist I have used. He is an honest man and will does not seek to overcharge you and up-sell you. His office crew is extremely nice and are always very accommodating.I always recommend Pure Dental to all of my family and friends.

Very wonderful first visit - I was told I needed a limited amount of work and made another appointment and then once I was in the chair in December I had my $1500 benefit used and ended up with two temporary crowns (that a previous dentist had already put a perm. crown on the year before). After the appointment I had severe pain - he couldnt see me so I had to go to another doctor - I had to have a root canal and when I went back, he told me he had to do additional procedures to be able to put the new crowns on since I had gone to another doctor. $1800 later - he told me I still needed thousands of work done -I told him to do the minimum - I had NO money (traveling to take care of my terminally ill mother has wiped me out). I said I had $20 in my purse until payday. They said they would take that. I also got severely sick after my visit - I took a photo of the tools that were used in my mouth - they were placed on a chair (see photo). His practice is the definition of bait and switch.

He did my temporary crowns at the AZ moms free dental clinic, just today December 8th 2018 and he is awesome they ran out of material but he still squeeze me in he is a very good dentist very hard-working and knows what the hell hes doing he does not make you get unnecessary work he could have had me get a root canal but he saved my already done root canal

I have been a patient with Dr. Kang for about 8 years. I have always had a pleasant experience with Pure Dental. Dr Kang has always been courteous, professional, and caring. The staff has always been top notch and friendly.

Be very sceptical of this dentist. He was in the middle of a root canal and spontaneously told me that I should have a root canal on the molar next to it since I was already numb. The crowns he put on my teeth both came off. A year later, I went to a different dentist because of probly with the teeth that Kang worked on. Both of the teeth he did root canals on needed to later be pulled, after the crowns came off... They came off because there was not substantial foundation to hold the crowns. His work is very poor quality. Now I have implants. There are questionable charges that Dr Kang wanted to Bill me for, unnecessary work that unfortunately he pressured me to allow him to do. Youd thing in Scottsdale that only the best dentists would be in practice, this is not the case with Dr. Kang. Do your research on the various reviews for him on different websites... This man is a swindler.

Three weeks ago was the first time that I have been to Dr. Kang’s office for dental care. He examined my teeth and thoroughly explained what needed to be done.Dr. Kang was a very enthusiastic and friendly dentist that made me feel comfortable. I had 1 extraction, 2 fillings and 1 crown done. He was gentle and patient when he was working on my teeth. I had a great experience and I am happy with my new teeth. Before coming to Dr. Kang’s office, I was nervous to tryout a new dentist. But now he is our family’s dentist. I also recommended a couple of my friends to Dr. Kang and they were pleased with his excellent work. I highly recommend Dr. Kang.

I have been a patient of Dr. Daniel Kangs for approximately eight (8) years. He and his staff are always courteous and punctual. (Even when I arrive half an hour early with the intention of enjoying the magazines in the waiting room, they foil my plans and see me early!) Dr. Kang always explains my dental care and costs in a clear and concise manner. When I first began seeing him, I had a full time job with medical and dental benefits; when I left that job to become a starving student without dental insurance, Dr. Kang continued to offer me affordable dental care while I finished my doctorate. Several months ago, I had a dental emergency and Dr. Kang saw me immediately (same day). I had knocked my tooth out but Dr. Kang made what should have been a horrible experience somehow completely comfortable for me, and the process of getting a dental implant very easy and affordable. The implant feels awesome and completely natural. My smile looks better than before, as the tooth in question had been slightly crooked and Dr. Kang corrected this with the implant. I have received compliments from friends and family who got to see the before and after effects both in person and in pictures. I am so impressed with Dr. Kangs bedside (chairside?) manner and his work. I refer all my friends to him and will continue to do so.
