I have been a client of Nova Organic a few years now and my skin has been so much better since then. I got the membership plan where I can have a facial and one massage per month! I love the “detoxing honey massage” ( and now my husband is also a client - he loved it - as well my father-in-law!!). Linda has amazing hands, her massages are the best! The facial she does also are wonderful. My favorite are the Jurlique vitamin c and the OxyGeneo 3-in1 Super Facial! If I could I would do it once per week!! I look 10 years younger after have my facials! It became a must deserved me time!!! I also got my daily facial products from there - my skin really likes jurlique and dr spiller ones! Thank you Linda for providing such a great service!

Loved loved loved loved my massage and facial with Linda. I’m so grateful for her scheduling me last minute. I had a very relaxing and soothing CBD oil massage and facial. Everything was fantastic and done to the highest standards. She is so awesome, energetic, and positive. Just a joy to be around. Great personality and beautiful soul she has. I only wish I could have scheduled a longer 90 minute session. She is the best at what she does. If you want the very best, come and schedule a session with her. Your body will thank you later. If I could give ten stars I would! What an incredible experience, from start to finish. My girlfriends got me a spa day as a pick me up as my father had recently passed. I asked Linda for her recommendation and she started with the CBD massage. It was the most relaxing massage I have ever gotten in my life. After I received a custom facial based on my needs. My skin felt great afterwards, very clean and refreshed. Linda has the healing touch and she I would highly recommend services here if you are in the Scottsdale area.

NOVA Organic has provided me a great experience. I booked an appointment for the well known in other parts of the world and states, Dr. Schrammek’s green peel. I had done once before in a different state, since I couldn’t find it in Arizona, it works wonders when done properly. But, thanks to Linda now we do have it. You will not know how beneficial is until you try it. She did a great job, and the customer experience was amazing, including her family that helps with the business. I will highly recommend this spa to anyone.

Its a very nice, calm place to forget your troubles and to enjoy a moment for yourself and Your health. The service is awesome and friendly. I love the facials, massages, and treatments that I get to try. They also support using products with essential oils and beneficial for the skin. Totally recommend coming here. 😘💜🦋

This is the second time I have been and it was amazing. My wife set up a birthday massage and Linda was amazing. She asked where I wanted her to focus and worked those muscles incredibly! They fit me in super last minute for a facial and couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and kind. I had a great experience here at Nova during my appointment today. First off, I was a little lost in direction and the front desk took the time to come outside and wave at me to help me locate the building. Very helpful. Linda was my massage and facial associate and she did an amazing job. She gave me great feedback and tips about what to do to help my back muscles and body in general. She let me know what she was putting on me, what the products consisted of, and when she was going to touch me. Her and the lady at the front desk were both very friendly and were very welcoming and kept a great conversation going. I hear that they have Mothers Day specials coming up and I plan on visiting again soon.

Because Dana is so sweet and the lovely owner gave me an amazing massage and really cares about how I look after my skin and not just about me buying products. That shows the depth of who they are as people! I love the whole team ❤️

I have been a member here for over a year and just renewed to get two services a month. I love it here. I love the personal touch they bring, on top of the excellent service. I have been to many spas and rarely do I feel like the people there actually listen or care. At Nova, they do. I really felt honored, when they remembered my birthday. It was a rough week for me and that little personal touch meant the world to me.

I was in town for Spring break and my mom booked me a facial treatment at this Spa- it was amazing! My skin is still smooth as a babys after one week- they also recommended great organic products to continue taking good care of my skin. The staff and management is mainly European and you can tell the extra classy touch! It is small and intimate and you feel treated like a princess- thank you ladies and see you next time I visit

I love coming to Nova organic and having my facials once a month! I have been coming here for a year now and I noticed how my face improved after facials and using ilike cosmetics. Linda is absolutely amazing and she does the best facials I have ever had! I recommended this place to my sisters and friends and definitely recommend it to anyone who cares about getting great facials and good organic cosmetics!

I decided to treat myself to a birthday facial and, as a first time client, I was blown away! Linda immediately greeted me upon arrival and offered me some tea and water. She also executed my facial and tailored it to my skin while focusing on my areas of concern. Linda was so sweet and professional, and the facial was heaven! So relaxing and intricate, as she also did a hand scrub and mini shoulder/neck massage. The products used are all organic and super concentrated (they use Ilike products), and they all smell amazing! I left feeling completely rejuvenated and my skin glowed! I signed up for a membership and made an appointment for next month, because honestly, where has this place been all my life? :)

My boyfriend bought me a gift certificate for Christmas and it was a 60 minute massage and 30 minute facial. They did NOT use the entire hour and a half. I arrived at 5:30, filled out paperwork and waited until the room was ready so my service started at 5:50pm and ended at 6pm! Linda was very nice and there was great service but my time was cut short of what was paid.

DO NOT go here! I wish I could give zero stars, or even minus stars. This is the first time I have ever written a review, so you know my experience is terrible. I purchased two massage/facial packages through Groupon for myself and my mother-in-law. I called to have two appointments booked at the same time for the both of us. Upon arriving for the appointment, they claimed they had no record of us, and denied services. I was initially understanding since we all make errors, even though I am 100% certain I made these appointments, not to mention drove 30 miles each way to Scottsdale, only to be turned away. Not only that, but the two ladies at the desk had terrible attitudes, and essentially called me a liar, as if I had never made these appointments, even though my phone log shows otherwise. Instead of offering to make it up to us, such as a free massage if we could reschedule, or something to show they wanted to make things right, they were rude, and showed the worst customer service. I will not be going there again, as I am in the process of disputing the charges through my credit card company. What a disappointment, to say the least. Stay away!!
