Horizon HS is a wonderful place for teens to learn and grow into fine young adults. The staff cares about the students and encourages them to achieve their fullest potential. I have 4 children who are responsible, respectable young adults that graduated from there. They were involved in something, which is the key to being successful in any endeavor. You reap the benefits from the effort you put into it. Join a club, activity or sport...something that matters. Find your niche and enjoy the ride!

I am currently a sophomore in Horizon and I LOVE this school! The teachers and staff are really nice and super helpful. I love going here it is a very good school.

Do not ever take yearbook, you will regret it greatly. I was part of the yearbook staff for a year, according to a friend I have that took yearbook again this year, barely anyone returned and for good reason. Great school nonetheless.

I graduated this High School, back in the 90s. I have great memories of the teachers, the theater and music department. This is a wonderful school. Be proud to be a, Husky, when attending this school.

Both of my kids graduated from here. My youngest graduates tonight. All things considered, this is a great school. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend it.

Worse decision I ever made was to send my son here. No my child is not perfect but this school offered no help. The best thing I did for my child was to remove him. Wish I would have done it sooner.

PARENTS BEWARE!!!!!!!!If you have a student athlete, esp football. Before sending your child here consider the CHARACTER OF THE HEAD COACH..... This man is dead set on ruining a childs future than trusting, or having faith that his 205/16 football team can win without a certain player. He is so upset that one, just one player left the school due to horrible circumstances that he is determined to ruin this childs future. He consistently tells lies, calls and texts this kid, harasses his entire family all because he had to leave his football program. Instead of fixing his team, he neglects them because he is so determined to destroy another childs life. What parent would want to a coach, or coaching staff that would turn around and make a goal to ruin your childs future if he leaves their program. THIS COACHING STAFF IS A DISGRACE TO THE COACHES IN ARIZONA. All of this will be made public soon showing the true colors of the sick, distorted people who coach these children every day. The are not mentors, they are not honorable people. THIS SCHOOL IS THE WRONG CHOICE FOR PARENTS OF ATHLETES. Look out for the all public information to come out about these disgusting people. Petitions are being signed all over the valley, over 2,000 signatures so far. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO BE TORMENTED BY THE COACHING STAFF AT THIS SCHOOL.

Im in Middle school and I need help picking a high school, and this school is an option for me, I read the comments down below and I still dont know what to do, so can somebody tell me is this the high school I should choose? :)
