Many of the 5 star reviews are from their own employees. The same employees who cut off my access to the course, the data tools and coaching calls and are now charging me $2,000 for 8 months of services they did not deliver. I did send out mailings using their in-house mailing service with their blind offer method and did not receive any deals. I recommend to get access to data tools yourself and learn from youtube and bigger pockets and save yourself a whole lot of money.

STAY AWAY FROM LAND ACADEMY. This company has shady billing practices. They do these daily youtube videos to make it seem like they are just a nice husband and wife looking to help you. They are just billing you over and over again and you cannot get them to stop even after 12 months. They dont email or call you back when you call to cancel.

Life changing Program and Membership! I never would have thought Land could make me money! It surprised me and has not only given me money ha but has given me freedom from the 9-5 corporate life. I now run my own business, I cant thank Steven and Jill enough.

I have been with Land Academy for a little over a year and I cant thank Steven and Jill enough for the time dedication they give us members. I truly look forward to their weekly calls with us where they make sure to answer all our questions! Also, Deedperfect has saved me so much money! Lord knows how many times I have messed up a deed and was able to recreate it.

Land Academy has been consistently good to me! I was worried at first but it has paid off. If you are looking for something to gain success and financial freedom, I HIGHLY recommend Land Academy!

Be very weary. They lock you into a contract and wont stop billing you. On top of this, the instructions seem to teach people to broker without a license, which is a felony in most states. Be very, very careful doing business with these people. I regret and will share the experience.
