Jeff Raskins presentation on Transaction Desk was very easy to follow and he allowed ample time for questions and clarifications. When you use a program for a number of years its easy to fall into using it a certain way. Jeffs class showed me ways to make my Transaction Desk use more efficient and to explore features Im not familiar with. I appreciate that he started and ended the class right on time. Great value for a minimal cost, too!

A big Thank You for the Authentisign class. Ive been a full time Realtor for 18 years and have struggled with the product but you cut through the murkiness and made it crystal clear. I have taken two classes so far with Jeffrey Raskin and have enjoyed them very much. It is refreshing to be taught stuff that is current and in need of knowing. I have always been afraid of writing up a contract, but with his technical knowledge he has given me confidence that when I do hang my license with a broker that I will not have any issues. I plan on taking all 24 CE classes with this group and in the future I will come back and take the next 24 CE credits with them.

I bought a new Microsoft laptop from Jeff Raskin in December and two days ago I spilled a whole cup of coffee on it. I dried it out for two days as it was suggested and it still wasn’t working correctly. Jeff was there that same day with a brand new computer for a very minimal charge compared to buying a brand new one. He help set it up and sent me over to the AAR Tech Helpline to install my printer correctly. His service is invaluable and I highly recommend him.

I have taken 2 Transaction classes live and by far I got more from this zoom class. It seems like theres way more interruptions in the live classes. I totally understand people have questions but if all 50 people are asking questions it leaves less time for the instructor and then it gets to be a rush rush we got lots to cover. Originally, I tried the Transaction Desk videos but didnt find them very helpful, Too short and left many basic questions unanswered.
