Had an amazing experience with 911 Driving School. I took both my knowledge and road test here along with two road lessons as preparation and the service provided by 911 and their incredible instructors was always amazing and fair.I had the absolute pleasure of working with two different instructors here (one when I was taking the lessons and another instructor in the road test I took today) and both of them had an incredible ability to instruct calmly and clearly and make the ride feel both informative and tranquil. When I had faults they allowed me to learn better how to fix them. My road test was a perfect example of this as I came in extremely nervous but my instructor/examiner helped calm those nerves down and I proceeded to do well in the test and had an incredible conversation on top of that.Overall amazing people over at 911 Driving School Seattle and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any new or learning drivers.

I would highly recommend the instructor David & Charles who taught practical driving skills and judge you by how good you drive VS how OBVIOUS you try to turn your head at SMOG.In the meantime, I would recommend against Marc, who is the opposite style. The sad thing is that even though he tried hard to teach you the details about test, he will still get arbitrary marks off the test that wont help you anyway...

I had a great experience with Marc as my instructor.Marc was a pleasure to learn from. Always positive and fun which is helpful in stressful moments. Plus he is such a knowledgeable and supportive instructor.He was very calm at my most nervous moments, and he always put me at ease. Whenever I needed extra practice or had a weakness, he made sure to repeat those maneuvers until I was comfortable.He no doubt has made me a better and safe driver, and I will miss my drives with him.Highly recommend scheduling with Marc :)

I had awsome and friendly experience with 911. I took 10 lessons and driving test and it went smooth. I had to cancel classes due to some medical reasons they were quick to reschedule class with no extra fee. Special thanks to Charles , I havent driven at all and being my first time behind the wheel he made it easy to understand the basics as his teaching techniques are fun to learn. I would suggest to take a class with him and would be worth it. Thanks to Charles, I was able to pass the test in one attempt. Thanks 911 for a great experience.

I took the knowledge and road test with 911 Driving School of Seattle and was highly impressed by their friendly and professional approach to offering the service. The neighbourhood is tough to take the road test, with its narrow streets, vehicles parked on both sides, numerous stop signs, protected and unprotected turns, school zones etc.. But my instructors super helpful guidance in the warmup lesson helped me not just get a good understanding of the route but also map out key driving tactics to manage during the actual test. He was relaxed, friendly and offered lots of great advice on acing the test. With his guidance, I was able to pass the road test quite easily. Two thumbs up to the school and their staff, I would highly recommend them to anyone considering driving lessons and/or testing services for a WA state DL.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND to join 911 driving school. I took lessons pack and they covered every skill needed for driving exam as well as covered real life scenarios during lesson. Rami is awesome tutor as well as others. Front desk employees were very accommodating as well and helped me plan out learning class as per my schedule. I would recommend to join their cancellation waitlist if you wanna have lessons faster and availability is less due to high demand. Thank you ☺️

I had my second road test yesterday with Mark and hes a great examiner. Hes a great communicator, calm and very knowledgeable and very generous in sharing tips, answer questions when the test was finished.

I took both my knowledge and road test with the 911 Driving School of Seattle and the ease and flexibility of everyone here is unparalleled. This was also the first time I was learning to drive and I took a 10 lesson pack with Charles. There are no words to describe how much of an excellent teacher Charles is. He groomed me from not knowing anything about driving to passing the test with flying colors in just 10 lessons. I am so grateful to him for making this so easy for me. He was always very explicit in his feedback, which made me learn when I made a mistake and boosted my confidence when I did something right. I specially liked that he took me to the freeway which instantly made me so confident about my skills. I would recommend this school and specially Charles to anyone who wants to learn how to drive :)

I went here for both my knowledge test and road test and had a great experience both times! I booked a 40 min warm up along with my road test, and I was nervous at first but my driving test instructor Rami helped me stay calm and focused throughout and answered all my questions. He understood which manouvers I needed to focus on and ensured we practiced those at least a couple times. Overall, it was professional, efficient and great value. Highly recommend!

I took my knowledge test and 10 (1 hour) Adult driving lessons and my driving test in this school. Had 4 lessons with Charles and rest of the lessons with Marc Loveall.The front desk employees are very nice. They are super responsive to the emails. They were kind enough to schedule one more class for free of charge to compensate for the last minute cancellations for 2 lessons.Posting reviews for both of my instructors to help people.Charles:1. He never wore mask in the car which used to feel a bit unsafe.2. He goes into too much detail (theory). So I could only drive for just 15-20 mins in every class, since the car used to be parked most of the time while he teaching me theory.3. He missed some important details while teaching me parking on a hill (like which direction would your front wheels move if the curb is soft, Marc covered all those details for me).4. By the end of the 4th class, I didnt know how to make turns (left/right) but he took me to freeway in my 3rd class, he could have rather focused on city driving, teaching me how to take turns.Marc Loveall:1. He is a great instructor. Always made sure the driving seat is sanitized and always wore the mask during the lessons. Felt safer.2. I started all over with Marc as I was not confident with my driving. He taught me theory very quickly and focused more on practical driving.3. Once I was confident with the city driving (taking turns, changing lanes), he then taught me parallel parking and backing around the corner.4. With Marc, I got to practice driving a lot in every class (around 40-45 mins) which boosted my confidence.5. I scheduled my driving test as well with him and he made me so comfortable that I didnt even realize that I was taking the test and I passed with high score (above 90) in my first attempt.I dont know about other instructors but I would definitely recommend Marc as he is very calm, focuses on practical learning, tells small details and explains with logic which makes it really easy to understand and drive.

I found my experience @ 911 of Seattle very pleasant and time efficient thanks to kind, honest and very responsive staff. For starters, my entire driving schedule was figured out and set up within 15 minutes and via email (thanks Amanda and John). Driving classes exceeded my expectations. Charles applies lots of common sense knowledge and real life road scenarios in his teachings. Listen, ask questions and Youll benefit from it. I firmly believe I became better driver thanks to Charles honest and open feedback provided with a specific dose of humor. My experience was great, I would not change a thing. Practical exam was a formality - I did pass it without a single point being withdrawn. No stress. Everything was well rehearsed and practiced. Id definitely recommend 911 of Seattle and Charles as an instructor specifically, to both new as well as experienced drivers.

This was a very positive experience.Especially, I would like to share my feedback about the instructor named Bill, with whom I had the road test today at the University Way testing location. I have had a great experience doing my road test with Bill. He was very professional. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone planning to do the road test. His calmness helped me focus on the road during the test and I felt very comfortable driving the car in his presence.

I had a very bad experience at this school. It seems like failing two times on the driving test is the only reason instructors are hired here especially in case of immigrants. I signed up for the warm up session before the test, but the instructor never told me that warmup time has started, never let me ask any questions. Anytime I say something, hell get very offended and will start yelling. I took the test twice and both times it seems intentional to fail for no mistakes. They are more interested in running a business than actually passing the candidates.

I am so glad that I chose to learn to drive at 911 Driving School because the teachers are all very caring and attentive to the students. I did my learning back in April during quarantine over zoom, but Derek made it easy to pay attention and I passed my writing test easily.I took most of my driving lessons with Charles, and he is amazing! We purchased an additional five lessons and he boosted my confidence while driving and prepared me well for the road test. He was patient with me and corrected my mistake in a helpful way. Charles also identified why I was making certain mistakes and the root of the problems, then gave tips of how to improve.

All the instructors here are very knowledgeable, and what makes them special is that they explain the why in addition to the how. I feel confident on the road after these lessons, which has helped me secure my drivers license. Special mention to Mark, whose observation skills are amazingly sharp and accurate!

Great experience. The instructors are actual police officer, whether you’re an experienced adult driver from Canada, like myself, or a young new driver; I highly recommend that place. If you just need to go in to pass the road test, take the warming session for the full hour; really worth it.

If I could give this school a negative rating, I would. The driving instructor was incredibly rude and condescending. I paid for the 40 minute review session prior to my drivers test that I did not even receive. Once in the car, the instructor was no help. He refused to clarify any questions I had. It seemed he was there more so to just let out some frustration. Before I had even started driving, he made it clear he thought I would fail the test. He instilled a great deal of anxiety and worry into me as i drove. The instructor also removed his mask immediately after getting into the car with me. This is just plain negligence and poses as a health risk to me. His rude and condescending attitude combined with him playing the radio loudly and removing his mask did not create an environment I felt comfortable in. Nor one that allowed me to succeed on my test.

Their process was pretty straight forward - I booked the tests online and showed up for the tests at the school.For driving test, I purchased the road test with warm-up package and was instructed/examined by Derek (whom Id credit the 5 star review). Hes a fun and knowledgeable person, and helped me feel a lot less anxious about the test. During/after the warm up, he explained my mistakes and how to correct those. Got both my knowledge test and driving test done with these guys. Extremely professional all round and know exactly what needs to be done. The whole process was a breeze. Took the warm-up + driving test with Remy who was fantastic. He made me feel at ease during the warm up, I already knew how to drive but his advice during warm up gave me even more confidence. Fantastic experience all around, highly recommend.

I loved learning all my lessons with Charles. He is very good with his techniques of teaching (very accurate, systematic and work always). Sometimes his statements might seem like taunts or intimidation, but they are not. He has a unique way of instilling that alertness thats always required when you drive on the road. This makes you a better driver and ensures safety of others on the road.I am so confident now that I can drive well, parallel park and back around corner any time. He is very fun to talk with too. He is considerate and will work with you on what you need. I found him to be really effective.Im going to train with him for my freeway lessons soon.

My instructor Charles was the most unprofessional and disrespectful person Ive had to be in contact with for a long time. Upon arriving and passing my written test on the second attempt, Charles proceeded to tell me the passing score I got suggested I would fail the driving test. When it came to the driving portion Charles removed his mask in the vehicle, something I did not feel safe bringing up since he was the one testing me, and this was an overall threat to my safety as I am immunocompromised. 911 do better. Looking through these reviews is troubling and I see many people of color upset with the behavior your employees demonstrated. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

Charles is the best instructor at 911 driving school. He is very strict, but his advices really deserves it. I have been with other instructors as well, and they are also quite nice. However, if u want to pass the test with great improvement, I believe he is the best instructor to go. Also noted that when he thinks u r getting capable of driving well and safe, he always take u to highway. He thinks that helps u to improve the perception on surrounding and the ability to control the car, which is super nice. It’s really helpful !

My over all experience was wonderful with 911 driving school.I had 4 lessons with David, who focused on boosting my Confidence behind the wheel on the streets .I had other 3 lessons with Marc, who tought me parking manuvers and some freeway practice. He has really good tricks!Last 3 lessons were with Charles, which were epic as he figured out my weak points, focused on improving them. (He is The driving wizard!). With him the experience was like mock tests before the final exam. On last day he even tought me how to fill the gas as he knew I dont have access to practice driving personally before getting license.All instructors were super professional, calm and pointed me towards right direction with encouragement and pointing out weak points in order to improve. Overall they made me ready for the road.

I did my knowledge test and driving test from 911 driving school. My instructors were Charles Green & Rami Lopez.I drove a lot with Charles and he was the excellent driving instructor I ever met. He is funny, patient, professional and paying attention to every single detail. He gave me lot of advice and instructions to drive safely. At first I was so afraid to drive on road. But finally I become more comfortable and confident to drive on road because of him.I had successfully passed my road test last week and I could not have done it without him. 911 Driving School Seattle has a good enough costumer service, so do not expect to be pet on a back. But, it provides training by highly trained professionals who know what they are doing. I took one class there to understand what I did wrong on my first exam. Later I was able to pass my driving exam with a good score. They really know how to make you a confident driver!

Took a 40 minutes warm up + skills test here, the instructor was great at explaining things and helping with practicing in the warm up and made the actual test a breeze. Great experience overall.

My first experience to get my written and road test in the United States. At this place, I got John who monitored during written test and I passed the test on first try. John was a nice and helpful person. On the other hand, I got Charles as my instructor/examiner and he recommended me to learn the road test video on the website before I had the real road test. Maybe he looked grumpy but actually he was really nice, professional, helpful and funny person. Today was my road test with the instructor, Charles! Frankly, I felt a little bit nervous for the first 5 minutes and then I got my confidence to drive along the road. Finally, I just passed my road test with high score on first attempt😁

I failed for the first time (I california rolled) but he let me finish the drive and walked me through all the mistakes; I passed the second time around. He is an amazing instructor. Truly knowledgeable, calm, cheerful and extremely professional. Every session was an amazing learning opportunity. I felt like I was improving and learning from my mistakes every time and becoming better. For strong basics, defensive driving and a positive experience, I highly recommend 911 Driving School!

I bought a ten in-car lesson package on their website. And Charles was my instructor through out the all the lessons. And all I can say is HE IS AMAZING. Honestly, I was so nervous at the beginning, but Charles was being so patient with me. He boosted up my confident, and made me realize that driving isnt as scary as I thought as long as I follow what he says and remember what he teaches me, then I will be good on the road. Also, Charles always refer himself as the grumpy old man. But he is truly amazing and helpful, dont be scared of him. And I am so glad to have him as my instructor through out the whole time, and I aced my road test because I never doubt about what he taught me, and I know he is there is help me, not trick me! If you gotta learn how to drive properly and correctly! you should definitely come here !

All the instructors are very professional. The road test assessment was conducted as per the rule book. Appreciate the way in which the drive test supervision was done and the test result was well explained.

I took four lessons with John.I started my lessons with John last Sunday. Theyre all about 45-60 minutes. In four lessons I went from not driving for the past three years to passing my test today first try!You simply cant argue with results. He prepared me for the test and prepared me for driving in real life.Thanks again, John and thanks to the staff at 911.

I realised after I started reading their other reviews after my experience . I spoke with the owner who had such a low bar for the tone, training and professionalism with which they run their business - it was appalling.Below I detail my experience :Spoke to a lady on the phone at the University district branch and had a really poor experience, to put it mildly. I had called to convert my driving test to a driving lesson. I hadnt signed up or paid yet and as a result didnt know about the cancellation policy. When I had called to make a booking, they did NOT mention anything about a cancellation policy or fee. I asked to confirm if they did mention it when booking and somehow the lady started getting rude, aggressive in words and intimidating. It wasnt needed and she couldve simply said that they perhaps someone missed it or that they usually do, but she said that I am lying and someone definitely told me on the phone about the policy. I hadnt planned on cancelling the hour, just changing it to a lesson instead of a test, so I wouldnt have had to pay the fees in any case but after this experience, Im cancelling entirely and will not pay any cancellation fees. They really need to check their peoples aggression levels before putting them on the phone with customers.

I am so happy my husband and I chose to take our written and driving tests at 911 Driving School - Seattle. The entire time, throughout both tests, and every time we contacted the school, I experienced only professional, kind, and personable interactions with the staff and owner. I have a service dog, and there was never a question of ADA access - 911 Driving School made me feel immediately comfortable (which is an extra big compliment coming from someone with a severe panic disorder). I would recommend them to everyone needing driver’s training and testing. Thank you!

Took a road test test here. First thing the instructor Bill asked me was where I worked and what school I went to. I guess he could tell I was a tech import by my NY state permit. He made snide remarks about my school and job the entire ride, and also insulted my hometown??? When I mentioned I was from the Bronx he said, “Oh that’s rough. Could have been worse, you could have been from Harlem!”. I find this to be a disgusting comment. Anyway, I failed the test here, but then took a test three days later at Beacon Hill Driving school and passed. I really do feel as if Bill had an implicit bias against me.By the way, I paid for a 45 minute “warmup”, but was only given 30??? When I asked about this, the clerk said it was actually a 30-45 minute warmup. This information is not reflected on their site. Pretty bad experience all around.

Instructor Charles Greene just rocks! I havent met an instructor who takes such deep interest in genuinely imparting correct concepts along with his wisdom. He is honest in showing mistakes which helps to rectify them. I took 6 driving lessons from him and scored very high on the road test only because of the amount of effort he took on teaching me. He has this unique ability to read your mind and know what you are thinking and custom tailor his response and teaching style to match the student. Hands-down impressed. I am a his proud student and will never forget him and his great teaching style. A very BIG thank you for sculpting me into a winner, sir! :)The driving school is a great one. They are prompt in their responses over email and they have brilliant learning options in the school. Overall amazing experience!

Just this place is the worst place with the worst people I’ve ever met in U.S. Rude, impolite, acrimonious. I felt insulted, seriously. Maybe you have some good instructors, but definitely not the one with the black car. I also received the worst service from the receptionist during the knowledge test. Nightmare experience.

Let me just give a big shout out to my instructor Derek. He is excellent.i had never driven in my life before. the whole process was very smooth. Derek is a very calm person and his approach to teaching is very good.i never had any issues with anything. scheduling and response time was good too.i would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I had appeared for my Road Test exam (behind the wheels) and Derek DeZiel was my evaluator for the exam. He was extremely professional and helped me calm my nerves throughout the driving exam by having a good chat. Even though I passed the exam, he explained me in detail where I made mistakes and points were deducted and even where I was about to make mistake! In short, he was very minute and precise on the Dos and Donts on the road! Thanks Derek and 911 Driving School in guiding me getting my first Driver License!

Just got done testing here and had an amazing experience. They walked me through the entire process of what I needed to do in order to test and made it extremely easy.I took the knowledge test portion and after I passed it and was looking to schedule my road test, Charles the instructor/examiner volunteered to do the test right then and there because he had a lesson cancellation. He squeezed me in his busy schedule and got me everything I needed to take the test.Awesome service and extremely friendly people. They uploaded my test results then and there and I am able to go to the DMV to pick up my license immediately. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence between driving schools.

Best place to take road test and knowledge test. Best examiner: Derek. I took the knowledge test here and also my road test with the 40 minute practice session. I have come from being a paranoid front passenger seat virtual driver to actually being being the wheels. I was extremely nervous, so nervous! My examiner Derek came to take me for the practice session and my nervousness was whole another level.I could just run away. But he made me comfortable, very comfortable in a super cool and fun way. We talked as we practiced. Made my share of mistakes and kept realising as I did and I kept telling myself thank God this is the practice test. I even burst out crying like a baby in the middle of the practice. Derek gave me a nice talk let me cry it out and then we started again. He was so helpful, encouraging and supportive. At the end of the practice test we discussed my mistakes and he actually told me he saw how paranoid I was and that mock test was my actual test. And I passed!!! Even if I hadnt passed, Derek is an amazing examiner. The other staff is also good here 👍

My instructor was a gentleman named Charles. Wonderful guy, reminds me of Santa Claus. Super nice, relatively painless process. Even when you make a mistake, they are not antagonistic in anyway. Highly recommend coming here if you need to do the knowledge or road test.

I took the teen driving course as well as both DOL tests at this location. The entire process was very smooth and professional. Derek, my drive instructor, was very helpful and gave detailed explanations of each maneuver on the practical test. Charles, my examiner, had a calm demeanor and a clear way of speaking that helped me do well on the drive test. Not sure whats up with all the comments about the rude receptionist -- she was competent and helpful every time I talked to her.

I took lessons from this company in 2019 to complete my original driving test. Instructor was professional, kind, and patient (I was not the best of drivers then and a bit erratic, but the instructor stayed with me and repeatedly gave me directions). Only drawback was that I felt that the price was a bit expensive (although no more expensive than other driving test places in the area).

Did my knowledge and driving test here this week. The process was really quick and straightforward! Staff was friendly, and the car they use for the driving test was clean and comfy. The owner of the school was who evaluated me, and he was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this school!

Had absolutely zero experience with driving before taking up lessons here—I couldnt have asked for a better place to start.Each of the 3 instructors I had were very helpful in their own way. They all knew exactly what areas I struggled with after just a few minutes of observation, and always gave the perfect advice on how I could improve in those areas. I was extremely nervous behind the wheel at first, but towards the end of my 10 hours of lessons I came to look forward to each session.Even without any means of practicing outside of lesson time, I was able to make the most out of my limited time in this school and pass my test at the very end—all thanks to the great teaching and supervision provided by the instructors.

Amazing owner.He took my test with a thirty minutes practice.Would totally suggest that. Calms you down and gives great tips to get over exam jitters.

Ramie and Derek are good instructors. They made the lessons fun and educational. Guided me thoroughly about the best practices and safety measures. Was a good experience overall for someone who’s learning to drive from scratch.

In and out with my license in less than a week. I have a foreign license and the process was smooth. Look for Rami; hes an all round great guy who made me feel super welcomed and comfortable taking the tests. Took my skills test at 7am and scheduled the day before. It was pretty fun! Would definitely recommend!

I had only one driving lesson (I drive since 2013, but I needed an American driving license because I can’t use mine here), and the guy was very kind and helpful. He helped me understand better the road test and who works. Two hours later, I took the test and I passed thanks to his tips. The examiner was very professional

I got to give my driving test to Ramie, who happens to be the owner too. It is a great place to take your test. He was really nice and supportive and comforting. He helped me in pushing my nervousness away and hence I had a successful test. Would recommend this to anyone.

Poorest customer experience and rudest staff that weve encountered in the US. My wife could not attend last class due to medical reason. I can understand they cant refund for the last class. But charging us cancellation fee and extra processing fee over top of the missed class, that we already paid for, is absurd. Our friends had warned us against them but we still went for them. Well never go back and would warn all our friends as well. In todays day and age no one should be subjected to such poor experience, since we are paying top Dollar.Special call out to Charles. He was the rudest person weve met and should not be allowed to teach others. I would have given him appropriate response if I was accompanying my wife to the class. He doesnt know how to talk to a lady. The whole point of driving school is to teach people who dont know driving. There is absolutely no reason for shouting. You need a lesson in manners before you can teach others.

I took 5 driving lessons with Charles and couldnt recommend him more. He was an excellent instructor who helped me focus on the important aspects of driving. I quickly went from nervousness at the prospect of driving to feeling that everything on the test was not only manageable, but simple. Who knew that the only thing more exciting than spending 30 minutes practicing left turns would be following it up with 30 minutes of right turns?

Charles was my instructor. He was so funny and patient and paying attention to every single detail. Thanks to his amazing teaching method, I could pass the road test after 8 lessons even though I had never drove before. I believe that if everyone learns driving from him, there would be no driving accident at all. We need more instructors like Charles to make the world a safer place! I moved to Seattle recently from Australia, and used 911 Driving School (Seattle) to sit my knowledge test and to do the driving test. It was all a positive experience, and I highly recommend getting in contact with them if youre needing to get a license here as well.Going for a licence again as an adult can be an odd experience—as my examiner and I joked, it makes one feel like a teenager again!—but everyone at the school was professional, courteous, informative, and helpful. The staff all have extensive experience in driver training and this means that you can be confident that youre getting good advice and instruction not to simply pass a test but to indeed be a safer driver. And they all are personable and good to chat with too, which always helps to make one feel more at ease.I did the package that has a few attempts at the knowledge test, then (on a separate day) the driving test which is a 40-minute warmup driving around session immediately followed by the actual driving test, and I recommend that approach as the warmup session greatly helps with feeling relaxed and comfortable for the actual test.Thanks again to Karen the office manager, to my driving examiner Bill, and to all the staff there.

Something can be improvement, the attitude of the front desk seems not good and made me a little uncomfortable. More things like exam registration and to confirm code from dmv website need to be done before visiting there. Its better to go there to check it over and to get some references to save your time. FYI, the knowledge test is on paper but not on computer.

Passed my knowledge test and road test at the first attempt there! Rami and Charles are the best instructors. I had never driven before I started classes there, but they really focused on details and gave me lots of safe driving tips that helped me passed the test with flying colors. Now I feel totally comfortable and confident in driving. Definitely will recommend this place to my friends!

Hands down the rudest, most unprofessional staff I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The fat lady at the front desk had the absolute worst attitude.Their website said the knowledge test could be taken between 10 and 1. I arrived at 12:25, waited 5 minutes for the person ahead of me to be finished, and asked to take my knowledge test. The fat lady told me smugly that I was too late to take the test. I looked at my phone and saw it change to 12:31. She told me the last test is administered at 12:30 even though their website says 1. I even offered to tip her to let me take it “one minute late” (on time) and she refused. She seemed really proud of herself.To the owner of this franchise: try hiring employees who don’t hate their lives, their jobs, and your customers.

I had a great experience at 911 driving school in Seattle. My instructors are Charles Greene and Tiffany Pol. They are both very helpful, patient and teach well. Because of their nice and efficient coaching, I passed the driving test after my 15th classes, although I had no driving experience prior to the classes. In particular, I must thank Charles a lot. I took 10 classes with him. He gave me much encouragement and help. The staffs and owner of the school are also very nice and care about the students. I would definitely recommend 911 driving school to my friends.

Took a package of 10 lessons with a knowledge and road test included and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Staff helped me through all the paperwork and scheduling my lessons when it suited me best and mostly with the same instructor (Charles). The lessons with Charles were fantastic - he taught me everything I needed to know to pass the exam and gave really helpful memory tips to build good habits. They can be hard on you with mistakes but only because they want you to succeed! I passed my test today and they sent the information to the DOL right away. Thanks team!!

Ive been to this school twice, and my experience has been excellent. I had a drivers license from Russia, but needed to get a Washington one.First time was for the knowledge test. I just walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and was told to take my time with the paper test. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. After passing that, I scheduled an appointment for a driving test next Saturday. Both tests were paid for with a debit card, by the way. Got an e-mail confirmation for my appointment.My second visit was for the driving test with additional warm-up. I drove a Nissan Versa hatchback, which is a nice car to take a test on. My instructor was Cory, he was really nice and helpful with answering whatever questions I had. I didnt even notice how the warm-up transformed into an actual test until I was told Congratulations, you passed!.I totally recommend the 911 Driving School of Seattle.

I had a chance to take driving lessons with all of the instructors the school has. Each has a different teaching style but I learned from each of them. They are patient and funny. They use different ways to help me to know how to be safe on the road. More importantly they make me feel confident which i remember my first drive I thought I could never do this.

Would be happy to recommend this school to anyone wishing to learn to drive, or else polish up their skills. Very friendly and efficient, and instructors are very good at communicating/teaching the skills you need to get the test passed. Impressive.

Had great experience with the school. Charles, in particular, pays attention to small details of my driving technique. I became totally comfortable with driving after 5-6 lessons with them, and I took a few more just to practice all the skills. Highly recommended.

I was transferring an expired license from another state and needed to get through the knowledge and driving test as soon as possible. Carrie was able to get seated with the knowledge test 15 minutes after they opened (along with 3 others). She got me in same same day (actually a few hours from when I got there) to take my drivers test. She runs a fast ship getting customers taken care of which is real convenient when you need to attend a driving school.The knowledge test wasnt too difficult and they give you 3 different attempts (same day or later) in total in the event you fail.The driving test was real laid back. Bill was giving me my test and was great to talk to. He was very friendly and accommodating which made the test fly by.Hopefully I dont need to come back soon, but if I do, itll be at 911 Driving School of Seattle.

I took both my knowledge and driving test here. Staff was very nice and quick/punctual (no waiting required). My driving instructor was also very nice and knew how to make the test as least stressful possible. Also, great location.

Charles at 911 driving school is fantastic. He is clear and specific with his instructions, which makes it very easy to understand. However, remember, Charles is only as good as your ability to listen to his instructions and retain it.

I had 5 lessons in 911 driving school, 2 with Bill and 3 with Charles. Both of them are really great people and amazing teachers. My English is not really good, but they are still very patient and give order clearly.I just had a road test with Bill and passed it! Its really helpful to have a warm-up before the test to get rid of anxiety and get familiar with the car.Again, big thanks to Bill and Charles, I really appreciate your help!
