I met the yoga instructor Cecilia whilst out getting more info. The Kung Fu Studio also teaches Yoga and Meditation as well as Qi gong. Cecilia was at the end of teaching one of her classes when I ran into her and she offered me a complementary intro to yoga for my partner and I and I cant wait to start coming here regularly for my yoga fix!

How rare it is to find a legitimate king fu teacher. Shifu received all his training from the shaolin temple in China and has basically dominated world competitions the past three years consecutively. Incredible people and the best decision my husband and I ever made deciding to go here.And plan on being committed
