Paola is an excellent Spanish teacher. She speaks slowly and articulately and I can understand 100% of what she says. She is very patient and understanding on whatever your needs are with learning Spanish. I have been studying with Paola for many years and I love learning with her.I have been travelling to Colombia and Mexico at least one time every year. I am able to use my Spanish from Paola to communicate with the locals in each country. As a result of my lessons with Paola, I am well prepared for each of my visits to these countries. I feel that my language instruction and practice with Paola has equipped me with the skills necessary to communicate.For those who are learning a language, it is a blast to use your knowledge to actually live and travel in a foreign country. It is so much fun.If you are looking for a Spanish teacher, Paola is the best. You cannot do better.

During times of covid and staying en casa, spending some of my mornings learning, talking and laughing with Paola was very special! I highly recommend these Spanish classes. What I loved most was being able to talk and practice speaking in spanish. She listens to you and learns your level of spanish and builds lessons around that. Theres listening, reading, writing, speaking, and teaching all mixed into a personalized lesson. Definitely worth it!

I started taking Spanish lessons with Paola because I wanted to be able to communicate proficiently with my boyfriends family. Before I started lessons with Paola, I had no previous experience with the language. Paola started off by getting to know my specific goals for my lessons. She was interested in understanding my timeline and was invested in creating a lesson plan that was specifically tailored to my needs as a student. I was hoping to learn a specific regional dialect of Spanish that diverts from typical Spanish textbooks. Paola created unique, individual learning plans, homework, and lesson topics tuned to my interests. I never expected such detailed attention, nor did I expect to learn the language as quickly as I did. My boyfriend and his family were amazed by my progress. Additionally, during a recent trip to a Spanish speaking country, several native speakers mistook me for a native speaker myself; they were shocked at how well I spoke! Paola is personally devoted to the advancement of her students as is demonstrated by the quality work she puts in to each lesson plan. I would recommend Paola to anyone who is serious about quickly learning the Spanish language with a personalized touch! Paola is a rare gem. I started Spanish lessons with her 5 years ago with the impossible dream of becoming a tango singer. She helped me with diction, helped me learn basic Spanish so that I could survive a trip to Buenos Aires. In Buenos Aires, I was able to find beer, bathrooms and even locate a statue of Carlos Gardel by asking native speakers. Sometimes people would stop me and ask for directions because they thought I was from Buenos Aires. Paola is beautiful, generous, and fun as well as being a thorough and thoughtful teacher of Spanish. She recently translated my little book SING THE COWBOY WAY into Spanish and was extra careful to get the translation just right. I would recommend her to anyone!
