As a former employee at Wildflower Academy, it was a 11/10 experience, all my coworkers were kind and very encouraging when it came to our moments!! Especially since Mrs.Christion helps out by putting positive things up and helps us have something better than working at McDonald’s on our College and Work applications! Also all of our teachers and aides are very helpful when needed and do their best to help each other and to harmonize everything there, working together to balance each other and the work place out, also working with the kids is a 10/10 working experience especially if your younger and want a better working experience with kids and kids with disabilities and learning to help out and also to learn the true meaning of a treat of the work experience.

I have reached out to Google to have these reviews from former employees removed but instead Google removed all of the positive reviews we have from our families that support our business. This is beyond my understanding of how people can sleep at night knowing that these reviews help promote small businesses and especially our center that supports children in our community with special needs. Please move on people and live your best life because we will. Since our daycare remains operational, fun, loving and full of kids that enjoy coming here I guess we cant be that bad. Thanks to all of the families that support us! Im going to give my hard-working employees 5 stars!!

My Child Goes To This Daycare And I Love It. I Know My Child Is In Great Hands When I Leave Him At Wildflower Academy.

At first it was great but then I started to notice that staff had no plans with kids even though they were required to have them written out every week. Most of the time the school age would sit in a room in front of a TV and I just did not find that to be the best place for my child to stay at the end. I wish the awesome itinerary was actually kept too.

If you like your work environment full of drama, take your child here. Very unprofessional with no structure at all.
