So far I am not impressed. We had the fireplace installed two weeks ago and are just starting to use it. The fireplace turns on, then right back off. The remote has a mind of its own. If I have the flame height or lights set to the highest setting, it will change back to a lower one, on its own. Called for them to come out and take a look at it...they told me someone would be out either yesterday or today if I could be flexible. I literally stayed home for two days...NO SHOW!

Purchased an electric fireplace. Salesperson was friendly and prompt. I did have a problem with the unit but Fireplace Professionals helped me work through it in a very courteous manner.

In process of finishing lower level and ordered fireplace with installation quote. Wanted to know exact amount and what was due day one, so paid in full right there on spot and what was agreed upon with installation charge. Thought it was a done deal, they came installed it, then got got a surprise bill shortly after to add almost $300 for some install sub charge and tax. They explained it’s a separate entety, but same company so bills separate, there’s fees all this tax, blah blah blah. If that’s the case why did you include install in original order and ensured it was all good and fully paid.

Called on a Friday and Keith came and fixed a venting issue with our fireplace and recommended another professional to replace a copper fitting after a leak test. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

My husband, the grill/smoker master, wanted a really nice grill and smoker in one unit, with a high enough heat to really sear a good steak. Boy, did we get what we wanted! We bought a (spendy) Memphis grill/smoker and learned a lot about it in the process and have used the heck out of it over the past few years. The service after-the-fact was amazing, too. They really care about their customers and follow-up to make sure their products are working well. These guys know their stuff! They also have a great selection of grilling and smoking accessories, pellets, gear and all that fun stuff!

Never had such horrible customer service. Had problems since the day we purchased our fireplace. Took us a year and a half for them to come out because were 50 miles from Sioux falls. Maybe they should have just told us if you live out of town we dont want to service our merchandise. They simply dont care about the customers once they have payment.

If your in need of a fireplace or a grill or smoker this is the place for you..they stock a full line of grills and smokers and all the accessories and seasoning youll ever need..plus I think they offer classes on how to BBQ and smoke foods on certain weekends..Id give it a 10 if I could.. loved it!!

I interacted with two different employees while trying to decide what smoker to buy and both were very helpful. Combined they spent well over an hour explaining my different options and answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Came in just looking at fireplaces. Next thing you know we are signed up for BBQ classes. My wife and I had a great time and Willie and team have so much to teach. Im excited for more classes to improve my own bbq. These guys are knowledgable and passionate about cooking great food. Thats what makes the classes so much fun.

These people KNOW how to make you a master BBQer! Take their advice... they actually know what theyre talking about! Many places that sell grills these days dont know too much. Be sure to ASK the person selling you a grill if THEY have that one. My experience is that most other places dont. At BBQ Heaven... they DO. They use them... they know them... they love them! Theyll steer you in the right direction!

My experience with Fireplace Professionals has been less than professional. My husband and I went there and placed an order. After 2 weeks we were called and chewed out for picking out the wrong fireplace, which we didnt. And by the way we were helped by their staff to pick out the correct fireplace for our needs. After our contractors got involved with the installer, we were no longer considered the customer and would not be given the invoices for the fireplace. We would have been billed twice for about $1,000 if our contractors were not on the ball. BEWARE!

Did an excellent job with their pre and post sale interaction. A service technician came out to inspect the fireplace after installation to adjust blower fan placment and was very helpful and through with his work. He even rearranged all the logs in the fireplace to improve the aesthetic.

Knowledgeable met at the home show , very personable, down to earth

Do not shop here! They failed to notify me of the change of install date so I had to take an extra day off work, then they ordered the wrong trim which took a month to fix. To top if all off they overbilled me! Terrible communication and customer service! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Very crappy install and very crappy customer service. Will do anything to nickle and dime you.. They dont care about customer satisfaction.
