Absolutely worst place to work. Don’t bring your kids here. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I would never bring my kid anywhere else. They only hire the best employees if you are not a great employee you will not be their long. They have over 45 cameras monitoring everything all day long. The camera monitors are visible to anyone who steps foot into the center. Their open door policy, meaning if you want a tour or just to see your kid you do not have to make an appointment means a lot to me. Also they have been full for over 10 years with zero advertising, that should prove something right there. Also they were the first learning center ever in Sioux Falls, SD.

If i could give it a zero I would. When my youngest was a newborn the newborn room didnt have a clue how to wipe front to back and she got a massive infection. The teachers are glorified babysitters and seem to have no formal education. They made staff bring in their own toys and supplies. The paper they let the kids color on for projects were printer rejects. It was a hot mess.

Both my children love this daycare! They have many video cameras in every room so if you ever want to see them you can! Safe and inviting environment.

My kiddo has attended Kidz Academy for 4 and a half years. They have taken the BEST care of him during that time, and I couldnt ask for a better group of people to care for my child and for my family. I would recommend their facilities to anyone and everyone. They are clean, all of the teachers are friendly, they make an effort to get to know every child AND their families, and when I drop my child off, I dont have to worry about how his day will go, or if hes being cared for properly, because I know that hes not only well taken care of, but hes loved when hes there, just like at home.

One of the best establishments in Sioux falls Great Director who cares about all of the children like they are her own!

The worst place to work and take your children! They claim they witness abuse but then do not report it as they are state manadated to report anything that is considered child abuse. Rather they use an incident against a person and constantly threaten to call state and threaten a person to take away their kids and that they will go to jail. All because they dont want to pay a person their wages and they have every excuse under the son to not issue a paycheck that was earned. This was a stranger who worked their for 3 months so imagaine if they dont turn in what they classify as abuse what the director and her assistant overlook for those who have been their a while. This was written directly from the actual person involved and her words a relative of mine. So tread with ease with this joker of a place work and take your kids their at your own risk!
