I attended school here in the 90s and it was NOT a good school system at the time. Many of the teachers were bullies and/or incapable of doing their jobs as teachers, first off, and a couple were creepers to boot. Also, they allowed for bullies and gangs to run rampant at the high schools back in those days. Anyone who attended high school in the late 90s and is honest will tell you that. Staff played favorites with students at all grade levels and were quite unhelpful to students they did not like for some petty reason. Furthermore, the curriculum was outdated (and probably still is given the quality of schools in SD) and much of our equipment and tools were basically junk (the welding class had some welding machines that should have been scrapped due to the condition they were in). From what I see today this still goes on and this city should be embarrassed for the type of school system you have although you probably dont care anyways. Parents, take your chances here.
