Always out of stock of anything you need its like trying to find a needle in a haystack. The staff is unbelievably unhelpful had to have one member go to 3 different staff members to help find something. BIGGEST waste of time. On top of that the only place in town that requires masks even tho there is literally never another person in the store. Never will i be back. Can find better customer service from a Walmart or McDonalds then this place extremely disappointed

My wife and I went to Office Depot to buy a desk for her to work from home. We found one on sale but we soon found there was a reason for that even though it was still over $100. We spent all night wondering why the pieces were not fitting together. Nothing matched the diagram. Sizes were wrong, holes in the wrong place, and it was very cheap material. We moved it to install one piece and it broke apart. There is a no return policy so we cannot return it so it is now trash. It was very disappointing. Decent customer service terrible product.

Walked in to get personal business cards made and Joseph Bryant stepped up and took my ideas and put them in the proper format, suggested and showed some different variations and tweaked some formatting per my request. Went to go get two Health cards laminated they were printed on one page. They needed to be separated and folded but I wasnt sure how they wanted it done for laminating purposes so I brought the full sheet in. The guy at the counter said they need to be cut and I said okay, and he said if I cut it theres a charge for that... I said okay give me a scissors and Ill cut them. Instead he directed me out of the wait line and said go over there and you can use that machine to cut them. So Not only would I lose my spot inline, I simply couldnt do it with a scissors they had there at the counter without a charge. Thats What I Call ,not going the extra mile and terrible poor customer service Ill never go back.

After spending a while in town, I figured I had nothing better to do than check out the Office Depot, and I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly, and were about to lead me in whatever right direction I would need to. The customer service if fantastic, however, it will be a shame when this store eventually may close down. When that day arrives, I hope they are able to find a good place (such as where I work) to allow their customer service skills to shine.

Very Helpful. I am not a big fan of retail stores and the programs and plans they push at you during check out but that is retail any where. They refunded a wireless keyboard and mouse that i took entirely to long to return. I was prepared for them to deny refund. They are generally real friendly and understanding . I pretty much shop here for our shops office needs.

When I got there there was a staff of three waiting at the door with iPads waiting to direct me. As a business owner time is at least as valuable as money so I appreciate the help from the staff who got me right to what I was looking for and got me back out the door and under 5 minutes and back to work. they have a great selection of everything from furniture to office supplies to computers and printing equipment. Really anything you need to set up business. This is really the only place I go. They also have an in-house design and Print Shop. Highly recommend!

It was great! My husband needed to order business cards and the guy who was working was a big help and very friendly. I wish I remembered his name, he did have a hurt thumb, lol. Like I said he was really good at explaining everything to us. I would definitely use them again. The cards look great.

The staff seemed wonderful at first. I shopped on black Friday, and they were out of the item in store. Manager said I would get free shipping because of the inconvenience, and wouldnt get charged until it shipped. Great right? Only they over charged me by $85 after it shipped and its been a nightmare to get it refunded. They claim that was the price of shipping (which was supposed to be free) and theyd take care of it. OK, no problem. Only a day went by ... no refund. So I called back, was told it could take 48 hours. OK. Waited four days. Called again. Was told (by the same manager who fixed the problem before) that now it was on hold and he had to contact someone else to fix it. Hed call me right back. Waited an hour. No call. Called back, he said he left them a message. Really?! And that hed call me back when he found out more. Four hours later, called me back and said my refund was shipped and that was its status. Checked my bank account .... no refund. These people act nice, but theyll scam you for every dollar possible. Ridiculous. Even McDs gives you same day refunds.

Clean store, friendly staff. I was sad to see they were out of stock for a track ball but I settled for something else because I wasnt sure when Id be back to the store. Staff was great in regards to loading up the chair that I purchased!

They sell printers that they dont even have cartridges for. I bought a printer cannon ts5100 series couple of months ago and they even offer me a $2 discount if I refill the ink with them. And I came back to buy one, and they couldnt find it in store or in thiere website. Very disappointed

Office Max is Office Max. It is not Best Buy, so do not expect it to be. This Office Max has everything you would need for office supplies, and the staff are helpful. They actually surprise me with the technology they stay up-to-date on, such as laptops, chromebooks, and tablets.

Had problems uploading a picture the night before to make a poster. Tried again at work and for some reason was not able to get it done. Kight not have been a problem with the website but maybe the user. Frustrated, I called the store to see what my options were. Spoke to Sierra, who apologized for the problems I was having then had me email the file directly to the store. She stayed on the line until she recieved it. She made sure she asked all the right questions and said shed have it done for me in 2 1/2 hours. I had a photo shoot that this was very important for and she saved the day!! Thanks!!

Poor service , I bought a desk that I was going to have them build I was first promised it would be delivered to the store and brought out for assembly on December 3rd . The desk was delivered to my house on November 22. very frustrating , December 3 is now here and no one shows up to build said desk . I call office depot who says hey we tried to call and rescedule . That didnt happen and no voice mail was left then they cannot give me a date when they can come out and assemble the desk , They charge 200.00 to asseble this thing . Ive told them to take the desk back and refund all my money . to bad to it was a beautiful desk .

They are liar ı have ever seen . Because of them ı wont go back my country they took my money. I have ordered a laptop after that they said in 3 days it will be delivered. after that they called me again and they said we have problem ups so delivery is delayed. Anyway ı didnot have time to get my laptop so ı had to cancel my order and ı did after 2 days they charge me. And they did not give any reason why charge me after cancellation. I wont buy anything from them ever never.

You would think youd be able to print stuff at this store but the old lady behind the printer area has no clue how to help customers print stuff. We literally walked in and a customer before us walked out angrily as well as us and the gentleman behind us but hey dont sorry we ran into both customers at staples and we were all 3 helped! You guys need to keep old people from behind the print area esp when they have no clue how to even run a smartphone! She took us to the site and kept swiping through the SALE ADDS!. Lol like really????!!??
