Kid and I had a super fun time here. Very clean facility and nice selection of baseball gear. As first timers here we had awesome help by the staff getting us set up. We will be back.

Had to switch between 3 cages because machines werent working properly. Some of the balls that came out of the pitch machines were hitting the frame so they would fly in a different direction. Not great nice inside facilities

Love D-BAT! I take both of my sons here for lessons and I would recommend it to anyone. They were so professional and helped both of my kids with their swings, and even took time at the end of the lessons to talk to me and tell me things I can do at home to help them. The facility is always clean and well lit and the front desk staff is very friendly.

Awesome place to take my kids to, clean and safe for my 8yr old and 3yr old. We went in for a camp and are now happy members. We go in a couple times a week. My kids love going in to see Skip who always gives them high fives and knows them by name!!

Despite with the previous workers that are no longer employed here are having their friends write as reviews, This place couldn’t be more top notch, great staff and ownership group. Its amazing what a change in management can do for a place!

Wow! Where do I start! Poor management! Front desk Manger is not very friendly. Buy tokens for 15 pitches, but most of the time you only get to hit half because the machines throw lots of balls. Open cage area is really expensive. This place will not last long because of prices and poor customer service. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Had a prior run in with the former GM & not wanting to issue me my full credits when i came back a second time to use them.Thankfully the owner and one of the corporate officials reached out to correct the situation and compensated my lost credits plus some.Gave these guys a second chance and it did not disappoint.Thank you D Bat for reaching out and correcting an honest mistake. I will be back!

Me and my family were platinum members since they opened in Sioux falls at first it was great with the trainer that we had but when the trainer left we kept the member ship for a little bit and then suspended the membership for a little bit. Then we canceled because we didnt like the way it was being ran without our trainer. I have been charged for a monthly member fee agian and have called the Sioux falls owner and even called the corpcorporate office for the last two months trying to get my refunds and still nothing. I could keep going on but thats enough for now.

Amazing facility. Top notch instructors and staff.

I was extremely mislead when buying my membership into thinking that cage use would be free. The owner just made cages cost money per hour even if you have a membership. The prices for cage time are way too high and it is a total ripoff. If I could give them less that 1 star I would.

My experience at DBats was misleading. I first bought a plantuim membership and was told I could use the cages when ever I wanted too. Just in a short time, the owner started charging incredibly expensive prices for just an hour in the cages. The manger didn’t give me a month in an advance to tell me this news. The staff is rude, and not friendly. It was a waste of my money. Please don’t come here. Plus, my friends fell under the lies of the manger and lost their money too.

Great pitching machines

Very disappointed in the experience I received. I bought my son a membership a week ago and I received a call and he said he had to pay more to use the cages even with the membership. There was no notice of this until he started hitting. Very disappointed in the company.

I was very mislead when buying a membership.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

I have given it 4 stars because I wish it had more pitching machines,
