Just witnessed the most childish and unbelievable fight outside of Air Madness b-ball courts. Parents and coach of Bartlett academy screaming at each other causing a huge scene with a ton of youth watching. As adults, coaches and spectators, these children need us to be better than this. Issues in this world with kids disrespectful starts with us as adults. Unfortunately many people witnessed this incredibly childish, insane and embarrassing scene.

The leadership/owners hires coaches and allows those coaches to bring in their own offensive/defensive schemes. There is not a core system that is proven to work and passed down. So each team and age group therefore is ran differently so you might have a great coach and a great experience, but you also might not if the coach you receive is lacking experience or not willing to adjust their game plans when they are not working. Then when you question the ownership its evident that they are not aware what offense, defense, out of bounds plays, or strategy your Childs team is operating.

Wear a sweater it is cold in there. But great place

Workouts really push your energy strength and talent. Also the teams really build leadership and friendships!
