I’ve been going to TKO for about 4 years and the difference in myself is night and day. I barely had the self confidence to speak in front of more than 3 people, now I’m teaching classes of my own without hesitation. TKO has completely changed me, and the most wonderful part of it, is that it didn’t come from one person. The whole school encourages and helps each other out, so we have a lot of laughs and good times while learning self defense. Not only do students learn self defense, they also learn the importance of respect. TKO is very clean, professional, and extremely welcoming to absolutely anyone. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to better themselves while having fun doing it.

TKO is a great school that teaches not only the training and skills of Muay Thai kickboxing but also the martial arts discipline behind the skill. The respect for your training partners and teachers, the discipline of repetition and dedication to earn improvement, and the confidence and knowledge of not just having the skills but when and how to use them. I would highly recommend TKO both as adult student learning a martial art and pursuing better fitness. And as a parent, as I see the values they work to instill in their kids classes. We have been with TKO for over 2 yrs. Our son has grown so much with his skill and dexterity. Nathan and his team are very encouraging yet push students to give their best. The belts are not easy to attain because students must work for it. This builds true confidence. They push for excellence with kindness and steadfastness. We as parents are grateful that our son has truly earned each belt he has received and this has given him the drive to not give up when times get difficult. Nothing great is attained without commitment. We highly recommend TKO to anyone looking for a solid martial arts studio.

This place is the best place to learn martial arts! Not only do kids learn Maui Thai, but also a code of conduct. This code of conduct is such an important aspect of life and is applied in our home as well. KRU is an excellent teacher that continues to go to Thailand and learn. He employs professionals to teach his classes that uphold his values and techniques. This is the cleanest gym I have ever been to! Ask around town and you will always hear great things about TKO from all the many people that have taken classes through the years.

When my son started TKO 4 years ago I didnt really know what to expect. I had heard from others that it was a great school for kids to learn self defense, but it didnt take long to see that it was SO much more than just learning how to kick and punch. Yes they learn how to defend themselves but first they learn the Student Code- Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control, Respect and how to apply that code into their daily lives at school, home or wherever they may be. Nathan, Hannah and the rest of the staff not only help your child learn self defense techniques but will teach them how to become a better student through that code, how to become confident in their ability to do things that most adults cant do. When you walk through those doors you become part of a very tight knit family! I could go on and on about the way that TKO will absolutely help your child because Ive seen it countless times in the 4 years that Ive been involved with this school, but the best way to see for yourself is to step through those doors and experience it!

I have two kids that attend classes there and they love it. I have seen a tremendous improvement in their self confidence since they started a couple of years ago. Nathan and Hannah are excellent! Belt promotions are earned and not just given because you show up. TKO is a great organization and I wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else!

My son has been participating in this program for several years now and loves it. The entire staff is friendly and professional and holds all members to high standards. I just recently started taking women’s fitness classes there, and I absolutely love the atmosphere. They encourage you to perform your best while pushing you to challenge yourself without making you overwhelmed. Nathan is hands down the best.. elite in his training, discipline is displayed in his own personal training and the training he gives his students.. you will not be disappointed by becoming apart of the TKO family! My son has special needs and my Husband and I decided to try him out in kickboxing. We heard great things about TKO from friends and wanted it to be something our son could learn more self-confidence and self-discipline. I am amazed by the results so far! He is so excited about going to classes every week. The staff are great! The owners are very involved and hands on. We couldnt have asked for better!

I wouldnt have my kids go anywhere else! The life lessons they learn here are just as important as the physical ones. I trust the staff with their safety and have the option to leave them to run errands while they are in class. Its hard to find honest and trustworthy business owners these days, but these folks certainly are that and more!

I have 2 boys in the beginners class. They have learned so much and the staff are so patient and caring with every student. Students know the expectations and are required to to exhibit respect during every class. It has been an awesome experience so far!

The staff are super knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and well-trained athletes. They are passionate about what they do. You aren’t just a number or another member - they call you by name. There is definitely a family atmosphere. The equipment is clean and well maintained. The classes are full of energy and excitement (and an amazing playlist) and the workouts change daily. I love the fact they offer a women’s class where there’s no pressure or judgement. The classes are affordable and the location is convenient.

I wanted to wait until I had entrenched myself in this organization before I wrote a review. Ive been training here about 6 weeks now, and while (I believe) Im the oldest in at least the classes I attend I have been welcomed and made to feel at home. Im being pushed, but not judged. The workouts are what you put in to them with great guidance from everyone from the owner on down. If youre looking for a great workout I highly recommend TKO. Ill be bringing my stepdaughter by to see if shes interested. The kids classes look amazing. Im very impressed with the guidance they provide and the discipline and respect they instil in the children there. 5 star outfit!!

I’ve been a member at TKO for the last few years and I have nothing but good things to say about this school. The skills you learn are beyond valuable and everyone really encourages and looks out for one another. Nathan and Hannah pour themselves into giving their students the best training and it really shows!

My two sons (5 and 12) started TKOs beginner and teen classes just this month. They both love them, but especially my 12 year old. He talks nonstop about kickboxing, shows me things hes learn, and is asking for a punching bag at home to practice. I havent seen him this interested in anything other than an electronic device in a very long time. Thank you TKO!

Are you kidding me? World class Muay Thai and a vibrant and growing jujitsu class make this place a no-brainer to choose for training.Serious adult classes and structured kids classes ensure there’s something to improve human capability in each and every one of us.I’ve trained here for 2.5 years and wish I had started sooner. My daughter has trained now for nearly 2 years and I can’t be happier with how she’s progressed and the seriousness with which she takes her training.

I have a son who started at TKO a little over a year ago and my daughter has been in for almost 2 months. They have a wonderful staff who are amazing with the kids. They are great with communicating and are always professional.

TKO practices what they preach. They are professional and compassionate. Family/community oriented. The kids learn and earn respect. The belts are definitely earned which creates pride. Highly recommend.

I have been at TKO for 3 weeks now thanks to my fiancé encouraging me to sign up. She has been there since they started. I am learning so much about kickboxing and I am getting in better shape. It’s a complete full body workout and it’s fun. Although I still need lots of practice and instruction I am doing well. Hannah is a great instructor and takes the time to show mw how to improve my techniques and use proper body skills. I am pleased to be a member of TKO and plan on continuing.

We have kids in two different classes at TKO. One takes Jiu jitsu and he absolutely loves it! He was by far the youngest when he first started and what I loved was how willing the other student were to help him. We also have a child taking kickboxing and she is really enjoying it! The facility is super clean and all the equipment is really nice! We have been really happy with our experience at TKO!

This gym is amazing! Its very clean, all new equipment and gear. All the instructors including the owner are very good at what they do. Even fellow students are eager to help/assist with any questions. This is the real deal for muay thai training, they even go to Thailand every year to train with the pros, and students are invited to go as well. I moved to Concord and still go to this gym, its worth a 45 minute drive!!

TKO is one of the most important aspects in my life! The family culture was just what I was missing in my life! The amount of support and direction Natahn and Hannah gives to each student is filled with unconditional love. If your not coming to TKO then your missing out on an opportunity to be molded into the individual that youve always known you could of been. Additionally, the martial arts culture doesnt build character it reveals it. Therefore, get your wraps, boxing gloves, shin guards, and good attitude and bring all of that to TKO

Came here for the first time with no experience whatsoever. After leaving high school basketball, I got married and had 2 kids and started a desk job. I was definitely out of shape & needed something fun and active that was only for me. Found this place and took the free trial class of the womens kickboxing. All of the women were so nice and helpful. Hannah was very kind and helped show me what to do. The workout is definitely that - work! But if I can do it anybody can. I left feeling strong and confident. I did something I never thought I could do. And now Ive signed up as a member at TKO. Try it out and I promise you will love it !

The outstanding childrens program here has given my kids so much to be excited about and I am in the best shape of my life thanks to this amazing ladies fit class! All he wanted to do was play video games and had little confidence in his physical fitness. Now he enjoys Muay Thai, and looks forward to each class. The student code of Integrity Courtesy Perserverance Self Control and Respect is what intially drew me to TKO. My son has shown so much growth this past year mainly with respect and self control. These classes are so much more then just learning to defend yourself.

This is a great gym with outstanding instructors. My two sons train here - one in the kids class and the oldest in the adult class. Its a great, welcoming environment, and its challenging!
