I went into staples to buy a printer for my small business. I was sold one that I was told would last me a long time. A $400 Cannon ImageClass. At checkout I also purchased the Asurian program that was offered to me at a expense to make sure if something happened to my printer- it would be fixed or replaced. Here we are 4 months later.. my printer is JUNK after sitting on its stand and never even being bumped. I call staples to get it figured out.. they told me I’m on my on. Call Cannon and Asurian yourself. Goodluck.So I wasted my money on a printer and on their stupid Asurian Program that is junk itself also. Complete waste of money- complete waste of time- complete waste of air. Customer service is terrible.

What a disappointment. I been getting all my office supplies here since I moved to the area 4 years ago. I bought a lifetime guarantee phone charger and have had no problems exchanging it here on 3 previous occasions but now it’s a problem? So be it, I will now find a new store that is NOT Staples to purchase all my office supplies from. Hope this little $11 lifetime guarantee that y’all refuse to guarantee now was worth it and I hope this review now costs y’all more sales to go someplace else.

Staples in Statesville is definitely my go to office supply store. Theyve never let me down. Kayla in the copy and print department really went the extra mile for me on my project. Will definitely be back.

Went in to have a print made of a file on a thumb drive. Wanted in line while the one person behind the counter told me she would be right with me after she sorted some papers. Another customer comes in and she starts helping him instead of me. In the meantime the other person behind the counter tells me he will be right with me but he has to go to the back first. He comes back to the front but doesn’t even acknowledge me then goes to the back again never to be seen again. I used to by all my office supplies there but I will drive to the next town to get them at Office Depot or just order from Amazon.

Frankly, I dont know where to begin. I went to this store with the intentions of buying a all-in-one copier/printer. I found the one I liked and was told the display was the only one they had and they couldnt sell that one. I was told to check back on Monday (this was Friday) they were showing they would be getting ONE. I went back Monday to be told the pallets of inventory had not been put out and to check back Tuesday. I didnt go back until Wednesday to be informed they didnt get it in. If this is a featured sale item on an end cap you would think a supply would be maintained. I have taken my business elsewhere. A final note. As I was leaving the store, a mother and 3 children had brought one item to checkout to find no cashier. She went to Tech Support counter asking where she could make her purchase. The employee told her he didnt know where the cashier was. I was out the door. This isnt any way to conduct business.

I walked into print shop to place an order where noone was in line and was told I had to stand there an hour and wait for service bc that is considered express service. It was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced!

Dropped off a large set of building plans..110 large sheets. Went back 2 days later and they were there..just dumped in a pile and not rolled up neat and also out of order. Staff is to younf and unsupervised. Dropped off anither time to have 3 large sheets copied in COLOR. When I picked them up they were in black and white as well as being signed off on by the person doing the copying and another signature verifying the job was correct. Unfortunately it is the only game in town when copying large plans. Buyer beware.

They took an internet amazon picture of an old lp record album from 1957 (prokofiev, romeo and juliet, charles munch, boston symphony) and printed 3 color copies of it, sized it fit the jewel case for a burned cd version im making. their work turned out perfect and its beautiful. total cost for the 3 copies ....... $1.63 ! tomorrow they will do the same thing again with a separate ebay photo of the back album liner notes, that i sent them in an e mail as a link. .............. ill be buying pens and paper here as long as i live.

Impossible to get help. The one person I found just told me where to go. Tried calling the store from the aisle the rooms and after waiting a few minutes, theres no one to answer. One very nice guy (with reddish hair) all the way in the front of the store offered to help me, but by that point I was done. Im disabled and had walked the whole store twice looking for this item. Where is customer service?? How does one call the store and get to speak with a real live person without going through tons of prompts?

BIG shout out to the employees/management of this store! I work in retail management and today I went to pick up paperwork required for FMLA. They had no way of knowing that Id spent my day on the phone (while pretending to know how to nurse). I never mentioned that my career hangs in the balance. Long story short, the clearly busy but still attentive associate in the printing/marketing area dropped everything to find my packet (I sent it days ago but my husband was unexpectedly released from the hospital the same day so I didnt make it over to pick it up). When she tried to ring me up, the register wouldnt recognize my order. She sent me to a different register. I understood. Registers can run on different servers, one can glitch while the other wont. No big deal. I reached the other register and the same thing happened. Again, I understood. I wasnt even mildly agitated. These things happen. I see it everyday. The cashier called the General Manager over. He pushed a couple of buttons. He mentioned that they were wasting my time and that time is money. I said it was fine. He seemed to think for a moment and said You know what? Time is money. Go ahead! I asked if he was sure and he reiterated that time is money, they were wasting mine, it was only a couple of dollars, and to go ahead. Customer service is the bread and butter of my life. They had no way of knowing the importance of the documents I was collecting. I was fully prepared to camp out and wait until the register worked. But they just took care of the customer! Ive used them for printing needs before and Ive never been displeased with their service, but today they really went above and beyond customer expectation for no other reason than the sake of customer service! I will definitely continue to frequent this location! Their customer service is awesome!

Always very pleasantly met with and Ive never waited long for anything. The printing and lamination department has always been a great help to me.

Well laid out and stocked store although smaller than other Staples stores Ive visited. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Poor customer service. When asking for help because none of their printers were in working order I was told that the girl behind the counter was busy doing other things.

Walked in a saw that smiles were seen at every corner. The front desks always ask what is needed unless you walk past rude with no intentions of socializing. I was imoressed with the printing section. I was a bit of a diffucult customer since my needs were the most. For the first time I didnt recieve an attitude in Staples and the man whos name was Garryielle or something close to that (Not exact), helped with reinbursement and restarting the computer and printer since I got overcharged. I appreciate the customer service. This staples is a 5 star Staples when there are employees like them.

Love this store, nice people, very friendly

All i wanted was my business cards made (they were the ones who originally made them). they refused to copy my business card and make me more of them. they said i had to do it online and got extremely unpleasant. Well screw them, i can and will go to one of a dozen different places to have them made up, they want to be ignorant and lose business its on them.

Should have more latops and monitors for business.
