I see two differing opinions above and wondering what Corinas experience has been in the last 6 months to possibly change. if you see this Corina let me know...seems to be a bit of turnover here..this is our first year and I have a Kindergartner who now already hates going to school. most due to another (wonderful child) in her class that no one seems to want to do anything about...I am getting the sense that parents are powerless when it comes to bullying and I am terrified already that my daughter will become another Lifetime movie due to schools afraid to tick off a parent and tell them their kid is a bully....my daughter had some issues at the beginning of the year, and while all but one time had to do with behavior directed at another student, they had no problems calling me at work, and at times even making me come pick her up, I am a single mother, one income, and no one is calling this kids parents Im sure..maybe they have money????? academically this school may be great...I dont want to be forced to move my child due to other peoples children just so we feel safe.

A great place for learning and development. The facility is very clean and nice. The staff is great and really care about the kids development. I am proud to say my kids are Sumner Maple Lawn Huskies!

I am so happy with this school , every teacher is nice and everyone is so friendly .my son is so excited to go to school , he came home and told me that his lunch was realy good and prepare just right and fresh and warm. Thank you to. Everyone that has may my son feel so comfortable in this school.

Best elementary in puget sound area. PTA rocks and does so much for the kids. Wish I could do more to help. Teachers are great.

Some of the teachers are Riley mean to my Cousin and he do sint feel safe there

This school does not cater well to special needs children. Very little communication between staff members caused my little ones special needs to not even been known about until more than half way through the year.Whenever I call their office for any reason the women who answer the phone are severely rude and completely unhelpful on every level. They do not have one ounce of professionalism or phone etiquette.
