I took my first lesson with Dave this morning and he was the perfect instructor, he started with the basics and gave me some terrific tips. He is an excellent instructor who is friendly, makes u feel at ease and ensures your comfortable and most important of all patient. After the class he gave me some wonderful feedback and tips to improve my skills. I have already signed up my next 3 classes with him. I highly recommend this institute and Dave is simply the best.

I finished the course in a little over four hours. It was very informative, and I think I learned quite a bit that I was not aware of. The best part was that after I finished I had some type of error (drivers license number transposed or something) but I called and actually got a person who fixed it asap and was very helpful and sent me my certificate right away. Highly recommend Maggie.

The Computer based training provided by the American Safety Institute was an awesome course. The tool was easy to navigate and very user friendly. The material served as a great safety knowledge reminder.. The best portion of this training was the Superior customer service I received from Maggie Molina. What an Awesome valuable asset! The online course was fun. Or at least as fun as a driving course can be. It was engaging enough to keep my attention, so I walked away feeling like I actually learned something. I had a slight issue when I finished, but the issue was promptly taken care of when I called. I highly recommend this company!

EVERYTHING!! I mean everything was easy, smooth and very user friendly. After signing up for my 4 hour BDI course, I had a concern that the course I signed up for was not the correct one, and the site requested that I call the 800 number. Like everyone else, the thought of calling customer service, especially during COVID was not something I wanted to deal with. So I started the call prepared with water, snacks and my Nintendo Switch for I knew this was going to be a minute. Lets put it this way, I didnt get a chance to even put my hands on any of objects I had prepared myself with lol. A very professional, friendly Maggie was on the other end of the call, pleasantly answering all my questions, making sure the information is accurate and I was good to continue my course in no time!! Thank you American Safety Instute for this great service and for having someone like Maggie make this experience over the top. The course itslef was very refreshing. And I dont mean this in a bad way, but I hope I dont have to visit this site again lol, but if I do, Ill know where to go.

This course was well constructed and informative. I had to call customer service on 2 occasions and that experience was as good or even better than the course. Linzy was superb! Answered all of my questions, remained professional and was very efficient and respectful of my time. I would recommend her and this course for those who need it.

This company is wonderful! I highly recommend them. They have very friendly, helpful customer representatives. I liked that you can see the disclaimer before you make a purchase so there is no misunderstanding and there are no hidden fees. I took the First Time driver course online and it was very easy to do.

I did not get to use the course because it expired in one month! There was no mention of expiration date or re-instatement fees in the order email or on the website.And they ignore your calls and emails. Do your self a service and find another insurance courses provider.

Their servers keep crashing when playing their safety course video. Spent additional hours trying to get the video to play through. Also, watch out for hidden fees like an additional $10 if you need to change something on your certificate.

I took this course at first because of the affordable price I saw. As I answered the questions, which were actually very interesting, I learned a lot about myself and the choices I make now and in the future. In no time I finished the course with no problems and am now writing this review. I recommend the American Safety Institute to everyone who needs to take a drivers course.

I enrolled my 18 year old son for 6 hours of behind the wheel training and the DMV test. I was very impressed from the first phone call. The customer service is as good and the driving training. Because we were stationed in Germany, during, what most would consider, his early driving years, he had little to no driving experience. It did not help matters that we were not there with him. So, I enrolled him, and needless to say, upon completion, he went on to get his driver’s license. He scored a 100%... Hes happy, Im happy, but more than anything, I am more confident with his driving skills. I recommend American Safety Institute in Tallahassee, FL.Thanks Suzanne, and Mrs. and Mr. Shaw for your help in getting my son ready.

RIP OFF! I bought a point reduction course on 4/17 and logged in to complete it on 5/19. It would not let me take the course and said to contact customer service to reinstate. When I called they said I had to pay $30 to reinstate (the cost of the course). They were unapologetic and made me pay again in order to take the online course claiming that their disclaimer says that courses have to be completed in 30 days. Obviously the disclaimer is not visible and it is NOT included in any follow up emails. I had never even logged in, let alone started the course and they still charged me to reinstate it again! The point of online courses is to complete them at your own pace! Buyer beware, this company is terrible!

This course was very easy to access, understand, and is very flexible if you have a busy schedule. Very user friendly and informative. I would reccommend this company if you need this course!

Due to a speeding ticket, I had a choice to take a 4 hour approved driving course. I chose the American Safety Institute and while taking their test, I felt like I was relearning so many important rules and regulations. As a new Florida resident, there were a lot of rules that I was not aware of that I learned through this institutes test. Thank you so much for providing a comprehensive, inexpensive Florida driving course. I will definitely recommend you to other drivers.

I must say that my experiance with the American Safety Institute was very possitive, from the format of the test to the detailed explaination to how each section worked and the time frame there was to complete each section. I had to take this a driving course to re-instate my licnese, and i foun this one online. At first i was nervouse and i didnt know what to expect, but as silly as this might sound im glad i used American Safety Institue. The class was really interesting and it help you understand driving safety but also helped me understand more about myself in particular. I highly reccomend, before i knew it the time was up and i still wanted to learn more. Great Piick!

Worst site ever. Timer kept resetting. I had to take their stupid overpriced crap course three times because the timer kept resetting every time it got near zero. Save your money and go elsewhere. And to make matters worse, it was on A Sunday, no chat option for resolution and the email listed in the troubleshoot FAQ did not work.

My son was taking this and we were asked to repay $34 after he was kicked out. This is a money making scam company. I am very dissatisfied with the company and how they chose the supervisors handled this. I was then told that a $10 discount could be offered.
