This is an awesome place to train. Theres a high level of expertise in both Judo and jujitsu. The instructors are awesome and everyone is very welcoming. I highly recommend this dojo to anyone in the area!

This place is awsome. These guys know what they are talking about. I have gone with mma guys that are pros and I able to beat them because of these guys. Thanks to Judo Tim, Rob, Nick and everyone else who helped me.

I used to go there when it was in Darien in a tiny gym that was a school.Had no idea Tim was still around.So excited now I have to go back.Tim by far is the baddest guy in this game.That guy can outlast anyone.Cardio judo jujitsu he dominates all.
