We ABSOLUTLEY LOVE it here! The instructions are beyond amazing with our 3 year old! Mr. Thompson, Mr. B, Ms. Heather., AA... everyone of them is AWESOME! Their patience, understanding & encouraging with the kids. Our daughter loves it & its greatly benefited her self discipline, confidence & patience :) always getting better with her zero rule tasks. They do a great job with their program of letting kiddos try it out, we are so happy we stopped at their booth at the Carnation Festival! Korey & Sara are awesome! Thank you!

Personal Achievement Martial Arts has helped my son with confidence, focus and physical well-being. I have seen amazing changes in him since he has been attending classes. He use to be very emotional and now he is not. His focus has improved with everything he does and I have seen his grades in school go up with it. This is such an amazing place, my kids love it here! The uniforms are really cute for all seasons. The monthly price for two kids is fair and affordable! The class size is fair so all kids have a partner- the staff is so welcoming and funny with all the kids!! They are prompt with returning calls and emails with questions and concerns!! Personal Achievements is a 10/10 place for kids I would highly recommend it here! They offer so much more then karate!!

My daughter enjoys the instructors, owner and class! She has such a great time learning all different kicks and karate moves. She is also very active in her outside responsibilities as well! She enjoys the kicks the most and even as a princess it’s cool she says! This place is amazing!! They care about you, your children, and their overall behavior & success. They help with instruction, goals, & are very flexible with private lessons. Try them out, they don’t disappoint! My son has been attending fir 2 years, I just signed my 5 year old daughter up & myself for classes!

I would highly recommend PAMA the staff members are absolutely outstanding! They show compassion for the kids and dedication to helping them learn, succeed, and be great! My grandkids have been coming here a few months and they have nothing but great things to say. The kids are always busy with new activities and preparing for new activities each week. This is a great safe place for kids to come and knock off some steam and make friends! This seems to be a family business and they all genuinely care about putting a smile on each and every child!!

Our son has been attending PAMA for a year now. He loves the instructors and has a lot of fun in classes. He has learned a lot of blocks kicks and punches. It has also helped him to focus better while doing his school work.

My daughters and I have been attending classes here for over 4 years. We love the staff and students and always feel like family here. The Cage Fitness classes are the best workout I have found and the karate instructors are excellent.

Excellent Staff and Programs! I started my daughter in Martial Arts and decided while I was there I would take the Kickboxing/Cage Fitness class. Great workout for me and my daughter loves class. She likes her instructors, and how much positive reinforcement they provide. She is learning new skills and being active (away from the devices) She is also doing more on her own to be responsible for herself. I love that the class is not just teaching the martial arts skills, but also goals, respect and responsibility.What a great program helping teach some of the skills that seem to be lost on the newer generations. What I love is I hear Yes, Mam when I ask her to do something. And then she does it. :)I am very happy I found PAMA and look forward to many more years of being with them.

We are incredibly grateful to have found Personal Achievement! After some ups and downs, we found This incredible community that every day strives to meet/due its core principles. As a parent the biggest thing I try to teach our kids is integrity, humility, grace and to love. This place hands down has reinforced those ideas. They leave the ego and pride at the door and with passion and love teach my kiddos what it means to be black belt Proud/Strong. They encourage growth and change not just in Karate but in who they are. We are most grateful to be welcomed into the fold. With Covid happening and this Topsy Turvy world, they have rolled with the punches and have gone beyond what anyone else could do. They still have live in person classes with constant cleaning as well as online. Instructors are always engaged and helpful even though we are at home. They have been so consistent with the teaching and growth even on Zoom.

So much more than self defense for your kids! Manners, discipline, respect, resilience, all great topics at the dinner table with your kids. These guys have stepped it up everytime and have adapted it all for the pandemic.

We love Personal Achievement Martial Arts! They have a wonderful program with a staff that truly cares about the students. My children have been attending PAMA for four years. PAMA helped my son gain confidence and a sense of purpose. The change in him especially as he has entered middle school has been amazing. He does chores without being asked, WOW! They help focus my daughters never-ending energy into a positive skill of self-discipline and self-defense. PAMA enforces responsibility, teamwork, and respect; everything I value. The staff is kind, caring, and dedicated, especially during this time of unrest. They value each individual’s strengths while focusing on improving your weaknesses. They ensure that everyone is safe by regular cleanings between classes, hand sanitizing stations, and controlled social distancing (which is incredibly hard for kids!) We also take advantage of the virtual classes they offer. I love the wonderful camps in the summer to help alleviate screen time during school breaks. PAMA offers Parents Night Out with fun activities so I can have some adult time. The classes are for adults too. Or, if you want a great workout, the cage fitness and kickboxing classes are hardcore. It is an awesome workout to get out of your head and focus on yourself for 30 minutes. If you want a boring dojo/gym, don’t go to PAMA. If you are searching for a supportive community of kids, adults, Masters, and instructors, give PAMA a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Personal Achievement has been a great experience for the kids, helping them build confidence and help with their focus. The instructors are always super helpful, what I like the most is how they explain why a “move” is done and how it will help them in the future.The studio is always clean and presentable and the extra activities that they have are also great. Special parent’s night out, potlucks and tournaments.

Two of our daughters (currently ages 6 and 7) participate in martial arts at Personal Achievement. We are incredibly happy with the benefits of the program for our kids (discipline, goal setting, behavior, etc) and find it to be such a worthwhile activity for them now and lifelong. Moreover, the business side of things is well run and very professional. We highly recommend!

PAMA is an excellent karate establishment. There are many kids that attend the classes. The instructors do a great job of making it fun, different most times, all the while teaching the students martial arts. We have gone here for about 3-4 years and it has been a good experience for us.

Personal achievement martial arts is a great place! My three-year-old daughter maddie, and myself. Have excelled in the last six months that weve attended here! They have made a big difference in my daughters life, and mine as well! Maddie is a very very smart girl! Plus she always talks about how the instructors are very very nice to her, and always is excited about going to see them. Myself came to martial arts at personal achievements with a battle of being overweight. When i first started with their school, I was 245lbs ! I have lost over 35lbs in 6 months! PAMA IS THE BEST! OUR GOAL BLACKBELT!

Ive been going here for about 4 years and it is a great place to study martial arts for both kids and adults! I plan on coming here for many more years! Great instructors and environment. Throughout this COVID pandemic they have provided for virtual curriculum and back to in person classes without skipping a beat. They maintain all COVID regulations while still making classes instructional and fun. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to study martial arts on their own or with their family. Great for all ages!

Our whole family does martial arts. My 9 yo just earned her black belt. My husband, 7 yo daughter and I are about 6 months behind her. It has been so wonderful for our whole family.
