Hi!!! I have personally had a wonderful experience at this school! My son is finishing up his year in first grade. He attended last year as well. The teachers and everyone I have met are professional and extremely loving. They go out of their way to work with you and you can tell they want the best interest of your child. I love how the class sizes are small. This allows more one on one and student experiences with crafts, experiments, and hands-on learning.I must admit, I was sad to read previous comments about this place. I truly have not seen or experienced anything like that at Mointain View.

Mountain View Christian Academy has a very loving and caring atmosphere that is Christ centered. Both of our daughters have attended the school for several years. It provides strong academics, a wide variety of sports for both males and females, many interesting and relevant electives, Bible classes, and Chapel. The teachers, administrators, and staff are knowledgeable, caring, and supportive of students’ needs. Students are friendly and there is a family like atmosphere. Our younger daughter has even been able to participate in the yearly missions trip to the Dominican Republic for two years and it has been a huge blessing and positive impact in her life. Both of our daughters have had a very positive experience at Mountain View and I highly recommend it.

Our Daughters last school closed without warning 2 weeks before school was to start. I realize now that was the Best Thing that could of ever happened to us. We have an Amazing school and Staff In Mountain View. Our daughter has blossomed and excels in ever subject. She was struggling in reading and spelling. Now she’s an All A Honor Roll Student that has exceeded all our expectations. I Love the staff and Love they show her and our whole family. It has made me believe that god does have a plan for all of us. Mrs Dhom the 1st grade teacher supported and gave my child so much confidence and Love I could never say Thank You Enough. We truly Love you and Respect everything you are as a teacher and person. You can’t go wrong with Mountain View.

Theyve developed life-long friendships and they really like their teachers.

Mountain View Christian Academy is a wonderful school. It gives the kids a great Christ centered education. They do a great job of educating the kids and establishing great moral values. They care about the students as a whole person-not just education. There are small class sizes and many different opportunities to be had, such as mission and service trips, senior trip, different awards, junior-senior dinner cruise. The students are able to dual enroll in community college classes. There are many student led leadership opptunities such as National Honors Society and Student Government Organization. MVCA provides a wonderful community for friendship and growth.

As a student graduated from Mountain View this school is full of so much love. Like any other schools there are yes ups and downs, but the ups beyond out weigh the downs. I recommend MVCA with 5 stars!!!

Our Daughter has attended MVCA since kindergarten, and will soon be starting her sophomore year. We are extremely happy with the decision to send her to this school. She receives a quality education and is surrounded by a wonderful group of teachers and staff that truly care about her and all of their students. We feel blessed to be able to continue to allow her to experience all that MVCA has to offer....

This school is garbage with under qualified teachers that are bitter and if anything would turn people away from God if that’s who they thought Christians were. Trudy Keiter seriously needs to be fired she tries to trick her students and ramble on. She never actually teaches her students. I feel sorry for anyone who has to go to that garbage dump. The amount of fake love is also incredible. I would not recommend this school to anyone if they want to keep their brain cells intact and their sanity. If you’re reading this be warned this place is hell. The only reason I voted one star is because you can’t vote negative numbers.

I have three children that attend MVCA. Before coming here our children had been to two other private schools in the area, one no longer exists, the other is considered the elite private education in the area. But I can tell you that MVCA has been the best place for my children. The academics are rigorous, and the Christian foundation is woven throughout everything. If you dont want your children to receive a Christian-based education than this is probably not the right school for you. The athletics program is the best Ive seen in the area among private schools. There are amazing opportunities to play multiple sports starting in 5th grade through high-school. But most importantly MVCA really wants to partner with the parents to do what is best for each individual student. One of my children has both a learning disability and emotional disabilities that can make learning in the regular classroom setting challenging. Over the last 3 years, the school has worked with us to develop accommodations to meet his needs and help him succeed. They have honestly gone above and beyond what any other school would do. Even without all of the funding and resources of a public school they have done more than what we could imagine or ask. And its because its personal. The teachers and administrators have a personal relationship with each child, they love them, pray for them, and truly want the best for them.No school is perfect. But you will not find another school that cares more about the individual student than MVCA.

I am shocked by the harsh and negative reviews of MVCA. I love MVCA, and both my boys have had wonderful experiences at this school. I have two sons that attend MVCA. One just finished 10th grade and the other 5th grade. My younger son has numerous learning disabilities and SPD. The school has gone above and beyond to help him. His teachers Mrs. Lynch, Mrs. Sederstrom, and Miss. Hollenden have been absolutely wonderful with my son. My son is blessed to have them his life. They are so patient and caring. They keep me informed of how he is doing academically as well as emotionally. Which is very important when you have a child with high functioning autism and SPD. The middle and high school teachers are phenomenal. They care about their students and are always available to help. They go above and beyond for their students! My older son does not like foreign languages but Mrs. Keiter has been there for him and has done everything in her power to help him. I cant say enough about her as a teacher. Both my sons are getting an excellent education at MVCA. I love that God and religion are infused in each subject. I thank God for guiding me and my children to MVCA.

As a student who just graduated from MVCA, I can honestly say that I have seen nothing short of excellence from the faculty and staff. Coming from a homeschool environment, I had some ideas of what school life was like, but I was in for a surprise. MVCA blew me away with the incredible, Godly way that they educate their students. I cant thank the teachers and staff at MVCA enough for everything they did for me. Through them I got to know Jesus. The teachers at MVCA are 100% determined to steer their students toward Christ and His plan for their lives. I had an amazing year attending MVCA and I have made a lot of friendships that will continue far after graduation. All I can say is thank you to the wonderful teachers and staff of Mountain View Christian Academy for showing me who Jesus is and showing me what a Godly education looks like. I would highly recommend MVCA to absolutely anyone looking for a well-rounded, Christian education.

Mountain View Christian Academy is an awful school. Let me start with the church and administration. CCMV is a church that reminds me of a cult where they believe any church that differs from their specific belief is damned to hell. The elders believe and interpret things from the Bible that are just not there. From giants, to exorcisms, to sexual misconduct, CCMV is an insane church. The lead pastors wife is the administrator of MVCA. She lacks the strength to fire faculty members that underperform, in fact it took sexual misconduct and an inappropriate movie to fire teachers in the past. The faculty is lacking of skill, with most teachers getting bible degrees while minoring in teaching at an elementary or middle school level. There are no teachers capable of teaching physics, calculus or pre-calculus, and the classes that can be taught in science or math are done so very poorly. Nepotism is a huge factor in this school. Almost everyone is related, resembling that of an inbreed colony with teachers marrying other teachers children and hiring jobs in the “family” over a more competent teacher. Send your child here if you want them to be verbally harassed by teachers, lose brain cells, or be preyed on. This is just a small sample of the insanity...discover the rest for yourself.

Great school we love it there everyone is friendly and they work hard for the students

If a student doesnt grow morally and educatationally from attending this school then it is by choice. Never have a seen a group of sacrificing educators and administrators to the degree as I do at MVCA. My teenage boy chooses to take bible electives because of the caliber of teacher of Mr. Westfall just one of their amazing bible teachers. The school holds the kids to higher standards but love them and help and guide them into being the best people they can be. My children have all been given better opportunities on life because of this school. While not perfect, the school and their admininistration strives to improve and open up better opportunities for their students. MVCA is the only schoolIn the valley that is accredited. They go beyond the standards for their students as accreditation is a long arduous path. I whole heartedly recommend MVCA as a parent for 10 years at the school and have had a student in every grade in that school more than once, I have seen the good and the bad and know that if you want a good education, teachers that care and make sacrifice for your child and are looking for a wellRounded education the MVCA is your answer.

Awful school. Filled with judgmental christians. I was told by a teacher(while in the 4th grade mind you) I was going to hell for kicking another student. Curriculum has severely damaged my chances of succeeding because they just teach about god and not actual subjects like math or science. Do not send your child here ever unless you want them to receive little to no real education from a school whose budget is failing so hard they beg for money. This school and CHURCH turned me Atheist get out of the cult while you still can.Terrible Terrible school.
