Very clean cashiers and manager Rosie is very friendly its my favorite Dollar tree

One time when I came here there was an open toothbrush on the shelf and I brought it to him and he attempted to put it back on the shelf before I told the other women and she wouldnt allow him to. Staff were not helpful and made me uncomfortable. The bathrooms are dirty.

Just another family Dollar store but the staff here is what keeps me coming back. Store is usually fully stocked and very clean and well kept.**Update 6/18/2017**They have an all new staff, Im not quite sure what happened to everyone that was working there but today NONE remain? Although I dont have any issues to report with the new staff, they are no where near as friendly or helpful.

The man at the counter was quite weird and when we asked simple questions he literally ignored us. the other lady was also rude when i asked a question. prices are wayy to much.

Even though we had an issue with the Family Dollar app the staff was very helpful.

Family Dollar Store Cape Coral Parkway offers good values. This particular location is a bit cramped, lots of items, some areas tough to get thru past shoppers and products on the aisle. Shop here only as needed.

When you can go into a store and buy items and everything is a dollar I mean theres always something you can use you can you need and I love that store.

I go for specific items. Prices are reasonable. Staff is helpful.

I am always lost in this store,lol.. but its a dollar store, I liked family Dollar in Ohio but I think dollar general is better here in florida

Not friendly to couponers at all. Couponers beware. Scared to go to any other family dollar because of my experience I had there a couple months ago. Definitely never going to one again. Go to the dollar tree down the road or dollar general on del prado.

Just had a terrible experience the Spanish lady working on the register was nasty to me because everything I brought to her from the 75 percent off Christmas wasnt ringing up mind you it was 1$ to 2$ candy and she tried ringing up 95cent snicker bars I told her it should all be 25-50 cents not 95 each and she said she couldnt sell it at that price because its outdated and she didnt have time to clear the shelf

Shop is right on Cape Coral Okay, very easy to find. Free parking directly in front of the door. Somewhat untidy shop with a very large range.

Good place, a lot of variety, but there is an employee named James, who adopts bad treatment to customers and more, if they are Latino !! Very bad for this man, bad character and even when you make the effort to speak English, and his answer is fast, when he says he doesnt understand you! Hopefully these things dont happen in stores like these !!
