Colter in the printing center was extremely helpful and knowledgeable helping try to print off a double-sided template from Etsy.

Wondered in looking for a couple envelope sorters and sidetracked to printers and copiers. I was approached by a young associate named Luke. Im taking a moment unsolicited to compliment Luke. Upbeat, knowledgeable and articulate. Ive been in sales, finance and customer service most of my life. This man has a bright future and hopefully his management team is aware. Thank u Luke and if your ever looking for another opportunity in the future you have my recommendation !

Never, ever, ever order anything for delivery from this company. Two days they have wasted my time and cost me more money than my item is even worth. They continue to refuse to deliver my item and are now refusing to cancel my order and return my money.This is not okay. Period.Update: After having to contact 5 different people, I finally got my return request completed. However I received an email stating my item was lost then out of stock. So they made me wait three days for an item they lost and couldnt even actually deliver to me.This company cant even update their shipping statuses as one page states my item is still shipped, and another states its out for delivery.For your own sanity, never order anything from Staples.

The manager and associates were incredibly helpful when I was having trouble with print issues. Went above and beyond and price matched an item for me, so I could get my office back up and running. Wish I could give 6 stars

This staples location has always been very friendly and helpful with their staff they have all the school supplies and needs that I need for my children I highly recommend the Staples here off Harmony. Returns are also easy if you decide to return or bought the wrong thing. No hassles. I recommend this Staples location for any office supplies or school supplies youre looking for.

Discriminates against people with medical conditions!! I was told to leave the store even though I was wearing a face shield and explained that Im physically unable to wear a mask. They openly promote medical discrimination. Unless you have perfect health you wont be welcome.

Staples says all over the store and online that they have Easy Returns, but nothing about my return in this store was easy. Technology returns are 14 days and I was within my 14 days of when I received the item in the mail. But since I ordered it 5 days prior, they went by my order date. Refused to return or even discuss it. I had to call Staples help desk, spend 30 more minutes on the phone with them to get it returned. Youd think these stores would be more flexible right now, but apparently not.

I went to this store on Feb 17, 2020 (Presidents Day) and was really impressed with 2 employees: Josh & Bruce Staples was having an home office chair sale, which is what brought me in. The first employee (Josh) helped me pick out a durable, attractive and comfortable chair at a great value, the LazyBoy Arcadian chair. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and very helpful. In addition to all of that, he had great a great attitude and customer service skills. After checking me out at the counter he put the chair on a dolly and loaded it into the back of my car. The other employee, Bruce, was very helpful in delivering a replacement arm-rest plus parts to my home merely hours later no questions asked. I needed a replacement arm-rest because the leather on the arm-rest was noticeably scraped/frayed. It was clearly due to manufacturer damage as it was like that straight out of the box. Both associates far exceeded my expectations. Ill be back to Staples for all of my home office and business supply needs. Thank you for providing great customer service gents in an era that for the most part its mostly non-existent.

Customer service was unacceptably poor and rude! We went in looking for a simple product and were met with disregard and a feeling that we were putting the employees out of their way. Not to mention the cashier was equally as rude. I was disappointed in the lack of helpfulness, and especially in the cleanliness of the store; it was a complete mess! You might think that being in the middle of a pandemic would encourage them to present with a clean store, but it was the exact opposite. I will never choose to shop at Staples again. If youve read this far, the Office Depot in town is MUCH cleaner, friendlier, and has quality products.

Have been to several different stores looking at laptops, Staples by far had the best help and most options. Associates were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we found exactly what we needed.

Rude staff who made you feel like you were unwelcome, to include short unhelpful responses. You would think the employees were busy by the way they acted, but the store was empty. Maybe they should have been cleaning the store which was absolutely filthy. Employees need some customer service training. I will never step foot in there again and will continue to shop at Office Depot.

I was visited this store a while back. I was looking for a printer for a student to use in school. Fortunately for me they were clearing out some nice HP printers that printed and scanned documents. It was a very nice HP printer for a substantial reduction in retail price. It still works fine to this date. This was a good deal from this store in my opinion. I will use them again.

Staples is a good office supply store. They are a GREAT place to make copies. I think it is 18 cents per page for black and white copies. Also, there is always someone manning the copy desk and they are efficient if there is some sort of mechanical malfunction.

The best Air-conditioning no cap, amazing chairs and prices

Apparently a self-service store! In twenty minutes time, absolutely no one on the sales floor. The young cashier was friendly but content to ignore the customer.After ten minutes of searching for the right item, I decided to see if anyone would show up. Never did.Ultimately found the product, stuffed back on a shelf. The floor price turned out to be better than the advertised price, otherwise this with be one star.At checkout I asked if there were any other employees in the store. Oh there are others was the reply. I hope they were accomplishing great things while out of sight.

We had an amazing shopping experience at this particular store. Josh really did a great job of finding us a printer suitable for our needs. Id give him more stars if I could. Ill go there from now on!

My copier at home broke and I needed to make copies of my IDs. I went to Staples and was told that I had to do them my own (as they were colors, and I didnt know how to do it) - then Carolyn, the Supervisor, was helping me patiently, and they turned out perfectly perfect!What a customer service, Carolyn!Thank you so much for your patience and the quality of your service. I went in to buy filing cabinet and the in store selections were very poor. When I asked about further selection I was rudely pointed to a computer kiosk and told to look for myself. Once I found a filing cabinet I liked, I put in my order and had a store pickup appointment scheduled. When I went to pick up the item the cashier brought it out then did not help me load it into my car and did not even help me wheel it through the store to the exit just brought it over to me and walked away. I will not be shopping here again.

Wife went there got a laptop and got taken big time ! Ended up playing double for her computer. Costumer service also sucks ! Do not go there.

Decent options to choose from in the store for office furniture, but a horrible customer experience. We found a desk, hutch, and office chair we liked, so we called in to see if they were in the store. Not all of them were, so we decided to order them to be delivered to the store for us to pick up. Apparently, that cant be done over the phone, but instead on a kiosk in the store.We go back to the store to order, and decided instead to have it delivered home since the boxes would not all fit in the car when picking them up. We made sure they could deliver to a 3rd floor apartment, and we were told it was no problem. We were also told it would all be delivered within 6 business days. This was on a Sunday, and the delivery came Tuesday.The delivery people came, no one was there, so they left and called my husband. They also told him that they were not allowed to carry the deliveries up by themselves, so someone needed to be home in order to sign for it and help carry stuff. This caused a huge issue during the day to get him home to help, when he was working and had to adjust his schedule. You tell us 6 business days, and are there less than 48 hours later without warning?Then, we are also told the chair we ordered and paid for was not in stock at the warehouse. We called the store and since they had a couple left, we asked if they could hold one for us to pick up that evening. The answer was a no, even though they had us order from the kiosk there, said it was in stock in the warehouse, and we had already paid. Needless to say, we finally got them to say yes.Luckily, we were able to talk to one of the managers/assistant managers at the location in person, and they did apologize for everything, but it was still very frustrating. I like the furniture we purchased, but would likely choose a different store for any future purchases for office furniture.

We were having an emergency at work and need something printed late in the day and this location was able to help us out. Great service!

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Visited this location about a week ago, the cashier was incredibly rude. Rang us up barking orders with the card reader and then said you dont need a bag do you? We returned today to get some cards printed and there were three employees behind the print center counter. Two were leaning, conversing,and the 3rd was on the phone. The employee on the phone finally got off the phone and said are you purchasing something? We said well yes but can we please have some things printed? He said let me finish these 2 phone calls and Ill try and help you. He huffed and walked off. The two people behind the counter completely avoided eye contact, never once greeted us. We took our business over to kinkos where we were immediately greeted with a smile and helped immediately! Kinkos deserves all 5 stars, Staples not so much.

I have done business with them for over 3-years and have found the staff very helpful always. The Tech staff are very helpful. I have bought from them 2-laptops and a GPS. They were always there for me when I had problems.

Carolyn was absolutely wonderful! We needed business cards and brochures printed for a meeting the next morning, as our VistaPrint order had been of bad quality. I went into Staples at 3pm to see what options we had. Sherman took my order answered all my questions and really gave 100% to make sure I was taken care of. Carolyn then took my order over. We had some issues with the printing quality of our file. Not only did she try her best to fix it in store but she called me to inform me of the issue, create a solution and showed real concern for the quality of our product. She then made sure to come in early the next morning to make sure we had what we needed on time for the meeting. Outstanding customer service & care!

Carolyn seems to be the most unhappiness person Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. She treats every customer like they are nothing. Rude to the core, even after speaking with the manager a month ago we thought we had the problem solved. The Manger told her about our complaint, she had the nerve to call us and confront us. Extreme unprofessional attitude on Staples part. I hope corporate sees this!

I bought 2 computers the day before Black Friday. I arrived on Friday morning to collect the computers and only found out in the shop after I paid that it was impossible to take the two computers but only one, a big disappointment from this store

We were sad when the Loveland store closed but at least the Fort Collins store is just as nice.

I got a $30 VR headset that was $10 at other stores and it was a complete ripoff. Don’t buy stuff like that at staples.
