Wow! This place is FULL of beautiful products to buy! Its a good thing I didnt bring a wallet full of money or I would have bought everything! If you want some excellent quality items for your home or office, this is the place to go! There were quite a few items on sale with great prices. The regular prices on things are probably a little higher than places like Walmart or Target, but they also have a much larger selection of things, such as desks, chairs, office accessories, Etc. Even though prices are a little bit higher, they are still VERY reasonable and affordable. I went to Office Depot looking for Uni-ball Retractable 207™ Black Gel Pens 1.0mm Bold (Best. Pen. Ever.). I was in luck because they had a special going on for all Uni-ball pens...Buy One, Get One 50% off! So I bought a 4-pack for $6.29 and got the second 4-pack for only $3.14! Excellent deal, as these gel pens are a bit pricey. Although, definitely worth it! Another thing I noticed while shopping around is that they carry a lot of products that I had never seen before that are made by popular brands. For example...they had some combination MasterLocks™ that are locked/unlocked using directional movement instead of turning the wheel to each number in the combination. I mean, maybe theyve been out for a while and I just havent seen them, but they were awesome little gadgets (attached to this review, I posted a photo of this lock, if you want to check it out). Thats just an example, of course. There are many other products that I have never seen before that I would love to buy. The employees at this location were all extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. 👍After checking out and when you receive your receipt, there is a COUPON attached for 20% Off a regular priced item on your next visit. The only issue with the coupon is that there is a looooong list of things that you CAN NOT use it for, such as: *all furniture and chairs, all technology or consumer ELECTRONICS (whaaaa!? 😒), all electronic labelers and labeling accessories (Im still going to go back for one of these anyway because they are so awesome and not very expensive at all), all HP, Epson, and Samsung products, all sale-priced case paper, etc etc etc. In other words, you cant use it on any of the things you would actually WANT to use it for. 😕 It seems like a LARGE selection of items in the store are off limits, which is kind of off-putting. BUT! We should be grateful for the things we CAN use the coupon for, like office supplies and accessories, expensive pens, etc. So other than that, I think this is a fantastic store. There are gorgeous items everywhere to choose from. I would definitely recommend this Office Depot. AAA+++ business for sure. 🏆 💯🌟

Only place Ive been to that kicked me out for not wearing a mask. My health is more important than your fear and I have REAL health issues that keep me from wearing one. Then offer me a face shield??? That tells me (with this virus being AIRBORNE) compliance is more important than health. What is a face shield going to do? I might as well put my hat over my face and call it a mask! Im insulted and disgusted and will be taking my business elsewhere

It is nice to walk into a store where there are employees there ready to help guide you to what you are looking for. It is rare these days. I was greeted and offered help by every employee I saw today. Found what I was needing and also a good deal on carpet deodorizer.

I have used turbo tax for years and get mine at office depot. This year I got mine and it has changed and will not work with windows 7. Called to return it and they will not accept. They should have let their customers know the changes. Will not shop there again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is a complete joke. A digital download should be available right away not a week later. Yall said it couldnt be canceled and we had to wait until we recieved the order to return it which makes no sense. Then when we get the order you say digital orders cant be returned. How are yall still open with such horrible and childish business ethics. We will be telling everyone and posting on all social media.

Very cheap school supplies. They had very good quality folders for one cent a piece. They also had a very good notebook which was below one dollar, and it was the same quality as a $5 Mead notebook.

I came to Office Depot on a Tuesday night around 7 pm. I was the only person shopping in the store. I was not greeted when I walked in. There was 2 employees at the register talking and 2 more in the back of the store also conversing. I was never asked if I needed help finding anything. I spend 10 minutes searching for this specific item. Upon check out I was stuck waiting behind an employee who was purchasing a coke and they were unable to get her phone number entered for what I assume to be her employee discount. After waiting for the employee to finish her transition, the employee at the register did not say a word to me. He simply rang up my item, I swiped my card, and left. Will never be. returning.

Great selection of office supplies. Sometimes the prices can be a little on the high side (compare to Amazon office supplies) but overall good selection, clean store, & helpful staff.

Went to the store to buy an office chair. Manager said it was out of stock. So, they assisted in ordering the chair online and we ended up paying on the same day. We were told that the chair would be delivered in a 3 to 5 business days. The chair came in 3 days later and fully assembled. So, I we were very happy. However, as soon as I brought into the door, you could see clearly the tags on the chair that it was the display chair. Unacceptable! So, I called to return the chair for a new chair but none were in stock in store. Absolutely bad business practice since this is a typical bait and switch. We went through the hassle of ordering online with them thinking we were going to get a brand new chair. We even waited 3 days thinking a brand new chair was going to be delivered. I will never shop at an office depot again.P.S. I called customer service and they seemed apologetic. They said they were going to refund some money back and provide a little gift. However, its been 2 weeks and Ive yet to see any proof of reconciliation. Their customer service is just as deceptive as the employees and store manager in this office depot location. Terrible experience from a truly questionable company. Stay away!

Awesome costumer service, able to locate an employee when I needed one, and they were really helpful! They helped me find everything I needed rather quickly!

They had excess cardstock in a clearance section that was removed from their original packaging for some reason and then they had tightly shrink wrapped the loose cardstock in a bundle. The shrink wrap was all the way around all four sides. They were anywhere from an inch to 2 1/2 inches thick in a few different colors. Written in black Sharpie was a barcode number and marked $1, $2 and $3. I picked up 3 different colors and when I went to checkout they put in the barcode and said, They were 8 cents a piece. I said so you are going to open the shrink wrap and count all the sheets and I am to pay 8 cents a sheet each? That just didnt make any sense at all to me. I normally dont get irritated when things like that happen and I just brush it off. I went in to look for a dot grid notebook and out of the thousand I looked thru, there was not one. So I went to check out their washi tape section. Apparently they had a great sale at .73 a piece and they were wiped clean. The ones for regular price that I looked up online before I went in must have been PhotoShopped bc the patterns, colors didnt look near as nice in the store. So I ended up checking out under $10 (first time ever thats happened) I used to spend around $150 every time I went in, Yes, I know, 😛 but I love office supplies and pens and on and on. This is sadly the second time Ive had a bad experience in their store. I wasted more than an hour of my life I wont get back, lol. However all was not lost, Target welcomed me with open arms and I found oodles of washi tape on clearance!

Anytime I go to this store, the customer service is always great. You are immediately greeted when you walk in and offered help.

I got a great printer for half the prize of Amazon. Wow. And local too. Way to go guys!

Photo printing is a joke here. Doesn’t matter what size you submit online, they print the photo to fit an 8x11.5 sheet and leave the white margins. Print your photos somewhere else.

This is a good store, with a good selection and kind workers. However, its location makes it easy to miss.

It took awhile for the line of costomers to be recognized.
