This facility was the absolute best place for our baby boy. The staff that care for our son are like family to us now. He’s learned so much and grown so much with the ladies at bent tree. It warms my heart knowing that our son was loved by so many and he got to experience so many firsts with them. We’re so sad to leave Bent Tree but would recommend their care and attentiveness to anybody who asks!

This location is a great place to work. The students are ready to learn and experience everything Bent Tree has to offer. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. I love being apart of this establishment during my time on staff there.

I’ve sent two kids to Bent Tree, the staff is amazing and the teachers make learning so much fun. My kids love going to school every morning! As a working parent, the hours are great and they also take care of meals and snacks. Some changes in experience during covid (like limited amount of the “specials” available like soccer or dance) but hopefully they can come back because it made the experience feel more complete. Overall love this school and would (and do!) recommend it to anyone searching.

It’s challenging to express our love for this school in a review!The teachers are amazing and truly care for your kiddos. The cleanliness is shocking (it doesn’t smell like dirty kids!) and the way the Director and team listens to your concerns shows true genuine care. We love this place and have also found a make shift option for our children as the face to face schooling is closed at public schools! We are so grateful to have found Bent Tree CDC. We felt so welcomed by their staff who knew us by name right away. Our son comes home happy and exhausted every day, and it’s easy to see the teachers’ passion for child care. Communication is always prompt and clear, and we love dropping our baby off each morning for a day of fun, learning, and focused care.

My kids have loved their time at Bent Tree! It is such a welcoming environment for children and parents with a great curriculum and so many happy and friendly faces. Both of my children were accepted to a premier magnet school thanks to the skills theyve developed attending Bent Tree from shortly after birth to PreK (between 2010 and 2020). AND THE FOOD - my kids rave about the food so much Ive had to ask for specifics so we can make them at home! Love, Love, Love the people here!

We have attended BTCDC since fall 2017, and we have absolutely loving being a Bent Tree family. The teachers absolutely love on our kiddos, and the administration team takes parental feedback very seriously. As with any daycare, I think improved teacher pay would help retention. That said, I think they treat the teachers well and have done a TON during the a pandemic to give us peace of mind that our kids are safe at school. I’d highly recommend Bent Tree to any family!

Bent Tree has been a great experience for my child and our family. My daughter stayed at home with me for a year before I started researching childcare options. My husband and I toured many and quite frankly, Bent Tree was the only one that met our high standards. The front office staff was so kind and welcoming and remain the same each day. Ms. Bobbi showed our family around and was so warm and answered all my questions and concerns. Ms. Bobbi , I just cannot say enough good things about her you really feel after meeting her that she is a family member. I was convinced after touring that this was the place for our daughter. The center is clean, warm and has a diverse staff and small class sizes.My daughters teacher name is Ms. Stephanie and she also spends a lot of time with Ms. Betye. These teachers have been great with my daughter and I know they really truly care for my daughter and all children in their care. They are also good about sending daily updates and pictures to me of my daughter which I just love. This makes it so much easier for me to go to work knowing she will be we well cared for. Bent Tree CDC is a great place to work.(Staff )co workers /management are supportive, helpful, inspirational they are are always available when you need them whether its for a idea, suggestion, advice or support. Its also great place to bring your children its a very loving, nurturing environment. Kids come in excited to learn and start their day and leave full of smiles. Parents are happy with the constant ,instant communication they get during the day with kids reports an app we use to send you updates, pictures and videos of what their children have been learning and doing throughout the day. Im proud to be part of the Bent Tree child development team.

This is an amazing school. The teachers there truly take on a nurturing role with the students and provide the best learning environment for the kids. I have yet to see such a staff of teachers that work as a family and it shows that they truly enjoy their job providing parents that reassurance throughout the day. I also love that the principal is very hands on and a blessing to Bent Tree Center.

I come to Bent Tree weekly to teach soccer lessons. I have been to a lot of preschools all over the DFW area and Bent Tree is one of the best that I have been to. It is well maintained, clean and organized. The staff here is also excellent and very well trained. If I had children of my own I would bring them here without a doubt.

Great school!! My son attended preschool at Bent Tree and loved it. The entire administration is so knowledgeable when it comes to caring for children and they take their time with the students and parents to make sure everyone is comfortable and secure while attending. I love how it feels very much like a “private school” and the years of experience shows through all the activities and programs they have to offer. Not to mention how great the education is also!

We’ve been a part of Bent Tree family for 2 years since my kid was 2.5 yo and we love it! I appreciate the small size class, and the close-knit community it feels like. The teachers and and staff know every kid and parent in school and it gives me more sense of security and comfort while leaving my kid there all day. They are very good in reporting classroom activities and in general communication too. We only have good experiences so far at Bent Tree.

Bent Tree was amazing to my daughter. The infant classroom is intimate and you really feel like your kiddo has 1:1 attention. She smiled when I dropped her off and picked her up, so I know she loved her teachers. The teachers really make an effort to be personal with you too. Cannot say enough great things about them!

Hi,My daughter went to this school for one year, and we could see good change in her growth. Teachers are very good and hard working. They do so much of art works and they are very friendly with the kids. Kids will be so happy for all the parties they do. They will be happy with the gifts and all stuffs. I have been working at Bent Tree Child Development Center for going on 4 years now and I love it. I look forward to coming to work everyday. The administrative team and teachers work their hardest to always enurse that each child is developing mentally and physically to their best abilities. My daughter loves coming here and I know the infant teachers give her tons of love and she stays active through the day.

My 2 year old daughter has been going to Bent Tree for almost all of her life and we could not be happier with the leadership and care of this facility and staff. They truly love the children, each and every one of them. No matter what class they are in, all of the staff knows their names and cares for them all day long. They always go out of their way to help create a smooth drop off and transition to class. We trust our daughter with several of the staff members outside of school as well.

Great place to work. The teachers and staff create a great environment. They are always accommodating to whatever needs arise. I feel that the other teachers truly care about each other, which I feel makes for a great learning environment for the children. I love being a teacher here!

Bent Tree Child Development Center is an excellent choice when considering a quality school for your children. My sons teacher, Ms. Nicole, loves and cares for him as if he were her own. Under her care, he has learned and developed tremendously. He is excited to come to school every morning and runs up to give her a hug as soon as he sees her. Ms. Bobbie and Ms. Lori are outstanding administrators who run the school smoothly and efficiently and they both greet every child by name upon arrival. I would highly recommend Bent Tree to anyone looking for a clean, safe and loving environment for their children.

My daughter has been going here for a year and I must say I couldnt be happier and feel safer as a parent! She has been with Ms. Camilia and absolutely LOVES her! They do many fun activities here including singing and dancing and lots of learning. The daycare prepares fresh meals daily. They can be flexible concerning after-hours if parents have a busy work schedule. I highly recommend this school!

My son has been at Bent Tree since he was he was about 2 years old. When he first started there I explained to them that he was a micro preemie and would have therapists coming to school to work with him in the classroom. The therapists were impressed with the small classrooms and the attentiveness of the teachers. The teachers were impressed that the therapist could come in and not disrupt the class or the lesson but blend in. Anytime I have have had a concern or question the are always attentive and willing to listen. My son has made some great friends.

We love Bent Tree CDC! My daughter went here for 2+ years and she was loved and well cared for every single day of those 2 years. The teachers, the Director and the staff are amazing and care for your child like their own. This is what good early childhood education should be - fun, nurturing and creative. We will miss Bent Tree.

Ive waited a year to write this review because when it comes to something as important as childcare and education, you really have to be somewhere long term to be able to give a balanced review. My child has been very happy at BTCDC and has really blossomed verbally and intellectually in Level II and is now in Level III. I am really impressed with how the teachers are able to redirect students and make them feel special. The facility is cozy, clean, and airy classrooms, and the ratios are lower than other places I toured. Keep doing a great job.

We sent our kid here for 3 1/2 years. We love that there are always fun out-of-the-routine events arranged for the kids pretty much every other week. I felt our kid was ahead of the curve and already knew everything needed to learn when we arrived at Kindergarten in PISD. The teachers and the staff are awesome. Only thing we wish for is less teacher turnover, and that the school would do more to retain them. But we understand that it is a hard job and that sometimes the teachers need to move on for their own personal growth.

My son has been going to the school since he was 1. After two years of being apart of the Bent Tree Family , I couldnt be happier! Even though Dallas continues to grow, they try to keep class sizes small to ensure our little ones get the attention they need to grow. He is developing so nicely and I love the other children he gets to play with during the day. The extra curricular aside from day-to-day school are awesome and the school does a lot to keep up with philanthropy in our community!

Bent Tree Child Development Center is a first-rate daycare. We are Ivy-league parents sending both kids there, and they both love it. Mary has done a great job improving the school. The nutrition is great, the teachers are invested, and the playground keeps the kids active and engaged. I have already recommended many parents to sign their kids up and join the BTCDC family.

This school has a wonderful faculty made up of great leadership and compassionate caregivers. They keep the school running smoothly and give everyone personal attention. The kids are safe and loved. In addition, this school has a diverse student base and I am glad that my children are able to go to preschool with children who come from diverse cultures.

We love Bent Tree. Their dedication to their families is wonderful as they know all the kids names and listen to any concerns. Our daughter is excited to go to school everyday and is learning so much at 2 years old. They have fun activities (i.e. petting zoo, train ride, face painting, splash days) in the summertime for the kids which is always a great surprise. We feel very safe and comfortable at Bent Tree and couldnt ask for a better place right now for our daughter.

Relocating from Chicago to Dallas over a year ago and finding the right fit for my daughter academically and socially was my greatest fear. My daughter started at Level III and now we are preparing for Kindergarten. Since our tour and discovery day, I had no doubt in my mind that Bent Tree was the best school for my daughter. From the staff to her teachers, we love Bent Tree. My daughter is excited to go to school daily and thats a blessing. Safety has never been a concern, the teachers and staff take great care of the students. We love the extra curriculum activities offered and the fun events planned throughout the year. I would and have recommended others to the Bent Tree family. You are greeted with a smile entering and exiting the building. I am confident my daughter will reach amazing levels of success due to her foundation at Bent Tree Child Development Center.

My son has been going to this school for just under a year now. He had previously gone to two other comparably priced preschools in the area with horrible outcomes. I cant begin to say how much of a relief it is to drop him off every morning, knowing he is being cared for and safe. He is in Level 1 with Ms. Cassandra who is just wonderful. She is a patient and loving person and really teaches the kids compassion and empathy while maintaining an academic atmosphere. My son has come home asking what color random items were and trying to count various items so I know he is learning as well. It is structured and not just a daycare. I cannot recommend this preschool enough. Every family that walks in is greeted by name and the ladies up front are very welcoming. I feel fortunate to have found this school.

We had our children at Bent Tree for over 3 years, and had a wonderful experience! The teachers and staff are warm & loving, the environment clean & safe, and our kids were always happy here. We hated to leave, but still feel a part of the family and would recommend to anyone looking for a great school for their young children.

Love this place! My granddaughter started here last spring and the Director and staff have been amazing! The teachers are very involved and keep us posted of her progress. They have great extra curricular activities to choose from too - from piano lessons, to soccer, to Tot Kwan Do. Its a great place to send your children.

Brent Tree is awesome! Both my almost 3 yr old and 6 month old attend BTCDC and we have been extremely happy with all the teachers and staff. My son has been going to Bent Tree CDC from Level I to Level III program. Today is his last day of class. Bent Tree CDC has been a wonderful place for my son through the years. All the teachers and administrators were nice, caring and helpful. The environment is clean and orderly and the school take care in planning out their activities. The lunches smelled good and I bet they are tasty also. Its a blessing to have the many great people who were part of my son Pre-K years. Were grateful to them. Bent Tree has been amazing since I transferred my child over from another school a couple years ago. She has learned so much and is ahead of many children her age that dont attend the school. The teachers are phenomenal and have such creativity, while following a well planned out curriculum. The KidsReport app is my favorite as we get updates and pictures of our children throughout the day so we can still feel we are a part of their lives when we cant actually be there. I highly recommend this school if you are looking for a place where you know your baby is safe, but also developing on such a high level.

I sent my son to the after school program at Bent Tree. It is a fantastic place. The staff is friendly and helpful, even assisting him with his homework before I pick him up. The facility is clean and, most important, I trust the staff and feel he is 100% safe in their care. My only regret is that I didnt send him to their Pre-K program! I highly recommend Bent Tree in Addison!!

This is the third year my daughter has attended BTCDC, and we have LOVED our experience here! Most everyone in the building knows my daughter because they have taken the time to learn all the kiddos names, and they are invested in your family & your child. Before enrolling her, I checked the ratings on the Texas state website for child care and toured the facilities who were rated the highest. Bent Tree is by far the best. They helped me with everything from potty training to Kindergarten-prep, and they have loved my child throughout the whole process.Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, Bent Tree!

I had the opportunity to service Bent Trees fish tanks today. Im a service tech from a nearby aquarium store. I travel to anything from houses to office buildings, and many schools as well. I must say this is one of the cleanest, most well kept schools I have had the pleasure to service. Not to mention, I was treated with respect from all employees/teachers, which is rare in my line of work. I Dont have kids yet unfortunately, but if I did this is where I would want them to be. I look forward to keeping this on facility on my route.

After searching for and visiting various other schools in North Dallas, this place absolutely stands out from the rest. Developmentally appropriate learning happens each day. Evidence of this goes home weekly. The teachers are great! They help with separation anxiety and are very caring. I like that BTCDC is accredited. This says a lot about the program they run. Low student/ teacher ratios are a real perk!

Bent Tree is a great place! My 2 year old son is in level 1, soon to be level2 & his level 1 teachers are wonderful! He has learned so much it amazes me. They are all very caring about the children. I am also an employee at bent tree Im in infant2 so Im able to go pop in anytime to observe my little man to make sure hes doing ok, which he usually always is. I highly recommend Bent Tree Child Development Center as a school for your child!

BTCDC is an absolutely wonderful school. The big thing for us when we were picking a new place for our kids (then, aged 4 & 2) was the low student/teacher ratio. We also really liked all the activities incorporated into the curriculum. Also, the staff has always been super accomodating and friendly.

All three of our children go to Bent Tree. We could not be happier with the way our children are taught and cared for. It is a great feeling knowing that our children are in good hands every day. We love being a part of the Bent Tree family.

Bent Tree Child Development Center is a great place for your child to attend. Our toddler attends school here and she has learned alot since she has been here. Her vocabulary has almost doubled being seventeen months old. The teacher is amazing works on arts, reading and alphabetical letters. I have seen my daughters tactical skill and knowledge increase with the encouragement and patience of the teachers at Bent Tree Child Development Center! The sense of security and safety of our children being at school was our top most concern with the world changing and having to think about your childs safety at school. The safety mechanism at this school is a special lock that only opens for a special unique code which is different for everyone. I highly recommend enrolling your child here. Your child will learn alot and enjoy their time here.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school. My son began at level II (age 2) and I am now enrolling him in kindergarten! I have had peace every day leaving him with the very loving and capable hands of the staff and teachers at Bent Tree Child Development Center. Prior to starting school unexpectedly at age 2, my son was cared for by myself or my mother. My son started at Bent Tree Child Development Center one week after the unexpected passing of my mother. It was a difficult time for me to deal with the grief of losing my mother and desperately trying to find childcare that could remotely hold a candle to the love a grandmother will give daily. I was able to find that love and concern in the hearts of the staff at Bent Tree Child Development Center. From the moment I walked in the doors to take a tour, I felt peace. The children were smiling and the staff were happy despite it being the very end of the school day! Having previously worked in education, I know that smiling staff at the end of the day is more telling of a successful program because we are all exhausted but when you are still smiling, you have a heart for children. There has never been a day I have worried about my son while he has been attending BTCDC. During his time there, he has grown, potty trained, socialized, made friends, learned, colored, lived life, questioned, laughed, enjoyed himself, and stayed innocent to the cruel hearts of the world. He is a delightfully stubborn child who is too smart for his own good and questions everything. He very easily can wear an adult out, however, he has been BLESSED by the loving hearts that have always embraced and loved him for who he is. Every teacher he has been privileged to have has always treated my son with love and respect and taught him lessons on life, friendships, sharing, and curriculum along the way. Hes been no stranger to having to learn the hard way because of his stubborn nature, but the staff and administration have always been fair and loving to his young heart. When he gets to school he is excited. When he leaves school he is prepared for life. Even though we started this school while I still lived in Fort Worth and I worked in Frisco, I made the drive to Addison just specifically for this school! I recommend it to anyone! Having peace about the care of your child is worth every penny and the time it takes to drive him/her to school! You will not be disappointed.

Bent Tree CDC is a wonderful place to send your kids. My oldest has been with them for 2 years and our infant son attends now too. We had a bad experience with another daycare, so Bent Tree has been a blessing for us. Both of my children LOVE their teachers! My 10 month old is going through a mommy phase and cries when he is handed off to other people but when we get to Bent Tree he lights up for Ms. Nekia, she is amazing! Our daughter talks about Ms. Camilia all the time. She has learned so much in her class and is excited to go to “school” in the mornings. The office staff is always welcoming and very supportive of the teachers and families. We couldn’t be happier here and are so grateful to send our children to a place where they are cared for so well.

This is a happy and safe place for children. My twins went there for almost three years. We never had any complain. Classrooms are nicely planned, large and colorful. Playyard is great. The staff is chosen carefully. And they truly, genuinely love and care for the kids. In the KG transition, my kids were taught well. They are way ahead in reading and maths than other kids now in actual KG. Lory Peck, Miss Taylor, Miss Rebone, Mrs Ricker, Miss Melissa.... All I have is gratitude for these ladies. Thank you BTCDC. This is how a preschool should be.

Bent Tree CDC is a fantastic pre-school! I have one child who attended BTCDC who is now in kindergarten. She is doing wonderfully academically, behaviorally, socially etc! I have another child who is still attending in Level III Pre-K. I can tell that she will be more than ready for kindergarten when she graduates! Its also very comforting know that each of the teachers and staff know my children by name. Everyone is so warm and friendly and I always feel comfortable knowing my children are in good hands when Im at work. Would recommend BTCDC to family, friends and strangers alike!

My son Bryn started BTCDC when he has 18 months old - after being with a nanny since he was a baby. He was a shy little guy with delayed speech. Fast forward almost two years and Bryn wont be quiet! I love to hear all the things he has learned when I pick him up each day. The teachers and staff are wonderful! Everyone is professional and passionate about learning. We love Bent Tree!

We have been at Bent Tree a little over two years now. My oldest is in the after care program and my youngest is in the Level 1 program. My eldest absolutely LOVES her teachers. During the summer she was enrolled in the summer camp program with Mr.Tommy and Ms.Melly and I couldnt have been happier. They cooked, did science projects, went on amazing field trips, and at the end of the summer put on an incredible talent show and you couldnt ask for my loving Nd invested teachers. My youngest is in Level I with Ms Doris. She has learned so much its almost like she began talking overnight. She is starting to point out colors, animals and shapes she has learned about in class. The best thing about BTCDC, is the family-like atmosphere you get. My youngest was in the NICU and sick for a week. The families, administration, and teachers came to visit her, sent us dinners, and showered us with love and prayer. If I could give BTCDC more than 5 stars I would.

I have a 18 month year old girl. She had an evaluation day one day in the month of June 2017. Mary the head of the school seemed sweet but in a fake way - And not a concerned manager. My daughter was in Melissas room, level 1. She cried when I left like I expected, but calmed down after a few. She sat at the table, and she was very shy. I stayed the WHOLE time to really make sure this was the best place for her. It was a total of two hours I observed about. Next thing I know unexpectedly I heard Melissa yelling at a boy to sit down. I was shocked! I stayed in to observe to see how she would treat my daughter after loosing her temper with the young, sweet boy. She LITERALLY grabbed my daughter by the arm while she was still in her chair scooting her over to wash her hands at the sink instead of picking her up. My daughter didnt cry, and I dont think she did it too aggresive to a point to cause pain, but that really hurt my feelings! It was unnecessary!!! For Melissa to act this way when I was standing at the window - which she knew OR she may have forgotten that quick! I belive she got irritated - mind that it was only 10 am. No telling how she acts towards the end of the day. Instead of me hurrying in the room to tell Melissa about herself, I stayed to observe more to see how my daughter act and the teacher. Thats how I knew I was in shock!!!! Melissa was too aggresive for me, and not the loving person I want for my child. Are we as parents REALLY observing the classrooms with our kids in there or just seeing the first interactions for a few minutes? Its important to pop up and really observe as long as possible because you get to see everything layout in front of you. I am not afraid to tell my story and them knowing who I am. This is to all the seriously, concerned parents out there who really care about the love for their child. When I talked to Mary, it seemed like a fake concern - she just sent her assistant to check to see if Melissa needed a break. I really felt like a really concerned Head of School should take it more serious, and show the parent. Like bringing Melissa in with Parent to discuss. - After all that, I hurried and grabbed my daughter and LEFT! Now I wish I would have told Melissa about herself, but I was so ready to get out of there!!!! I gave 2 stars - because I saw the older children really enjoying themselves in their classrooms.And the mangers need to spend more time observing and being in the rooms making sure their business is doing great! We are so happy we discovered BTCDC! We sent our daughter there for pre-k and it was a great experience that prepared her well for kindergarten. She learned a ton while enjoying her time with her teachers and classmates. The staff is caring and provides an appropriate balance of love and structure. The after school activities are awesome and provide an easy way for my child to participate in things while I am at work. Overall we are thrilled to say we were a BTCDC family!

Im not going to give a rating because we only visited. Just doing a review for people looking at the daycare.The environment seems very professional and organized. They use a curriculum that includes workbooks even for 3 year olds. They have cameras that monitor all the classrooms. This is good. The director was friendly and offered to work with me by allowing me to pay half of the registration fee up front and the other half after a week or two as well as the workbook fee which is $35 for a 3 year old. There are fire alarms and phones in each room in case of emergency. The childs day is structured. The place is clean and neat. There is a little computer lab and little room used as a library but theres not many books in it. They have music time but they only watch tv 30 minutes each week and thats on Friday. The tv part is good or bad however you want to look at it. At 3 they should still be allowed to be kids but also have some structure.The things I didnt like were that ages 3 and up must wear uniforms. I hate the idea of uniforms for kids, but seems really extreme for 3 year olds. I would have to go buy a new wardrobe and all of her clothes would be unworn basically a waste of her clothes. And shes trying to learn colors and things so it just seems like uniforms pull the life out of kids and suck out the fun from living and expressing themselves. The rooms looked decent sized except for the transitioning room that my daughter wouldve been in. It was pretty small.There were some safety concerns. A broken table in the 2-3 year old transitioning room. The room is sooo small. The teachers table is low to the ground so the toddlers can reach things on it and there are staples, paperclips, adult scissors, stable remover, etc on the edge of it. Its right next to the play area. Not safe. Also the second time I visited, the day was finishing up so the little ones werent in the room, but I noticed by the little sink there were cleaners lined up as if they are always there. One of the cleaner (looked like fabuloso) didnt have a lid and was just sitting there. If its always like that a 2-3 year old in that room could just walk up and grab it and drink it or spray it at someone. The safety concerns were the first reason for not enrolling and major issue for me. Uniforms were second reason for not enrolling but thats just a personal reason.
