Nancy the owner of the dance studio and the person in charge of renting the venue sold us a package with food and Dj and unlimited drinks and servers for our wedding and the day of the wedding Nancy was no where to be found. She left her daughter in charge that had no idea of the package we had gotten. She had no drinks for my guest and she didn’t even know we had the unlimited drink package. Because her daughter did not know our package we had hot drinks and she even had to go buy drinks at the moment of the party because of the confusion with Nancy. The food was 30 min late, the supposedly chef was rude to my guest too after the food was late the food was horrible nothing to what they had promised and what we had tasted all this was highly recommended by Nancy. The bartender was also rude to my guests as well. The DJ was given a play list and played what he wanted anyways and when told to play the music we gave him he threatened to walk out. The servers where “her daughter and her daughters boyfriend” and the people who where in charge of the food we paid 300 dollars extra because, supposedly she needed to get more server’s. We ended up having 4 servers total even though she charged me 300 extra. The daughter just kept telling me that the servers were coming but it ended up being just them 4. This place has horrible services and Nancy is a liar. She claims the package she sells you are all different venders but it’s not true because they all work for her. She is getting all the money so save yourself the trouble and find a professional place because this place is very unprofessional and uncoordinated and Nancy does not stick to her word or agreements upon her packages or services. If there was any way to give this place 0 stars I would!
