Had a last minute problem of using the wrong fuel and needing flushed . Contacted them on the phone and decided to stop over with the other car and get more detail . front desk was very helpful in assuring that it was going to be alright . There price was very reasonable. And due to catching the issue fast there were able to fix it in 2hrs .

This business sent coupons out for 39.99 oil change. My husband decided to give this small business an opportunity to gain our business... so my husband goes to get the oil changed and have them LOOK to see if the wheel bearing is worn... he waited almost 2 hours for the service because they didnt have the correct oil filter on house. Yes it was an upgraded filter, but 2 hours?? Them he goes to settle the bill, should be 39.99 + tax right?? Nope 106 and change!! When the employee was questioned about the discrepancy he informed my husband that there is a charge for shop supplies and the difference in the filter ($3) then charged $60 to visually look at the wheel bearing? What?? So the 39.99 oil changed turned into 106 and I will never go back to them again. On top of all of that when my husband was questioning the charges, the employee took a personal phone call and proceeded to ignore my husband standing in front of him in his shop?? Not a good way to run a business... I will never send anyone here...

I don’t know a lot about cars. Any other mechanic would take advantage of that, but not them. They tell me what is urgent and what can wait and they explain everything to me until I understand before they do it. They are super sweet and honest people.I’m glad honest mechanics who don’t try to get every dime out of you still exist.

Make sure you go with a guy who knows what he’s talking about, what was quoted here was wayyyyyyyyyy above what anyone else have ever quoted. I had no power steering for almost a year and soon as I let him take a look at it then got my car back my steering went out while at work, THAT EXACT SAME DAY.... they have a nice place but was wayyyyyy over charged even the lady who answered the phone quoted me almost 500 less than what the mechanic said. Also Akron U students they know the school will pay up to 1000 so don’t let them take all of that money, because it’s supposed to help you with out stuff.

I have taken my truck ( F350 super duty dually) to them and they are the most respectful people you wanna meet- they get me right in and they ALWAYS call me before the begin working in my vehicle-- couldnt ask for better service-- the price per hour is the best around-- my whole family goes there now-- wonderful people...

This place is a joke. They do shotie work on cars. Many people I know went there and then had to take their car somewhere else because they didnt fix the problem but still charged them money for the job. I myself had a similar problem. Dont go here unless you want to spend a lot of money for nothing! Terrible business!!!!

Went to get my fuel tank drained. They had to take out my back seat to gain access to pump out the fuel, and they put the back seat on top of my car scratching my paint. They did the job but come on... dont put heavy objects on TOP of the car then drag it across my paint.
