I had the opportunity to meet some fine class gentlemen who helped me with an important office purchase. The way Al and Ed helped my selection process made it feel like I was dealing with a family owned business. This is the best office store experience I have ever had, and I will always make a point to come back to buy my gear here. Thank you Al and Ed for making me love the Staples brand.

Called the store to check on two items that I saw on the web site.Put on hold 3 times.When they finally were able to check I was told they no longer avaliable in store and no way to order them in.????

What a horrible experience! Went to staples copy and print center for some help. And the man was very mad at me because I didn’t email him a file ahead of time. Said he would do it this time. But in the future he’d reject me. Isn’t that why you go to staples? To have them help you make things. Just an absolutely horrible experience! I was printing 2 words on a piece of paper and getting it laminated. Like how hard is that to do?!?!

Do not take your computer here for fixing. If I could give zero stars I would. Ive been to this store 2 times.. the first experience they guy took me to evert single register and I had no idea how to even ring me out I was buying air pods and he was oblivious to how to do anything a ten minute shop turned into 45 minutes because of your technology and incompetent employee.Second time I bring in my laptop thats not charging, we mess with it and figure out its not the charger. Paid 170 for them to tell me it was the battery. Why they never suggested that to me in the beginning I have no idea. These people dont know what they are doing. They will leave you waiting at the front while they goof off in the back. Terrible experience. Wont surprise me if this store closes so dont even bother with them.

Went for a large format printer. Associate was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. In and out quickly. Store is very clean and well organized.

Needed to buy a all in one printer, online will not give you whats in stock at store....WHY? the store associate said because of COVID. Store associate wouldnt tell me what they had in stock....WHY? because of COVID. Its better to shop online, than go inside a store and wonder around shopping, not according to STAPLES, they want you to come into the store wander around and see what they actually have. This makes no sense at all!

Took over 30 mins to be helped at the copy center. At 10:30 on a Tuesday.... I just needed to pick up a print I ordered online. Even then they couldn’t find it because he said it wasn’t his department. The woman ahead of me causing the wait ended up leaving without her order since staff couldn’t figure it out. Staff needs a little more support on how to run the copy and print desk.

Print department is rude and obnoxious. Even try to use self-service and machine charges you $1 per page if you scan. 150 pages, $150!!! Can buy a scanner for that!!!!!

The need to get floating dest it the new thing but the stores dont carry them. But it was a nice place.

Most incompetent employees of any store Ive gone to. I bought a blue Respawn gaming chair for my son and it was crooked. No big deal. I took it back to the store for an exchange. For some backstory, I bought this online because I had a coupon. I also use an app that gives you money back for purchases. It goes into spending once your payment goes through, and you wait a few days until you receive your reward. So anyway, I went for an exchange and the employee refunded me. I told them that I just wanted to exchange it, and they said they would just charge me for it again. So in the end, I ended up paying more for it than I had online, and I didnt get my money back through the app. Would not recommend going here for your office supply needs.

I came in with my elderly father to update his durable power of attorney cards since the phone numbers changed.Josh, the manager waited on us.After he babied me through making new cards, our order was complete.Later that day I received a call from Staples that Josh wanted to make sure he completed the transaction transaction thimselfAnd requguested we come in the next day.I wanted 10 of the cards laminated. Josh took such wonderful care and concern to laminate them perfectly and was so compassionate and professional that I will never go nowhere else!Thank you Joshthe transaction himself and wanted us to come the next day so he was there.

Absolutely the worst store and customer service I’ve ever received in my life! I would not recommend it to the dog on the street to go there for anything, even if it was my last resort or the dogs last resort! James is absolutely selfish and doesn’t care about his customers needs!

I got a bunch of gift cards only to find out you cant use them on their website.think about it...how pathetic.there is not another store on the world that forces you to come in to use a gift card.I know exactly what I want. its the middle of the week and would love to save time but NOOOO not the EASY BUTTON losers. The tech experts I have to go in and put this huge box in my car during my break. NEVER BUY A GIFT CARD FROM STAPLES FOR SOMEONE. How dumb.

Nice place, if you have a coupon they will give $5 for you playing$20 = $25.00. You have to play twenty or 30 min to cash out and you can only cash out in increment of 5. No free drinks or food the day i went. I also didnt win.

The people greeted me when I walked in and offered assistance in finding what I was looking for. Unfortunately they no longer carried the item but guided me to another item that was similar to what I was looking for. It was a very pleasant experience.

Made the mistake of thinking it would be convenient to go pick up a pc component at the local staples. There were no employees available to assist anybody. I saw that the manager was maybe assisting somebody so I asked him if he was busy. He gave me a blank stare for 10 seconds before saying he was assisting somebody else. Didnt even try to locate an associate. When I finally did find an associate they of course needed keys from the manager. He wouldnt even hand the guy the keys. Then after they probably complained about me in the back room for five minutes I found that they didnt even have the component I wanted. The only thing the physical store has to offer is real customer service and I get what I bought immediately. They failed in both regards.

Found what I was looking for and the employee who helped me was very helpful and courteous.

The printing staff was horrible and unhelpful, didnt help me when they saw me standing there and when I had printed the wrong thing they were unwilling to help me get a refund.
