This Family Dollar seems to have a hard time keeping toilet paper on the shelves. But the staff are always friendly and quick. Like most businesses these days, they need help. Im sure Itll get better soon. Idk. Just hang in there everybody!

What employees that were there was nice. However shelves looked a bit slim.

Place was a mess. Workers just standing around talking in the isles. A lot of product was not on the shelves. As there are one of these stores every mile it seems, I wont use this store nor would I recommend it.

The parking lot for Family Dollar at Arlington and Archwood, wow, It is so horrible. Glass everywhere, potholes, people flying in and out, itsCrazy....!!!!

This place is nasty sad place too go they need too clean this place it looks like a landfilled all the money this company has and cant even clean a place

This store is always clean and customer friendly . theyve been short a few items due to covid19 ... they even sell alcoholic beverages.

Not only is this store nasty inside and out but so are the employees. They are rude and will argue with you. I have been in that store and watched people just walk out with a cart of stuff and they didnt even call the cops. They will close at 7-8pm no note on the door. Sometimes they wont open till 11am.If you have the Family dollar app on your phone dont even bother going to this store to use it. Either the items wont be in this store or they will but your coupons wont work or 1 will but no more than 3. This store has just went down hill. Sucks because its very close to where I live.

Nice friendly store

They remodeled and its cleaner than it was. The employees are also friendlier than the ones that were there last year. Much approved service and better ability to find what I need.

Staff? Friendly . Clean? Majority of the time. Prices? Same as the other ones. More space, more items to pick from than most Family Dollar stores.Bags? Every Family Dollar that I been to has a bag shortage due to the corporation end. No bags or the garbage bags they pull out to put your items in.Only bad review is corporation needs to step on the bag department.

I go to this store frequently to get odds and ends things that I need like household and personal care items. The staff is generally friendly, but the store is usually a wreck. There are items on the floor all throughout the store and the floors look and though they havent been cleaned in a very long time. I definitely go here for the convenience, not the cleanliness.

A fine place to make a quick stop to get what you forgot. They treated everyone very nicely that I saw.

The staff is friendly and helpful but they recently started renovating in march 2018. Hopefully this generates a better product line and a neater store as a result.

Very rude staff behind counter. The guy waiting on me ripped me off in change, as well as the girl behind me. Called me a thief, and when I argued for my money and her money they told me to leave. I told him I wanted them to go look at the video cameras or I was calling the police and they told me I could call the police but I had to stand out in the parking lot that I couldnt wait in the store and I couldnt leave with the candy bars that I supposedly stole. The guy said give me back to candy bars I tossed him and when I was leaving one hit him on the head and he came outside in the parking lot now this was a member of family Dollar this was a worker there came outside in the parking lot and physically assaulted me so if that tells you how rude those staff members are I wouldnt go there if I were you

The prices are low, which is good. I was approached like I stole something.

No bags, dirty store, cashies said when asked, whay are there no bags she said the owners are cheap !!! Done going there. The other lication I went to also had no bags. What the hell ?

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Trash covers the parking lot, trash also all in the grass and inside is just dirty and gross. We didnt even attempt to buy anything and we will never come back to this one.

Pop was splilled on the floor, i told the cashier lady, she never mopped it or even put a sign up. Store is always extra dirty.
