I should have taken these classes years ago, but Im glad Im starting now! Al teaches his students life skills to help defend themself with confidence in any situation. The classes are always diverse and you walk away each day knowing more than you did coming in.

I have been going to the martial arts previously, but this is far the best self-defense training I have ever received. Highly recommended to all women, men, and children to learn Petrosinos effective techniques to protect themselves and be safe in our crazy and angry world.
