Saint Philip Neri is a great school. A big selling point was the close community. The principal and teachers are professional and warm. Their emphasis on 21st Century and service learning are a great mix. There are iPads but students also learn the importance of community service. There is Spanish and music for all grades! We have a kindergartner, second grader and sixth grader. We couldnt be happier.

My son graduated from 8th grade a couple of years ago, and now my daughter is a 6th grader. We have had great experiences with the school. My son required accommodation for learning and they were great about it. The environment is nice - clean, friendly, accessible. The principal, Jessica Murray, is amazing. You dont have to be Catholic to attend but there is Catholic instruction and they attend Mass. They wear uniforms - best thing ever. They had some teachers a few years ago that werent that strong (you get that everywhere), but those individuals have all moved on and all replacements are upgrades. Its hard to comment on the homework - it was on the hard side for my son and so far is on the easy side for my daughter. Depends on the kid. Both of my kids like the small school feel - its one class per grade - as it allows all ages to interact and you really get to know your teachers and classmates. Lots of opportunity to engage in different activities. Generally feels supportive rather than competitive. Its also more diverse than our local public school was. SPN is not just a school, its a community. I recommend it.

We are parents of two children at SPN and cannot say enough good things about the school. From the academics to the caring community of teachers, staff and parents to the amazing electives offered and the chance to participate in a wide variety of CYO sports, SPN has met and exceeded every expectation of our family. Educating the whole child is SO important to us and this is what happens every day at SPN. I encourage any interested family to come visit and speak to our students and principal to really understand what this fabulous school is all about. Go Spartans!

It was terrible not going to misss it
