Unprofessional no one showed up for my second lesson. I called to let them know what happen the lady didn’t know either the one I talked on the phone with and had rescheduled my lesson for another day. The day came and no one showed up again. Don’t waste your money. Paid 195 for no one to show up

I do not recommend using this service my girlfriend used them to start off her driving experience and the tutors are terrible. Her very first day of going they put around the steering wheel with no instructions and said “Drive” on the road not in a secluded area but on the road with other drivers her FIRST TIME ever touching a steering wheel. On her second session she requested to drive in a more secluded area and the instructor laughed in her face and said you gotta drive on the road, they do not teach nor take their time with new drivers DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

I’m giving it 4 stars and not five because my first two instructors weren’t the best but Keya made the experience way better and ultimately made me pass my road test. Shout out to Keya and if you want to pass your test do all your lessons with her!

If you do take lessons here, do them with Charlie. He’s great. I personally had a lesson once a week for about 2 months up until I was comfortable taking the road test and passed. Rhonda freaks out about everything and will make you nervous and hesitant. Also took my5-hr course with them.

The communication was terrible and the front desk representative is very unorganized. They continuously gave my instructors the wrong phone number to contact me, even after correcting them several times. However, if you have the instructor Nakeya Rodriguez she is sure to make you feel comfortable and help you pass. She was the only good aspect of this terrible school, I was able to pass because of her.

I must say i am Extremely Happy with the service provide by Charlie, i Brought my Wife (Claudia)that speaks no English that just moved here and he was very calm and patient to teach and help her pass her road test, with that being said i very much recommend his driving school.

The older woman who answers the phone and who is on the voicemail is incredibly rude and unprofessional. she was supposed to send me an email for the 5hr course and she did not. I called the next day and she was incredibly rude about her mistake. I tried to ask a way she could accommodate me as i had a goal to take the road test this month, there were 3 available tests that I could have missed because she was unprofessional and unorganized. i was able to take my course with Right Way Driving School super professional and seamless would recommend. learn to drive school makes you wait days to pay and receive your certificate. she told me id receive a link which i did not that it would be the next day and then after taking the course youd have to wait til friday to get your certificate ! ridiculous.

I really want to thank NaKia so much. She was super amazing and helped me out so much within my two lessons. I’ve never driven before until the day i’ve gotten in the car with her. I was nervous of course, but her personality from the jump was a big help. She kept me calm taught me a lot of techniques and it helped me to pass my road test on the first try. Ive given my fair share of opportunities to this place but im done with it at this point. Ive had my class cancled on me 5 times now, and one time they didnt even remember to schedule me so I missed the only class that apparently went on since before the new year. At this point ive spent more time trying to get a 5 hour course than I would have if I had taken it two separate times. Between the never answering the phone and the voice-mail being full and calling just to find out if my class was cancled because they absolutely wont give you any clue except the fact you dont get any information from them. Take your time and go somewhere farther if you have to. In the end youll save your time.

Great experience. The instructors are really nice and informative. With just a few lessons I got comfortable driving and passed the road test on the first try.

The man who gave me my certificate was 20 minutes late and there was a line outside the building. I had asked to be handed my certificate during one of the 3 driving lessons I took but it never happened. This service is unreliable unless you have the time to wait.

Trying to schedule a 5 hr class for my daughter with any driving school during Covid was a nightmare, but Learn to drive came through with their Zoom class!  They gave very clear instructions on payment and when to pick up the certificate. I found everyone to be very professional and I was so happy my daughter was able to take the class from the safety of our home!  Thank you Learn to Drive School!

Please don’t go there they are highly unprofessional and don’t know what their doing. I scheduled an appointment at 9am and when they didn’t come at 9:20 I called the receptionist who was even more confused she said that she was running late. Then she called back saying I had to come at 1 which was extremely annoying. The instructor I had wasn’t very nice and he mostly just watched me turn corners giving me limited options. Then when I tried to schedule another appointment or pay even she didn’t even give me an call back. Don’t waste ur money

We signed our son up for the 5 hour course and were assured it was approved (during pandemic). We gave them our contact info and, of course assumed wed be contacted if there were any changes or cancellations. We drove all the way from Brunswick to find it locked, no sign. No one had contacted us to let us know it had been rescheduled (which we only found out by calling). We complained mildly that no one had contacted us and made sure again they had our cell number. We came back at the rescheduled time to find the door locked, no sign. Called again and the lady said it had been cancelled. When I asked why we hadnt been contacted AGAIN, she hung up. They should text or call kids who are scheduled if there are changes. Or at the very least, put something on their website or even a note on the door! Nothing! So unprofessional. We are done with this school.

I had zero experience when I first got behind the wheel but they were super professional and accommodating. I passed my test on my first try and it was an amazing experience overall!

I took my 5 hour course here & misplaced my original. i called and was told they would print another out for me . instead the receptionist gave me the run around for 2 weeks every time i called to go get it . me and my mother both called and the lady was very disrespectful and kept hanging up every time we tried to speak to her . asked for my $45 back and she told us she was the owner and i wasn’t getting anything back . talked to my driving instructor and turns out this isn’t the first time someone has complained about her nasty attitude. Would NOT recommend You go here .!

I did 6 lessons in total, and they scheduled my test. I passed the test with no problems the first time, and I have to give them credit where credit is due! The instructors were amazing and very kind to me. I had little experience prior, but now I am a comfortable driver.

My son took the 5 hour course through Zoom with their teachers and it was great! Enjoyed working with their staff all were very professional and patient especially the receptionist!

This excellent school is the one to call if you want to pass your drivers test! The instructors are friendly, courteous, professional and--most importantly--they really get you ready for your test. I took lessons at other schools but was unable to pass until I found Learn to Drive School. My biggest issue was that I was not a confident driver, but they helped me to overcome that problem with their patience, knowledge, and friendly manner. I would recommend this school to anyone, whether you are a new driver or simply need a refresher. Great people, great service!

Unbelievably unprofessional! Its like pulling teeth to get in touch with them. They post only one phone number and a defunct Facebook account- NO email. When one doesnt get through on the phone, this womans voice comes over the recording machine, without even telling you her name. She says leave a message, but their mailbox is full!! If they want to stay in business they need to wise up.

I enrolled in the learn to drive schools 5-hour pre-licencing course this past week (first week of August, 2020). When I enrolled, their representative was untrained and difficult to work with. They were a kind person, but made it really hard to enroll. When the time came to join the class virtually, they stood up the class and never showed and didnt say anything on their web page or through email what was going on. Things come up, it happens to us all, but it was extremely unprofessional to not communicate with their customers what was going on. The next day, they just sent out the same link for zoom, again, no explanation as to what was going on.5-hour started that night through Zoom, and their trainer was unexperienced and did not know how to operate zoom. The quality was poor and their connection was unstable.They also changed when we had to pick up our certificates during that class, and if we could not show up that Sunday during a 2-hour window, we would not get our certificates.Overall, they were not a good company to work with. They were unprofessional in their communication, and they were untrained and ill-equipped to provide the class they were supposed to teach. If I could have, I would have gone somewhere else. Advice to people looking for a 5-hour:Do more research for somewhere else.

When I first began with the school. I didnt enjoy my first instructor she was too aggressive and I didn’t feel confident which I believe was impeding on my ability to drive. I than switched instructors and worked with Charlie, he was much more calm made comments when necessary and showed me how to parallel park & properly do a 3-point turn.Ultimately, I passed my road test on the first try & I am thankful for the formal lessons that I took. I did the 3-lesson and road test package which was mot convenient for me and a fair price!

Great experience at the 5 hour pre-licensing course. Initially received my license in 2007. Things have changed since then, and the instructor made it very clear what is expected of us on the road test. Very funny and nice instructor. She was very knowledgeable about all things related to driving and the road test. The fact they have classes multiple times a week, expedited the process of me getting my license back by almost a week. Definitely recommend. Do not show up late, or you wont get a spot in the class. Its on a first come, first serve basis. I should also note they only accept cash or check as payment.

Please dont go to this school if you dont have experience on driving. I have scheduled for a learning drive test. The instructor came to my home. She was very aggressive and didnt teach me anything. She is a racist person. While I driving, she said that this is not your dad car to drive as you wish. I just hold the money but she took away money from my hand without asking me. She scolded me while I was driving. Dont take package and dont go to this school. Better to choose another school. I have really very bad experiences.

I highly recommend Mimi. She is the best driving instructor I have had since I started learning how to drive as a teenager. Her 5 hour course is amazing. Mimi is extremely patient with all her students, my first lesson I was a nervous wreck...we pulled over and she calmed me down...my next 2 lessons were much better. For my road test she picked me up and kept me calm when I was a nervous cat, we had a quick practice....and I passed my test...Mimi was so proud. If you go to this driving school...get Mimi...you wont regret it.

Mimi taught my class. She was very well informed and provides everything you will need to pass your driving test. She makes the 5 hours go by fast. A true delight and a wonderful woman.

Mimi was a FANTASTIC instructor for my timid, nervous, scaredy-cat 16-year-old daughter. We thought we would be fantastic teachers ourselves--WRONG! After months of struggling, we finally signed her up for the 3-lesson package. Mimi met us at our local CVS and took our daughter around the area driving in her Learn to Drive car for 45-50 minutes each lesson. My daughter passed with ZERO deductions on her first road test! I had been through many lessons, instructors, and attempts to pass the driving test in the past, but because of Learn to Drive School I finally did it. Very patient and informative instructor who prepared me for the road test so I knew exactly what to expect and what to do. Helped me to get from being an anxious driver to confident in my ability to get myself where I need to go. They were extremely flexible and accommodating of my schedule, offering to pick me up for lessons at home and/or at work and practice functional driving along the way. I had a bad experience with my instructor on Thursday. I am hesitant to give such a low review but I just need to. I am a new licensed driver just received it 3 months ago. I decided to take a driving lesson because I wanted to brush up on my parking and I also wanted to feel more comfortable driving on the highway.One thing that I noticed was that she came around 45 minutes late. When I called I was told that there was an accident on her way to me and that was why she was running late. Ok, I thought no big deal. Second, I feel like she was way to aggressive teaching me. I suffer from anxiety and her method of teaching was not helpful to me at all.She did tell me that she was a tough instructor. I dont mind tough. I had several instructors, teachers and mentors in my life that were tough on me which in turn help me to become better. But I did not see or understand how it helped me in the first place. I was nervous, anxious and at one point burst in to tears because I was so scared to do a 3 point turn.In turn I did not retain a thing nothing. $50 dollars wasted. I wasted a lot of time and I wasted money. Somehow I wish I can get ny money back. This was the worst driving lesson I ever had in my life. It I can give 0 stars. I would.

I took the pre-licensing 5-hour course (with Mimi) as well as drivers ed 3 lesson and road test course (with Charlie) and overall was very satisfied with this school. Great place to practice your driving skills! They worked with my schedule and met me on time wherever I was on the time of our session. They were patient and kind. The prices were also vary fair. The car was very clean. Thanks to them I passed my driving test on the first try.

Charles from learn to drive school was the best driving teacher I have ever had and he did a job so well done I passed my road test the first time around. I did not have direct access to a car so thats why I decided to take lessons. Charles was my teacher each and every time. He spoke in a way that really made me listen and he was able to drill the most important rules of the road in my head.

Good experience on the 5hr lesson, but bad experience of the driving lessons with Charlie. She is never strict when driving, and after 2 lessons I still feel good at my job which is not true. Then my third is with Rhonda, she is strict on me and had told me more in details. Finally I still failed the road test and I am a person who already got the license in my home country. You know, a waste of money with Charlie to some extent.

The 1st lady instructor was not helpful and treated my daughter like she was about to kidnap the lady. I had to request another instructor for the 2nd lesson. I lost my $ on the 3rd lesson since they claimed they were at my daughters high school and they called and texted her but they couldnt send me a screen print of either...they had no problem calling & texting when they wanted their payment in full...

The best place to Learn To Drive. Professional driving instructor and accommodating. Highly recommended.
