The store’s sometimes being messy is more about the customers being lazy and inappropriate. If you only have two or three workers in a store is hard to deal with customers were always putting things in the wrong place. Overall the store is well stocked and the workers there do the best they can given the conditions that they have.

Compared to long before. This place has gone down hill. Always a hot mess. Only 1 cashier at busy time. Long line. And some items are there one month and gone the next. The one on Broadway in Menands is much better, cleaner and nicer cashiers.

I can always find things I need but customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes its good or bad. Hopefully itll get better!

This Dollar Tree is so filthy and disgusting. I cant believe the mess all over the store. This is a dangerous store, so many boxes stacked up upon each other they can fall on someone. A lot of merchandise on the fall someone is going to fall and brake their neck. Something has to be done before someone gets hurt. All so the food items expired and on the floor...

The Dollar Tree at Westgate looks great. The isles were all neat and the shelves stocked. They even put in new very nice flooring. Also large selection of holiday items.

Great place to find knick-knacks!Only bad thing I have to say is that the store is messy. I find that things are all over the place especially at the Westgate location. The Loudonville location is also messy. The Menands, NY location is tidy.

Typical Dollar Tree lots of stuff this time did not have what I want

Budget store with a little bit of everything, both food and home items. All items we bought were $1. I was not impressed by the overall quality but my mom loves it. She claims that the quality is as good as the other stores. If you are on a tight budget, it may be worth a visit. Similar to Aldi in some respects.

Ghetto. Employees are so rude. Customer service doesnt exist here. Very low stock.

One cashier was by himself on a typical Sunday and 10 people were waiting on the line. No help whatsoever

Why dont they take notice of bad reviews to help make it better? They should hire more people as its always running out of things from shelves so they are always empty and boxes unopened on the floor waiting to be put on shelves.

Horrible customer service. Alexis...?...the cashier is unfriendly. She dropped three of glass vases on the belt. Didn’t apologize. Upon me asking if they cracked she nodded her head once as a no without even examining the vases. There was no Hi, Bye, Have a nice day, Nothing in between. No conversation what so ever... Never going back to this store.

To damn slowwww came in to buy one thing and the cashier was so slow the line was building up they finally opened another register but that line got longer than the one I was on they only wanted to have 2 cashiers working and they both took there sweet time cashing people out I should have left after waiting so long just to buy chips

Fairly large store. Could be a little more organized. But nice selection of items.

This place is absolutely unacceptable! It is a ridiculous mess! The shelves are half empty, not for lack of product, the cases of product are piled and toppled and scattered through the entire store. I was dumbstruck! The floor is covered in trash, wrappers, food and packaging.God forbid a diasabled person with a wheelchair or walker needed to purchase anything! It is a lawsuit waiting to happen. This is retail management at its worst! Get it together Dollar Tree! Today was the first and only time i will ever step foot inside of this location! Shame on you!

I work in the area and come to this location on lunch break often. It is almost always crowded, usually with only one person on register. When another cashier opens up, they don’t offer the NEXT person in line a chance to come over. Instead it’s a free for all. I have spent over 15 mins in line, multiple times. The cashiers, except Rosemarie who is very kind, don’t seem to care about customer service at all. I suggest you not come to this location if you’re in a hurry.

Extremely dirty store. The carpets are stained terribly. It looks like a serious health code violation. Not organized at all. But the carpets are awful. Some of those stains are so nasty.

Very cluttered store. Not properly stocked. Youre Better off just traveling to a different location. Bought things here that Ive took home and had the merchandising missing.

I love this store! I have been to a lot of Dollar Trees and this by far is the best! I always find what I need!

Well this Dollar Tree is one of kind. Hot mess disorganize to the hilt. But theyre in process of making it look better. My suggestion is to go another dollar tree in loundonville or watervliet.

Cashier very calm people were giving him a hard time..He stayed calm.

I walked and started to look down the aisles and there were empty shelves and and garbage strewn all over the floors. It looked like a tornado came through and there were 2 employees that I saw just standing at the registers chatting. I will never go to that Dollar tree again.

This place is a disgusting mess. Boxs all over floor. Debree n garbage on floor. Shelves empty n torn apart. This used to be a decent store. Ill drive to the delmar store. Its out of my way but its not chaos.I drove from the westgate plaza dollar tree to glenmont as that dollar tree looked like a world war, hurricane happened. It was dirty, trash everwhere. Bare shelves, boxs blocking isles, they have lack of employees long long long lines. No grocery carts available as the employees are using them to fill merchandise in them. Its not far from work n home but not worth the frustration. I walked out with out buying anything. I drove to glenmont dollar tree was worth the drive.

Besides for the panhandlers always asking for money this is a great store, great customer service.

They are open at 8am. Great to stop in and get paper goods for the job, and still make it to work on time.

This is the worst dollar tree I have ever gone too. It is filthy, boxes everywhere and merchandise all over the floor.

Aisles can be a bit messy and hectic, but the staff is super helpful and nice!
