Great folks run this store. They are reliable and responsive to what you have in mind, or will offer suggestions to what grooming works best for the breed you have. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing groomers I took my pomeranian here after reading reviews and I sure wasnt disappointed! THEY ARE AMAZING!!I was let down by a big chain groomers and they made up for it and earned a customer for life.They are very intelligent and made sure I understood everything from what would be done to pricing. Definitely recommend them!

I have been taking my dog Sydney to Albuquerque Doggie Spa for a few years now and they are amazing. She gets her nails trimmed once a month and my dog has always been scared to get them done and this place always makes her feel safe and comfortable. They use hammocks while trimming nails and it has done wonders for my dog’s anxiety. Her nail package also includes ear cleaning and emptying of the anal gland. I highly recommend this place for nails.

These ladies were amazing! I have a very timid doby whos a tuff one to bath but with their sizable kennels, superior patience with her they kept her super calm and I got back the cleanest happiest pup thus far! I couldnt of been happier with them!

I have been taking my poodle to Albuquerque Doggie Spa for 7 years. During that time they have groomed my dog with care and expertise. I can always count on them to keep him safe and secure. He loves going to see Carolyn and Eve. They consistently groom him beautifully, and are very concerned about his health as well. Once they alerted me to a potential problem with his teeth, I took him to the vet immediately and found he needed a tooth removed. I feel comfortable leaving him in their care.

I’ve been using this groomer for years for several dogs I’ve had. They do beautiful work and are very patient with my high maintenance baby. I just picked up my two hairy fur-babies. They look beautiful and smell incredible. They love their spa days with Carolyn and Evie.

I recently moved to Albuquerque. After a couple of disappointing experiences, I have finally found the perfect groomer for my schnauzer, Blanca. I would highly recommend them!

They did an excellent job on my doodle! I appreciate that they only take one or two dogs at a time and they called as soon as my pup was finished. I felt they truly cared about my dogs wellbeing and were very gentle. I would definitely recommend ABQ Doggie Spa!

These folks cant follow instructions. Brought my beautiful baby boy Yorkie in for a trim and they turned him into a Chihuahua. Not so funny. Use a digital recorder to document your instructions. They are totally and completely oblivious as to what a Yorkie cut is. Clueless!! I wouldnt recommend them for any reason to anyone...ever!

The Doggie Day Spa is going to be the only place I get my doggy groomed from now on. I was SO worried about getting her groomed after being quarantined for three months, she looked more like Chewbacca than a dog, but with Eve’s master Jedi powers, she came out looking like Queen Amidala. I had to find a new groomer as my previous long-term one left the business for a new opportunity. I visited Albuquerque Doggie Spa and was impressed enough to schedule an appointment for my little Morky.I was so pleased when I picked her up and I feel she was treated in a very caring way. Evie did a wonderful job. The Mom and Daughter duo are very friendly and helpful.I have a new groomer!!!!!!!!

Albuquerque Doggie Spa has been cutting my puppers hair for quite a few years now. Theyre professional, friendly, and truly care about their pupper clientele!! I HIGHLY recommend them.

My dogs were way over due for grooming... they took the time to clean them without stressing them out. They were so kind and helpful giving me some instructions about combing and brushing. I will definitely be going back, and recommending them to everyone!

I love this Mother/Daughter duo of groomers. They take spectacular care of my mixed Terrier, Paco. He loves Evie and I know she loves him too. He is very anxious and talkative, which means whiney, but they still love him. I don’t think he would do well with anyone else. They are very caring and professional.

I cannot say enough good things about Albuq Doggie Spa. I have been taking my little chihuahua here since he was a puppy and he is 14 now. This is the only place I take him to. I’ve tried other places but my dog gets stressed out Carolyn, the owner, is so great and caring with him. He’s a difficult dog but she knows how to make him calm. She is very informative too. I learned so much about my dog that even my vet didn’t tell me. Everyone here is very loving and caring with every dog I’ve ever seen in here. I highly recommend them!! Oh and now I take my other 2 chihuahuas here and they do a great job with them. Love love love this place! Will never go any where else.

They clearly love dogs and are attentive to what they need. They made sure my elderly, arthritic dog was comfortable and had support to help stand. The groomer even gave her a massage for her arthritis! Just a warning, the shop is a little crowded and run down, but their care for my dog outshone their cramped quarters.

Wonderful staff! They are exceptionally sweet with our Miniature Schnauzer.We brought our little guy to PetSmart for grooming and they clipped his nails too short and drew blood. He was traumatized and very nervous at the groomers because of it.But after bringing him to ABQ doggie spa for a while, he warmed up and now he behaves himself while they are taking care of him.I wouldnt bring him anywhere else!

The staff all care about dogs.I will never take my critter to any other grommer.
