I have taken Exams and prep courses all over the country. I would invite anyone to Constructions Seminars to see how it should be done. The 5 exam preps Ive done here are my best experiences by far. Many thanks to Wade and his team for being the professionals they are!

This place is exceptional and set the standard for how a business should be operated. They are friendly, very helpful, and get the job done! Christine has been awesome every time we needed anything and Wade is a master of his trade!

The classes are good and help you pass the first time with the materials they provide. The reason for the one star is the lack of competent direction they offer on the license you are looking to obtain. Fees for having them fill out everything are ridiculously expensive. I would fill out the forms and send it in only to get rejected more times than I can count because I was not being informed properly on what was needed. One year later I was finally informed that the person that was helping me wasnt the right person to be advising me on the process!! Shame on me for not leading with a qualifying question, but you would think if someone there wasnt uniquely qualified to direct me then they would have TOLD ME!

Construction Seminars is great! The entire staff are amazing and always willing to help, answer questions, and get you the information you need. If you are looking to get a contractors license this is the only place you need to look. They assist with getting all the paperwork handled and the test prep they provide is an absolute must. I attended the EE-98J seminar in November. I passed all three tests on the first try. The training was well worth the cost. Its a 5 1/2 hour drive to Albuquerque. I did not want to take more trips than necessary. Construction Seminars gave me a good idea on what to study for.

The instructors are great, and I believe that Construction Seminars is the best place to go if you need to prepare for the exams or for continuing education classes. I have taken the classes personally and have sent employees. I highly recommend Wade and his team.

I took 2 days of classroom instruction which was ok. However, the online business exemption was a different story. The course did not hold my attention after the first hour or so. I found it difficult to sit through 15 hours of online video lectures with little to know animation or student interaction. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable but the entertainment factor was just above watching paint dry. I

Our firm has had nothing but success with Construction Seminars. We have had two attend the seminar for their NM Electrical Contractors License. Both have passed all testing and are now NM Electrical Contractors. We have had several of our Electricians take the seminar to achieve their NM Electrical Journeymens License. The NM Licensing and Testing Requirements are supposed to be some of the toughest in the Nation. Without Construction Seminars help and knowledge our success rate would be much less. As an Electrical Engineer and a master electrician and electrical contractor in several states, I believe Im qualified to make this statement about these high-quality professionals. I was there to prepare for my EE98 (5kV and less) and EL01 (greater than 5kV ) contractor licenses in 2017. I was there a full week. I was very much woven into their people and processes. Each one showed me nothing but professionalism. I past all 5 exams (5 because some of them had multiple parts you must pass) the first time, with 90s+!! I realize I may be sharper than the average person given my higher education but the point of this review is to relay that these guys are top grade and will help you succeed. Ive seen several organisations like this, including my own in Texas, and none are as good as Construction Seminars.
