Southwest CPR offered the most convenient CPR course I have taken. I have been CPR certified for 10 year with 5 recertifications in that time, this was my first using Southwest CPR and out of all my recertifications, Southwest CPR was the best. Convenient, friendly, and educational. They make sure you know what you need to know and they make it extremely convenient. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I attended the Hands-On portion of the BLS for Providers course. It supported the virtual course work I completed through AHA. The instructor was very informative and professional. He makes subtle corrections to your technique in order to ensure your CPR/AED/BLS skills are tip top to get you through the next 2 years. Highly recommend if your location/clinic doesnt have an in house course.

Online class was very organized and helpful. Highly recommended for recerts, although an in-class session is beneficial for a first-time cert. The skills session was quick and dirty-- no wasted time, but a good assessment of knowledge. I highly recommend SW CPR!

Great place for CPR training. They have a lot of options for days and times for training, their prices are affordable, and its a good mix of instruction and hands-on. The instructor I had (Jennifer) was knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.

I had to reschedule my class due to feeling ill the day of and they were able to accommodate me without any issues. The class was very hands on and the instructor made sure I was comfortable performing CPR before moving on to the next topics. The instructor was great and the class went at a perfect pace!

I have now taken 2 of the hands-on skills classes (the practical portion of the online Basic Life Support class offered by the American Heart Association) at Southwest CPR. Instructors have been great, give constructive feedback, and answer all questions. I feel very prepared to help as necessary during an emergency situation, after taking my BLS renewal skills class with Southwest CPR.

Jennifer, instructor, makes the instruction very interesting and informative. Her experiences as an EMT make the discussions exceptionally thought provoking. After taking this class, You Are Ready to administer First Aid, CPR, AED, etc.

The review of material was helpful also there was a change of protocols in some areas. Robert gave very clear explanations. It is mandatory for AFAA to do a hands on certification and thats more than ok. with me. It gives me confidence as an instructor to have the First Aid/CPR/AED training.

Excellent Course for CPR-AED. It gets to the point quickly. Videos were good. Equipment isnt just the doll. The doll has LEDs that illuminate when you are doing the correct technique which I found helpful. I do recommend if you have an AED at your place of work, that you bring it so the instructor can review it with you. They have their own test AEDs you use as part of the training. The instructor was a former nurse who has worked in a cardiac unit and hospice as well. I liked hearing the perspective of someone who has walked the talk. The pricing is good. Definitely recommend SW CPR after this experience.
