I went to float for an hour in the floatation pod. It was so amazing. You HAVE to tune everything out. Im addicted. I also am a little afraid of floating on my back, but this was so easy. Very shallow, and the experience is exhilarating. I never spend money on myself and this was a great choice of a late birthday present to myself. :)
