I hate this place. There are so many teachers who need a huge raise and command of there own school. But there are more who need to choose a new profession because dealing with teenagers is obviously not their strong suit. And the whole bullying thing is Honorable and barely anything is done to stop it. I havent had any experience with the other schools here in New Mexico so i wouldnt know if this really is Top Notch in comparison. Maybe this is the best school in New Mexico. But even still, New Mexico is known for having a bad educational system. I dont think that it is just Desert Ridge. I blame the people in charge of the over all schooling in New Mexico.

Too much bullying. its kind of the norm. everyone judges each other. and there is so much more to say. not really any good. good luck with the principle. there are a few good teachers most just give tons of packets

I loved attending middle school here. The students are for the most part very good, and the teachers were all top of the line. Of course, this was 10 years ago, so who knows how things have changed.

I think DRMS is amazing!!! I went there are the teachers are pretty good. I like how some of my teachers made the students listen to what they had to say. My seventh grade math teacher made the student listen or she kicked them out. She basically made them make a choice. Learn or get stupid. I really like the school and how itz set up. The new principal, is a good principal.

Its not an absolutely awful school, but there are a lot of problems. The first of which being poor behavior among many of the students. Its not too uncommon to witness bullying. And to add to this, a lot of students simply dont care about learning. With all that being said, it could be much, much worse.

My daughters teachers are all absolutely top notch and she is getting an excellent education. They bring the best out in her and she is responding by doing the best that she can do for them.

Meh school. Its the best in ABQ though. Too many thots.

I currently go to this school (2018) and its really amazing i mean im accually learning compared to my school in las vegas, Nevada its a great school and the band program is amazing! As for bullying problems there are none! when my brother went there was but he only went for 8th grade. So, this school has changed for the better and i love it

Very hard to have fun here. And they yell at you a lot, and yet so many people dream of this school.

Its good... I guess, mostly the teachers just give packets as homework, its kinda annoying.

Desert Ridge is wack and theres thots everywhere and the teachers are as smart as my dead grandma and shes a pile of bones

The teachers are top notch and my son gets a wonderful education.
