The school is okay but the cool kids always mess everything up for the class/school because there is always people messing around in class and people dont care and when a friend gets in trouble for something their friend always stands up for them and tries to save them. The teachers dont even do their job, kids never do their work, and when the kids are trying to learn something there is always that one kid that never stops talking. I recommend only being friends with the meme nerds. The new band teacher doesnt even teach you. She only wants to make you play songs and Im in her 3rd period.

I was a student at this school. I was in a fight with a girl here for no reason. She just started harassing me. I love the teachers here though. The office is nice. But I would not go back here. I only stayed for a few months so to the kids here. I feel that this may be caused by the fact that’s it’s in a really bad area of the state. But other than the kids, I liked it. Although, I would not go back.

Some teachers use foul language in the classroom. Teachers are supposed to set the example and teach our children to enter a professional environment. This is not the way it is done. When students spoke up about it, the teacher made them feel bad for doing so. Some teachers did not put an effort into the childrens success. Children were making out in the hallways, using foul language, and pushing other kids without a teacher in sight. Bullying was never properly addressed. Overall, my child did not receive the education he needed. What is worse is that all kids are being passed onto the next grade level regardless of their lack of necessary foundational skills. Our city will never prosper until the school system steps up and leads the way.

Jimmy carter is a very good school. The teachers can be sometimes rude to my child. The uniform should change though. Other than that the school is pretty good.

Dont send your kids here its was one of the school experience I have ever had school board sucks teacher both dont care for your child but go out of there way to make there class living nightmare to sit thought not to mention all the kids are just skipping class to do drugs most of them dont even know what going in class and end up in gang by the end of the year most of the activities such as debate and others are up to join but they dont have them but the lunch is the only time things are chill out and when you finally go home are the only good part of this school

I am a student here now 2k18 and this school really sucks. dont come here or take your kids here. there has been too many fights and i aint learning at all i learn more at my old school than i do here this school is wack as h*ll. school grade i give it a F bc it sucks and kids here are bad as hell tbh

This is a horrible school.....my child went to the school I had to pull her out. Theres always fights. Teachers verbally and physically abuse kids. No one is ever in the front office. Not all the students are punished correctly. Principles pick and choose what fights get suspended and which dont. My child was jumped and suspended which I feel is wrong. My child was targeted because of her race. I do NOT recommend this school. It is ghetto and disappointing. Kids have no respect because the staff cares less. If you dont care bout your childs education this school is perfect. Other then that I give it -10stars. School should be shut down

This middle school is horrible school my son was harassed by school nurse she called cyfd on us because my son is little and tried to request his medical records without our consent. Now my son is traumatized and is not comfortable going to any school. I would not recommend your child coming here they have the worse special education seems to me the special education administration just dont care.

This school is terrible im currently a student here and Ive been to the office many times with problems and they always say that they will do all they can to help me and it doesnt happen Ms Chavez the dean of students has been very racist to me and my cousins just because we dont have the same skin tones.I got kicked out of her office along with my mom and auntie when we were trying to solve problem and after she kicked us out they didnt do anything to help me.So i dont recommend coming to this school

It is a ok school lots of bulling and alot of peolpe go there is it hard to get help sometimes i m is the 7th grade i did not like the school at first but once u get use to the kids n make friends it gets better.
