My twin grand babies have been going to this day Care since they were about 6 months old. They are now almost 3 years old I say hands down this is a great place. Awesome workers and great food. They really love and care for the kids. I highly recommend this place . Thank you kids Castle for all you do.

Kids Castle has been nothing but wonderful for our son! We started taking our son to daycare here at 9 months (he is now a little over 2) and the teachers, staff , as well as Pam have been nothing but Amazing! The place is always clean, well kept, and the staff is wonderful. They always keep us updated on anything going on with the school (anything from sicknesses reported to fun school events such as their Christmas party). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great daycare!

My granddaughter started at Kids Castle when she was 2.5 years old and she remained in the same facility until May of 2016 when she turned 11. I was continually impressed with the commitment and professionalism of the staff at Kids Castle. I always knew that my granddaughter was safe and well loved by her teachers and caregivers. Additionally, my granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed her time at daycare.I would recommend Kids Castle to any family looking for a quality environment for their child.

I had my children in Kids Castle from the time they were small 6 week old babies. You can stop by at anytime unannounced and see whats going on. They also have cameras throughout the facility so if you want to know something specific they can show you. In the 6 years they were taking care of my girls we had many many positive experiences. As my children grew Kids Castle grew with them. They have a great Pre K program where both kids knew how to count, their alphabet and how to spell their names. Kids Castle taught them manners and how to swim. The field trips as they got older were great. They fed the nutritional food and taught them about a good diet. The staff is young but they are trained and I never met one I didnt like. They have low turnover, there are several people that were there when we brought our babies that were also there to see out kindergartens off. I was very picky in my choice of daycare and couldnt have made a better choice for my girls. -Mandy

Kids Castle has been nothing but wonderful for me and my niece! She loves to come to school everyday and has so many friends here! Ms. Angie cooks wonderful food for the kids and cant forget PIZZA DAY! :) Ms. Pam is always willing to help with the parents, staff members, and most importantly the kids! They make you feel like family and have warm welcoming hearts. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your child here where you know they are safe and well taken care of. They also offer drop in tours you do not need to make an appointment so go check it out!

I have been going to kids castle since my oldest was three years old now all of my boys are attending and they love going to class every single day. The teachers are awesome through out the whole daycare. The activities they do, cooking projects, music days with Mr. Ken, swim days... And all the family holidays they have are well set up.the pre k classes at the end of the year is just great I have watched 3 of my boys graduate and it always brings tears to my eyes to see how much all the kids have grown since they were little 💜 Every day is something new. I also been working here for 9 years and I can say I love the environment my co workers most of all getting to know more about the families that have attended through out the years. Started out great but started to realize, its a very bad place for your child. If you criticize teachers or even question their actions, your in for vindictive behavior. Teachers label your child quickly and treat your child accordingly. Class sizes are huge, state limit is 10 children per teacher and thats what you get, including stuffing 2 classes in one room. 20 kids in one room is too much. teacher changes without any notice.New teachers constantly for my child to get used to.not so great policies.

I had 2 of my children at this childcare, 1 started when she was 3 and ended when she was in the 5th grade. They were wonderful and carrying. Those that work there would bend over backwards for any of the children and if ever there were any issues the director had an open door policy. Both my daughters still go back and visit when they can, because they are one big family. With cameras in every room as well as a secure door that you need a passcode to get in, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately I didnt want to Mark a star because frankly they dont deserve that whole start. Having my child in this facility was supposed to be a good thing it was everything but a good thing. It started out by losing clothes, blankets and dishes that we provide our children with. Never got reimbursed for any of her personal belongings disappearing I always brought it to the attention of Pam the owner and her favorite expression was Ill look into it but of course nothing became of it. Then we go into the biting mode by law they are supposed to notify us of any bodily injuries or trama that our children occur when they are in a daycare facility. Half the time I would have to take pictures of bruising or bite marks that were never reported to me so that I may show the owner and/or daughter that it happened they would always apologize but that does not resolve the matter. My child has been bounce back and forth to so many different classrooms around the same age or younger so many new faces all the time. No communication, No professionalism, No empathy, no compassion and no sympathy if these are all the qualifications youre looking for in your child care,Kids Castle is the place to be but its not for us and I welcome the state of New Mexico to do an investigation at this child daycare facility!!!!!

This daycare started out good. Ms. Julisa was my sons teacher. He was doing great up untill she moved up to supervisor. Everyday I would pick my son up he was in a different class room , with a different teacher. They would constantly have new staff coming in and out of the daycare, some girls look young and where very unprofessional! The bathrooms are shared with all the kids and are very dirty, they have urine on the floors and Mudd as well. My son was I believe mistreated by staff I got 3 calls in a row for me to come pick him up. The last call I got the staff where yelling at him and they told me if I didnt pick him up right then and there they would call the police on my son (hes 4). Honestly if they couldnt handle a 4 year old how can they handle a whole classroom? I would never recommend ANYONE to this daycred! The director doesnt care about the kids in this daycare all she cares about is the money.**Also they do not prep kids for kindergarten***

On the surface this place looks great. They have a swimming pool, they have a chef that makes all the food. Everyone seemed very nice. My son started at 14 months. First red flag, they put one year olds in front of the TV. Im not sure how often. Then they moved him to the older room without telling me. He really like the two women that were in the first room, even though there would up to 5 different people a day watching the room. Sometimes they would be waiting for more help to show up and there would be 8 kids in a room with one person. They would shuffle them between the older room and the younger room based on how many people were there. My son hated the women in the older room, Carla. I never once saw that woman smile, and who knows how she actually treated the kids. My then 19 month old son strated freaking out every time we dropped him off. My son also cant have milk or soy and it was challenging to get them to look at food labels. Also, they said they went outside once a day, but I never even saw the playground or heard of them playing outside. There is a very high turnover rate with staff, little communication with parents. Would not recommend. We only had 2 months left in our state contract, but we switched to another daycare and my son did so much better.

Terrible customer service. They show no care for hard working families. My child has been going to Kids Castle for years and our family has paid thousands, i was a week late in my payment and my child was not allowed to attend.Pam is a horrible director. She pretends that she is working with you and gets her low paid, hard working employees to do her job.Very bad customer service. Do not take your kids here!

I had the worst experience with this supposed child care facility. My poor 1 year old was bit over and over in this place. I complained about it and the owner promised me she wouldnt let it happen again. It did! The last day that he was there he was bit twice on the same arm. I called and informed them that I was reporting them to the state and that my poor baby would not return. They are currently under investigation for not abiding the states requirement as far as the provider to infant ratio and multiple other reasons. Do NOT trust this place with your children!!!! The owner is super shallow and all she cares about is her money. She could care less about the safety of the children.

According to their advertised program on their website, they promote their pre-k educational program to include all elements necessary to prepare children for entry into kindergarten. While they are a private pay institution, they also receive funding from the state Children Youth and Families Department (CYFD) program for their day care services, but not receive funds for the pre-k educational program. This results in an unregulated educational environment. When confronted with the facts that they poorly delivered services in preparing our child for kindergarten, they chose to redirect the blame on the parents rather than listen and respond to a good faith effort on our part to help them understand the needs of children entering kindergarten. We believe they are making false claims regarding their program, are not disclosing to customers that they receive neither funds nor oversight from local, state, or federal educational departments for their educational program. From our conversation, the local staff is the only individuals responsible for the curriculum.

This place sucks. Do NOT bring your children here, youll regret it.

I have had my 3 kids in 5 different daycares from numerous places we have lived, this place has been over and beyond in taking care of my kids. Pam the director and her awesome staff are so attentive and caring. My daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes during her stay there and they did not hesitate to help and be a part of helping deal with this condition. Mogaly, Pams assistant has been so comunicative with us during this difficult time and I appreciate so much what Pam and Mogaly and the rest of her team have done for our family. They are a part of our family.

Dont take your children here if you want them to be ready for kindergarten!
