Its a huge store so take the associate on his/her offer to help you find something. I needed index cards and discovered a whole new world of office goodies. I was greeted instantly and there was always someone rovering around to offer assistance. This is a good location to find all of your office supplies.

Horrible prices on items, would be more specific if it was needed but seems they feel their products are one of a kind.

Does not even deserve 1 star. I was in store and trying out office chairs preparing to spend a few hundred dollars on a premium office chair. I found two that I liked and was sitting in one (I lost track of time and it was now 10 minutes after closing) when a very rude young man walks up to the area and projects his voice with sarcasm and said to me You know were closing tonight, right? I couldnt believe my ears so I said Excuse me, what did you say? The sarcastic rude person replied with exactly what he had just said You know were closing tonight, right?. Needless to say I WAS planning on spending money in that store but now not so much.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Manager professional. Good customer service.will gladly travel to this store vs the Montgomery store any day of the week.

😑 meh. You just get that feeling of another 90s office supply chain store on its way out every time you go in. I actually feel sad when I go in this place Because I know that like me it too will be gone soon. The future is VR and AR and it seems like their team completely missed it and so we will lose Staples.

I normally like coming here. But if you get copies made there make sure that the price they tell you your copies are going to be is the price they give you at the register. Came in to get 8 simple copies and was told $.16 for black and white copies. I was charged $2.08 for those copies. Nothing on my receipt says $.16. Why so much for plain copies.

Do Not Donate $5 to thier so called school supplys for kids in need. Its a scam and they dont even offer sone kind of certifacate proving that you donated. When you get to the register they will ask if you would like to donate 5 or 10 dollars for school supplys for kids in need. Tell them NO!!! Theres no signs in the store or even mention anything about this online usally when you donate you get some kind of certifacate or something. This is a complete SCAM ..Do Not Donate!!!

This is a good place to get your art supplies office supplies etc. I really like when you walk through the door and they help you find what you need.

I am writing this review and staples is lucky I even put a star. I would like to say that if you are another or any nationality but white. You will be followed throughout the store due to suspicious looks. I don’t believe this is right but obviously poor judgment in ppl still exist. I am an African American with a Hispanic and mix child who felt disappointed. I hate having to walk around with my hands in the air as if I’m accused of stealing. I will not return to this staples until resolved.

BAIT & SWITCH: I went in to get photocopies and asked how much BEFOREHAND. The guy said 15 cents/ page. I said OK. After he was done I saw an extra $4 on the receipt. Whats this? its the rush service charge... What?? Nobody said anything about that. I get that its their priority to charge extra for things but TELL PEOPLE BEFORE HAND. I ASKED for the price up front. THIS is when you mention the extra surcharge, not after! Shady practice. Turned me completely off this store. Hope the $4 was worth it.

Called the store to talk to a representative about printing. The person I talked to wasnt clear on pricing and how things worked. She also didnt for sure know how much a few things were. In addition to that she was pretty rude. Bad customer service, Employees not trained. Things are slightly less expensive here, but if I have to pay for better customer service, I will.

Feeling awful and down, I went to Staples to make my first ever missing pet poster. The staff here was friendly and considerate when helping me print the flyers. Thank you for making my day alittle better with you kind words. Great service does make a difference.

Store must be taking inventory this week, but their people are proactive and ready to provide assistance as needed. My computer-related questions were answered by a friendly employee and he even suggested shopping online because of the free shipping offered by Staples. Impressed!

Convenient corner office store. Pretty good selection of office-related items, not so much when it comes to computer parts, but very high prices ($50 for label maker tape as opposed to $20 elsewhere).

We walked in with about 2 minutes to close and Andre and Sam in the printing department took care of us. They let us stay past closing time to sort out our assignment which was due the next day. These dudes are super rad nice gentlemen. Big love.

Went to make copies and the lady that was working in the copy center at 12 p.m., was very professional. She was very helpful kind compassionate and provided excellent customer service. Great place to go for copies.

Dont forget your coupons! It really saves to be a rewards member. The customer service here is always excellent.

A good errand today. One of the staff talked with me about the laptops on display and helped me find the thumb drives I have been looking for. Oh, and I got the copies made that I went in for.

I have been in the store twice recently and received great customer service. The store manager is really on top of it. I had out of the ordinary projects both times and they nailed it.

Never had an issue at this location, than again Ive always checked online to see if they had what I needed since this site has inventory updates online. I knew what I needed asked the greeter where to find it and I was out in moments. This is every experience I had coming to this location. That was easy!

This is a well-managed store with very responsive and prompt customer service. They helped me find just the right product for my office needs.

I would only give a one review not only because it is awful but because there disrespectful. They think because a woman who has dark skin would steel the place that two guys had to go up to her , whst she said for them to walk away was “ my daughter is here” . I never had this experience before, everything change for me when they this do to me. I am so sorry if they ever did this to you or to someone you known. I am so sorry but not all people have good hearts and especially at this staples and Menaul and San Pedro there perjudice and think everyone that goes there would still something. They have to send three people to follow to see what your doing.

I placed an order for Same Day Pick Up Business cards and when it was completed it said that it was going to be ready at 8:30 PM on that day. They were not ready, I called the next morning and was informed that their machine was broken. I can understand the machine being broken, it happens. What I dont understand is why you are not letting your customers know, you have their cell numbers and their email addresses. The person who I spoke said he has received about 25 orders since the machine was broken and mine was one of the last. You are telling me that you didnt have the time to contact 25 people?? come on now, the price is not going to change, I am still expected to pay the whole amount, and I am fine with it, but please work on your communication skills.

Damnit staples. Why do you have to be so good. I really want to not like you but you just make it so hard to do! these guys open early, stay open late, and have what you need just when you need it. I see why they will swallow every other office supply store out there.

By far the worst place to go ask advice on buying a laptop. They place the least knowledgeable people, with low customer service all around, I would have expected better from this company. person they sent to help was a failure she didnt even know how to navigate a computer nor take me to the Internet Explorer and she did not know what proposition 65 was and insisted it was a virus..lol that made me sad for this business, I will buy a computer elsewhere. Also I dont appreciate anyone profiling me, this store should start from scratch and get rid of the bad apples. I will be making a formal complaining to corporate.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT go in to use their print shop and expect them to help you! They will direct you to use their computer to set it up yourself. Save time and just do it at home on their website, then go pick it up at the store. The work is great for the money, but the customer service is horrible. HORRIBLE.

The copy department has the most outstanding employees. They pride themselves in customer service. I would never go anywhere else for my copy needs. I give a big thumbs up to them.

I just visited briefly to purchase a flash drive for one of my courses, and I go to the front to pay and an older gentleman points me toward the register and says the woman there can help me, so I walk up and put my flash drive down and look around. She’s about 5 feet from the register and she’s on her phone. She looks up after about 30 seconds, sighs, and says I can help you right here. I’m already standing at the register with my item to purchase on the counter. After she scans my item, she goes back to her phone. I’m paying with a card and am waiting for her to tell the computer to allow me to pay. It takes her about a minute to realize this and press the button on the computer. Over all I’m very unhappy and displeased. I will be ordering the things I need on Amazon from now on.

Horrible customer service. I was looking for labels for a DYMO label writer and the staff kept transferring my call back and forth between each other. It came across like neither person wanted to help or check to see if they had my item in stock. I had more questions after I was told they didnt have my item in the store but was hung up on the the representative before I could even respond to him. Needless to say, I wont even mention this store to my associates and business partners as an option of doing business with and even though I live right around the corner I will gladly travel to a competitors store.From previous visits the in store customer service was bearable at best.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever seen. Never going back there.First off, I had gone here the week before to ship something. I spent 10-20 minutes in line without being greeted or talked to, with serious understaffing. The guy who helped me was nice but I was not able to ship because the UPS charge was $25 for a .75oz package and they do not match USPS (no big deal) so I left.Went back the next week to print a few copies for a party. I called ahead to check on their pricing. I hung up after 8 minutes on hold. Tried back two other times. Hung up after 3 minutes on hold each time. Went to the store and got in line with two people in front of me. I showed up at 12:30, pregnant, with four children under 6. No one greeted me the entire time or asked if I needed help. There was one somewhat sulky girl working the whole print center (which is about 1/4 of the store size) with no other help. I waited and waited, two people got behind me in line, one other had been waiting in the store for a total of five people in line. Not once did any other employee show up to help or assist. The one employee working spent 15 full minutes making cuts for a customer who had been there 30-1hour. I heard the hold tone for a caller for at least 15 minutes while I was there. When the customer whose had waited so long went to pay, the employee overcharged her by $7 dollars. The customer explained that she does this same exact printing on a regular basis at another staples in town for X price. The employee explained that their machine wasnt cutting properly so they had to make more cuts then she requested (without consulting her). The employee graciously offered her to only pay half of them which was still way more expensive. The customer explained that she had specifically told her which cuts to make and she had ignored it and it wasnt fair to charge her that extra price. The employee sulkily called a manager over and explained. The manager was extremely rude and rushed and said she should have placed it as a rush order. She explained that she does this regularly in ten minutes time at another staples. The manager explained that because of how their machine is they had to cut it a certain way and he refused to make her pay less than half the cuts. Then he left with no apology.After this I was helped in five minutes time and when I got in the car to check the time it had been 45 full minutes and my now cooped up children had missed nap time and all fell asleep in the car which offset our entire afternoon.Very upsetting to not have in tune staff and rude management who does not vouch for a repeat customer who has been waiting an hour and is overcharged.

I went there Friday to get some printing done. 14 color hard copy quoted at $7.00 was started by the next attendant at over $10. Then she rang up the bill: !14.00 because they did it when I was there. I walked out.

I decided on a laptop. We asked one of the service representatives to get it for us. He called somebody on his headset who basically told him he would have to wait. He was kind enough to ask us to continue browsing and that he would get us when they brought it up front. After 15 minutes of browsing we were approached by no one. So after another 5 minutes of standing there by the cash register and computers a very rude older woman asked us if we needed help we told her we were ready to purchase a computer and were about to leave she got very rude and gave us an attitude so we left with our $400. The sale was in the bag. We still would have purchased the computer after waiting had it not been for her attitude.

Two times in a row, I placed an order online for copy and print services but the quality control made it so that when I went to pick up my order, I had to decline it and come back after they reprinted the order.

The womens restroom smelled very bad and one toilet was stopped up. They didnt have the items I needed in stock for my office. I will not return to this store.
