I went in to print some menus and the Manager Reese is very rude!! She didn’t want to help me with anything , I really liked Penny she was so nice and very helpful and the other lady with dark hair , I think she’s from India was very rude and laughing cause I needed help , that is not great customer service!! I don’t know how or why they would ever get hired, the only nice person there is the guy in printing that has been there for a while , I with corporate would please train their people right, they have a head trip because she is a so called manager!! Ugly customer service I don’t recommend this place!!

Every employee was helpful, efficient, and also incredibly friendly. Have not received such good customer service anywhere in a very long time, I was incredibly impressed. This store has an amazing team.

Friendly staff who are efficient and effective, wide selection of items in inventory, they had the boxes I needed in the size that I needed. Easy returns when it turned out I bought too many boxes and I needed to return the unopened package. Free parking at the front door in the front row by the front entrance. The store was not crowded. I have the option to pay by cash or credit or debit card. And I had the option for an electronic receipt sent by email or printed paper receipt or both.

I bought an office desk from this location. When I was almost done with the main table, I had to stop because 3 screws were missing. So I had to disassemble part of the smaller table to finish the bigger one. Now Im left with a smaller table that I cant use.

Came in looking for a nice desktop setup for work since were all working from home. The employee Jason working the floor was very helpful knew a lot about computers and which would be best for my needs. Five star service!!!

I have found the store easy to deal with. Customer service tries to help you find the product you want and while its been a while since Ive bought a computer , day did have the best prices at the time. however their day to day items tend to be a bit pricey .

Excellent service. Gmail wasnt going through for printing. Dallin stayed with me till printing got done. Great job. Highly recommend this store.

Location is nice. Clean, organized, and it has a lot of stuff you can possibly think of using for your office. Prices are too high.

I recently stopped here to pick up some general office supplies with a coupon. It turns out the coupon wasnt yet in effect. However the cashier bent over backwards to speak with a manager and ring my items up using the coupon anyway. He got me the maximum discount and was very gracious doing so. It seems like theyre trying to make a strong effort with customer service at this store, so they won my business back.

The reason for 4 stars was from the floor help- - it was a little thin. As far as stock- - it had everything I needed and then some.The location is a little funky. It is tucked into the Southeast corner of the shopping center at the corner of Paseo and San Pedro here in Albuquerque.The staff is friendly and the manager is extremely knowable. Enjoy.

Store layout made what I was looking for easy to find. Clerks were nice and courteous.

Needed some office supplies for a presentation I was making. Office Depot was open early and I was able to find everything that I needed. The store is laid out kind of funny so if you can not find what you are looking for, be sure to ask one of the staff.

Came in on Saturday place was dead ask for a poster calendar board 2feet X 3 feet. Was told 5 min. 5 min turn into 22 min. Just ended up leaving because 3 workers didnt know how to fix printer machine & they were on hold with tech support. I tried being patient but time is critical. Im a 28 yr old male. Ight peace

I love the store however something went way wrong on the clearance isle love to check it out every time but there was not one single price on the items or nearby frustrating left the store right after that.

Even before the merging of Office Max and Office Depot this wasnt my favorite store because 1) its hard to get service here and 2) they often dont have something we need in stock. However, that being said I am grateful there is an office supply close to my business, and their prices are reasonable.

Ordered online and picked up in the store. Took them a while to find my order but everyone was friendly.

They are always super slow at checkout. Fairly well stocked.

Changed their hours from one week to the next and closed earlier. Brought work on this day of the week and time during the previous weeks. No NEW hours sign on door and NOT updated on sites like google. Not able to get my work done, taking my business elsewhere.

I visited this location to ship a package FedEx. I spent 30 minutes and they could not print a receipt. Slow internet was their excuse. Terrible customer service. I will not be giving this store any business in the future.
