I made an unexpected move over to E4. It turned out to be a great move! The instruction is clear and engaging. Professor Jeremy, and his coach’s always take the time to ensure his students understand the concepts presented and they make sure you have fun doing it. Egos are checked at the door, and that makes for a drama-free, relaxed, environment, no matter your physical condition, age, or sex. If you have thought about trying Brazilian Jiujitsu, give this place a try. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

I absolutely LOVE this school! Everything from the atmosphere of the gym to the teammates you have here and the coaches’ level of attentiveness is amazing!Being a girl in jiu jitsu can be daunting but everyone at E4 is extremely helpful and has made me so excited about training! E4 BJJ and Zombie BJJ are the two best pure Jiu Jitsu schools in not only the valley but in PA as well. The lead professors Jeremy and Paul are both world class Jiu Jitsu practitioners and teachers. You won’t find a more friendly and educational atmosphere anywhere. Don’t believe me? Give it a shot I promise you won’t be disappointed.
