Mary in the Print Center was very helpful. Although she was busy, she offered to print the document for me when I was having trouble with the self-service printer. I was out of there in just a few minutes. Easy and pleasant experience.

Small Staples thats usually not crowded. The place doesnt seem like it has a lot of workers but then again, it is a pretty empty place. On my second visit, someone came up to me and asked what I was looking for. Thats excellent customer service. Its clean and organized. The items are super expensive compared to other stores like Walmart or even Amazon. They have a UPS store inside and a printing section.

First time using this store. Had return address labels ordered to printed with nice design, priced right. Did online to have a logo added. Ready in a few hours, pick up by friendly customer service at the counter. Walked the aisles to find other items and each Staples person greeted me with a nice welcomes, asking me if I needed any help. Ill be back!

On 1/18/21 a young male associate helped me with a chair I wanted. He ordered it online for me. Was super helpful!

The staff seems very inconvenienced by customers. Youll be fine as long as you dont need help or have to ask a question.

Great customer services!!! Nice and Polite Staff. They help you in everything. You find anything you need for office and more. They also can print you business card and more. You can print it yourself too.Fabulous

...arrived ten minutes before closing on a Saturday night to drop off a package and print from my email (rude of me, but I was in a pinch). I finished a few minutes after they closed only to realize that the computer printing seemed to have greatly overcharged. The print department head and store manager both were very kind, helpful, and understanding. They refunded the over charge happily and with a smile wished me well! Thank you! : )

I have been going to this Staples store for many years. I have had copying done every year and have bought office supplies on a regular basis, including electronics. I have always had wonderful customer service from everyone there, but particularly from the managers. They have always gone above and beyond to explain and to help me get the best products and prices. I have certainly not had the experience of other reviewers. i would like to particularly thank Brad and Wayne for their amazing help last weekend. I highly recommend this store.

The staff was rude. Not helpful. Arrogant. The manager was not professional, rude, incompetent. The staff follows suit from the manager. Worst experience ever!

I am giving this one star review of this Staples for the Manager of this store, although it has been well over a month and my cellphone glass screen is STILL NOT FIXED! The techs at the Easy tech (NOT EASY!) were helpful as much as they could be. They DID TRY although someone listed my order as COMPLETED WHICH IT WAS NOT! This caused no one to call me for almost a month, then when I CALLED, they had to reorder. AND GUESS WHAT? When the cell phone screen came in, IT WAS THE WRONG ONE!!? So, this is the second trip to the store. Now, no one again has called me in over two weeks, I have no idea if they even re-ordered, and I am giving up. The reason I am calling out the Manager is the tech told him about the screw up and the manager basically SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS, barely made eye contact with me and WALKED AWAY. Customer service at this store....I think NOT!

After seeing the reviews posted, I disagree: store staff has been mostly very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable.

Staff was very friendly store was very clean we picked out every item that we were looking for prices are a little higher but its for quality supplies parking was pretty decent.

This store is horrible. Wife went there about 30 mins before close to get something printed woman was all nasty. Said they about to close and come back tomorrow. Serious???? 30 mins left. Then went and got the item printed the mext day first thing in the AM and they were supposed to call when it was done but had to call ourselves at 630PM and it had been finished. They claimed they were really busy with 15 orders. When we got there to pick up the item they acted like they couldnt find it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. That will be the last time getting ANYTHING from there even printer ink!

Worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Only 2 customers in the entire store , stood in the copy center line for 20 minutes without being acknowledged whatsoever. I only needed to make a single copy, probably could have done it on the self service , but couldnt even get anyone to look me in the eye long enough to ask them if I could just do it myself. On my way to office depot.

Guy in copy area was to lazy to get up and helphe just sat behind the big blotter printer and then gave me an attitudehe should be retrained in customer assistance
