I wanted to give up on sending my toddler to school once I stopped working in childcare but we decided to tour this campus and just WOW. My family and I love Carrington. The principal Stephen is amazing!! The communication is 100% there and the curriculum just makes you fall in love even more. Highly satisfied!

My second grade child and now my 4 year old have attended Carrington at this location. I have been impressed from the start, why we have returned. They go the extra mile to ensure the children and staff are safe. Everyone is friendly, professional, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Carrington to family and or friends.

During the current pandemic my wife and I had reservations around enrolling our child in daycare. We were immediately put at ease by the caring staff and Principal Stephen. The staff and Stephen answered all of our questions and concerns promptly and respectfully. Our child has learned and grown so much since we enrolled her in May. This is definitely some place Id recommend as we get daily reports from and can leave notes for the staff through and app that keeps us in touch with the class, as well as receiving quarterly parent teacher conferences and report cards. We couldnt be happier with our choice of Carrington!

Carrington at Atlanta Highway is incredibly well managed and staffed. Daycares tend to have high turnover so you fall in love with a place only to find it’s completely changed a year later, but this Carrington location does a good job hiring and retaining good teachers who genuinely seem to love our kids. Strongly recommended.

Carrington Academy is great. The teachers and staff are so kind and caring with my kid. They also have been very thorough and professional these past few months with daily Covid screenings for everyone that enters the building.

Absolutely love Carrington McFarland! They have been nothing but phenomenal from the Teachers to the Admin Team. Our LO has benefitted in so many ways and continues to come home with new skills and knowledge almost daily. 10/10 would recommend!

We are new parents with Carrington, and we are very impressed with the staff and care so far. Their organization of all the moving pieces, from dropoff to pickup, how classrooms work, and even their online app updates has been top notch, and much better than our prior care providers. We now have our GA PreK toddler and newborn infant with Carrington and I truly believe they are getting a better quality of care and better quality education. I love knowing what my kids will be learning about every single day, and the daily pictures are a godsend during these times for family members who are far and cant come see them as much as they wish they could.

Wonderful, and caring group of educators!!! The curriculum and day to day activities keep children engaged and learning! They have the children’s best interest at heart ❤️

Weve loved Carrington for the past almost 5 years. They consistently push our kids to learn more and help in developing their social skills. Our son is more than prepared to tackle Kindergarten and we will truly miss interacting with his teachers each day. Luckily our youngest will get to experience those fantastic teachers. Cant recommend this place enough!

I think it is important to give a review to this specific center. Since 2018, they have had a new Principal, he has empathy (puts himself as yourself) which is necessary when they work with your child. My daughter was there for almost 2 years. They have good teachers (sweet and caring) at any request they’re always willing to work with you. In general the school atmosphere was always kind and nice to all who come in their doors. Both of our kids have been attending Carrington Academy Alpharetta Highway campus for over a year now and the school has been great to us! Principal, teachers and staffs are very supportive and shows genuine interest In our kids well being & education. The academic curriculum and the ancillary programs are all top notch. As a bonus there are always activities planned where parents can participate with the kids (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Coffees). Highly recommended!

My son is almost 7 months old and has been in the infant room since he was 3 months. It has been such a wonderful experience. His teachers have made my transition back to work so much easier than I expected. I get wonderful photos of my baby having so much fun! As well as helpful tips on when to transition to new nipple sizes, introducing new foods, and playtime activities! It truly feels like Im leaving him with family and friends and not a daycare.

Stephen and the staff could not be better. Our son absolutely loves his teachers and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences.

My daughter is almost 4 and has been going to Carrington ever since she was 4 months old. She a great summer with water park twice a week and a special activity every Friday. She especially liked the petting zoo which had s lot of cute little animals. We recently enrolled our 8 months old baby to Carrington as well, he enjoys every minute and we are very happy to have our most precious treasures in Carrington Academy at McFarland.

Weve had nothing but positive experiences at Carrington! Our son has grown leaps and bounds developmentally since starting here almost a year ago. The teachers and staff are welcoming, nurturing, and genuinely care about each and every child. Our son loves going to school every day and we love sending him to such a fantastic place.

Great school! Very organized with good leadership and kind teachers. My kid was crying every morning when we started at the daycare level, they were kind enough to assign a separate teacher for my kid in the mornings to make transition easier. Have to mention food , cooked every day fresh, served warm on the tables. Very caring team of warm and professional people.

Carrington Academy has been the best school for our children. They strive to have a fun, educational environment for the littles. Even if my child is reluctant to go in the morning, I always pick him up from school with a smile on his face. The staff is always willing to help and they really take the time to listen to your concerns and work with you to resolve them. I cannot recommend Carrington Academy enough!

We have two children who attend Carrington Academy at the McFarland Campus. Theyve been attending for a couple years now in the Georgia pre-K, after-school and the summer camp (this summer was their first time). Theyve had a blast the entire time and the staff have been wonderful. A real call out that Id like to make is that my son whom attends is moderately autistic. They accepted him despite his disability (many other facilities denied him straight away) and had meetings with us to learn about the challenges he faces and how they can better help him succeed there. Hes had a great time and I couldnt ask for more from a child care facility.

Our youngest attends this location and it truly has been a rewarding experience to see her grow. I love that as she has graduated from two previous classes, she still has such an amazing connection to her former teachers (xoxo Ms. Ashley). The love and compassion they have shown her on a daily basis is an amazing feeling as a mom. I never go to work worried about her day, it feels great to know that she is always in amazing hands. Strongly recommend this school.

The is an amazing facility with such amazing staff. They are always there to help and with smiling faces. My child has been attending Carrington for years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this school. I feel safe and assured my child is in great hands everyday when I drop him off. I highly recommend Carrington if you are looking for a school for your child.

My grandson attended Carrington for 6 years full-time and still attends on school breaks. The facilities are tremendous and the learning criteria is exceptional. I feel safe and secure knowing that my grandson is in such great hands. I have personally seen the kindness of the staff and the Director. They are always willing to help with any issues that may come about. The teachers and all of the staff are passionate about their profession and they interact with every single child individually and make them feel special and warm without anyone being left out. I recommend Carrington Academy at McFarland to everyone. It has been a great experience for our family!

I absolutely love the environment this school has! Everyone I encourntered with has been extremely nice, and all around amazing! It’s so great knowing that my nephew is in great hands! I can tell that that all the staff truly loves what they are doing, and it’s a great feeling to know that they honestly care! I would highly recommend this school to any family looking for a great, safe place for their child to learn and have fun!

Both of our boys (almost 4 & 2) started at Carrington in August. We were nervous because they had never been in daycare before. However, all of the staff made the transition so easy for us! They are so kind and caring to our children and we love getting pictures of them throughout the day. They always fill us in on how their days went and they don’t hesitate to reach out when they need to. They have both learned so much while at Carrington and the teachers are always coming up with new and engaging activities for them. The staff have really learned each of my children (i.e. likes/dislikes, strengths/areas of need) and have used those observations to make true and lasting connections with my children. They love going to school and we couldn’t be happier!

Both of my children attended IQ/Unique academy. The owner sold it to the Montessori school on Morris rd. We had such a bad experience there. My son went from no pull-ups to pull-ups. There was never a front office person and anyone could just walk in. Fed up after 3 months I started looking elsewhere and instantly fell in love with this place. They have front staff, a principal, they take pictures of your child so you know what’s going on and they take the kids on a field trip twice a month. Within a week of my son being there he no longer needed pull-ups. The staff is warm and inviting instead of sterile and off limits. My son feels loved and nurtured. He has not acted out the entire time he’s been there and he cries when he has to leave with my nanny. HIGHLY recommend it.

A day doesnt go by, that I dont sit at my desk and think the only reason I can be here and not at home is because I trust teachers,admins and Principal with Ivana is having a wonderful time, is safe and so well cared for. In our eyes, you all are true masters at what you do! The combination of your professional and parenting experience placed in your unique daycare setting are a magical mix. We are so happy that we were able to get Ivana in your program and keep her so close to our house .We saw all the positive changes in Ivana. My son has been at Carrington Academy (McFarland) for over 4 years. We have been able to experience all of the developmental stages with loving, caring staff. After all of these years, the school is like family. I am so sad that we will be moving to elementary school next year because we will miss our Carrington Family. But my son is well prepared for the future thanks to his fantastic (and patient) teachers and administrators. Administrators Stephen and Lexi are wonderful, and have helped us through so many ups and downs of childhood. Also my son loves Mr. Wesleys food better than my own! There are so many wonderful teachers here as well- If you have a Pre-k aged child Danielle and Dana are rockstars. Their enthusiasm for learning is contagious. I wouldnt take my son anywhere else!

Initially I thought it was just me, but I recently caught up with a few parents at a local event who have or have had their children here. Nicole who just a few months ago was promoted as Principal is very cold at heart. She is very in-considerate to any requests or opinions and very rude. I am not sure what NLCI the parent company saw in her to promote her to this level. She lacks basic people management skills or I should say customer service (I know this is a school, but its a for-profit business, not a no-profit charity). Fortunately they have some nice teachers, most of them who really care about children. They are five-stars and will be five-stars wherever they go. Beware that there are some fakes too who just talk and show off but behind the scenes do nothing good. If you are a smart parent you will figure that out quickly. Nicoles sister Ashley is one teacher who never seems to be working but delegating all the work to her other teachers. I could always sense how much biased Nicole may be towards Ashley and the benefits she gets as a result. How unprofessional is that!!! I have been a teacher myself at a day care in the past and completely understand everyones position and situation, be it - parents expectations, teachers on the ground who slog off (not the fake ones who just talk talk and hardly ever work).I am afraid that the quality is headed south. In my view, the only reason they still survive, is because of relatively low competition in the area and some of their teachers (you have to be the lucky one to get that teacher).Almost forgot to mention - this school has had only one sincere, sensible and qualified person in their management - Stephen who unfortunately left and has taken over as Principal of a new school that opened at Avalon.

The best school foe tour childrens

I visited this center on August 2016 and had such bad experience with the Director. The person is lack of professionalism and tact. She was focus on my son potty train status than in create a really good impression to me and my son. I did an appointment with the Academy coordinator Jennifer to take a tour but this person (Director) didnt even show me the center, the first thing she did was to take me into her office to tell me my kid was not a good fit for that preschool because he was not completely potty trained. I should recommend to the management to hire professional and caring people. I communicated this situation to the Academy coordinator Jennifer and I have not received a call at least apologizing. Good luck with your business.

After 3 months of searching and visiting numerous preschools for our 2 1/2 year old. We were becoming highly discouraged. Some smelled like urine when you first walked into the building, others showed staff not engaging with the children, and even where a principal/director of the school showed lack of interest in responding/answering questions.Then we finally discovered Carrington Academy on McFarland. My wife and I had the opportunity to sit with Principal Nicole Razey and Assistant Lexi to go over the 40+ questions i had related to their facility, care, staff, food preparation, security, and much more.After 1 1/2 hours of my interrogation of them, I became more at ease. Then in a conversation with our neighbor a few doors away , we discovered that her daughter has been going there for 3+ years. Putting my wife and I even more at ease.Our daughter has been going to Carrington for 3 months now. During our conversations with Nicole & Lexi we spoke about the adjustments she would go through being exposed to pre-school for the first time.Our daughter is still adjusting but the staff has been extremely supportive through her transition. In addition, our daughter has had 3 different lead teachers in the past 3 months. One teacher transferred to the new facility at the Avalon, the other left, and our new teacher was transferred in from another school outside the state.In our discussions with Nicole, she was extremely transparent. She made sure that all the parents impacted were aware of what her plans were and the necessary timelines. In addition, Nicole transitioned her current 3 year teacher into the classroom because of her experience and tenure until the new teacher transferred in.The teachers take the time each day to send pictures to all the parents (usually 2+ a day for 17 students) so parents can understand all the activities the kids are doing throughout the day.We are very pleased with the structure and curriculum that is being offered to our daughter. She is learning Spanish, learning to trace letters, improving her motor skills, and much, much, more. This week is Dr. Seuss so the kids (and parents) can have fun !!!.Love this school, the staff, and education my daughter is receiving.(One final note: The staff, and Nicole and Lexi, go out of their way each day to engage with each parent as they arrive. They have an open door policy and are highly engaged. They have an open door policy at any time if you have questions or concerns.
