The instructors Krystal and Starla are great! The school has an awesome clientele, so you will get plenty of hands on experience. If you want to specialize in shampoo sets and perms this is the place to be. Their mini boards are nothing like the actual boards. If you are getting close to your hours being done and they still havent had time to do your test outs you will be required drop to a part time schedule until you get all of their test done. They have a rule that if you miss Saturday, you make it up on a Saturday before you graduate. So if you miss 3 Saturdays thats 3 extra weeks at the end of your course. They have rules that only apply to certain students. You have to take 19 test and score an 80 or above to graduate. Catch is you can only take test on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and only one test a day. So if you dont make an 80 you are going to be in school longer. There are also no cameras in the school, so things are always coming up missing. I said all that to say this ... GO TO WADE GORDON !

I just wanted to say this place is awesome! We had an appointment with a really expensive salon. And they treated us very bad and said our stylist would probably not show up. So I took my daughter to exposito’s. They were very welcoming even though we just walked in. Our Stylist was Diego he was awesome! Had the best experience ever and didn’t have to pay a whole lot. Even though his service deserved so much more. My daughter loves her hair and four hours later my daughter couldn’t be more happy. Thank you to the teachers and applause goes to Diego your the best!!!!

I have been going to Expositos for years and have never had anyone be rude or unprofessional. This is a family business passed down over the years and has always given their students and patrons quality instruction and service.

I have been going to get my hair cut, colored (high/low lights) &/or permed here for over 10 years. Always pleased with the outcome. Awesome instructors and students.

Absolutely love Exposito and their staff. The instructors are excellent and work hard to give their students the best education possible. Several family members are repeat customers. Jan and her team are top notch!

The instructors at this institute are rude and unprofessional. Think twice before getting a hair cut, attending this school or sending your child to learn hair practices from such arrogant, uncaring and unprofessional individuals. The instructors allow students to chop off your hair, and if the client complains, they allow the student to insult the client. These instructors teach no etiquette nor professionalism to students. You would think these socially uneducated instructors would know that without teaching students to respect customers, students will fail to succeed. Instead, they humiliate the customer by taking the students side and justify the students actions by placing blame on the client. Since the customer pays low cost for a hair cut, its assumed that the students have the right to say whatever they want to the customer. As soon as you walk through the door, you can sense the haughtiness of the instructors that work there making you feel unwelcome. Avoid this place at all cost. Awful school and instructors. I wouldnt become a client from anyone who said they attended this hair school.

I kept trying to tell them I wanted the back of my hair fixed and they kept cutting it uneven I ended up having to go to a different hair salon to get my haircut and fixed it was bad The instructors were the most rudest ones of all there was only one instructor that was really sweet but she was busy taking care of my daughter making sure my daughter came up with a good haircut which she did but they didnt give two s**** that I literally sat in my car crying they were more worried about closing and getting people out The place used to be really good but has really gone downhill

Great place for a kids haircut!

Ive visited here for years because it on the bus route. Lately the service has really gone down hill. Last time I was there, I had to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes before someone checked on me. I was there getting my hair rolled. The student brought the rollers that had someone elses hair wrapped in them! The student did not notice/care about the unsanitary conditions.I will not be returning.The owner(s) can keep their head lice for themselves.

I am a customer who regularly gets my hair cuts and high and low lights here. They do a great job. The students do a great job and have oversight. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Also is affordable!

I graduated from Exposito a LONG time ago in 1996. I enjoyed the time learning from amazing instructors. Monica was one of them. :) I have used the techniques I learned and I am proud to say that i have been very successful. Kudos to you all! Over 50 years of GREAT teaching!

Very efficient and the ladies are so nice

I’ve seen(and personally experienced) the principals bullying students to break downs for leaving early to attend important family emergencies ( funerals,hospital trips, picking sick kids up from school, being evicted ect.) They always said “Nothing could ever be more important than school” and would make it a public shaming by confronting you at the front door with all the clients watching & listening to your personal problems.I quit going to this school for education because of the manipulative BULLY behavior by principals and the DIRTY client floor.Consider another school to attend/to get serviced at.

This is a great place. Ive been going here for years. Always nice, friendly, and great service.

I brought my mother in to get her hair done, and witnessed the teachers making multiple students upset. I dont think i have ever been here with out seeing someone leave crying. I talked to a student i saw out and about one day, and the horror stories she told me are crazy. even if this place is half as bad as she says it should be shut down by OSHA the health department and BBB.i mean look, to live in 2018 and still run a business that discriminates harasses and bullies to not only the workers but the students and customers as well is completely insane! I hope you can clean house and fire whoever makes this school horrible. in my opinion dont visit work or go to school here until there is a change in staff .

I asked for a slight trim and received 4 inches cut off my hair on top of that I asked for side bangs and ended up with a few strands of hair cut really short! Not to mention my hair was cut uneven!

Would have been an ok place to be if one of the instructors (Vicki) wasnt such an awful awful person. Shes rude, shes condescending, and just an all around terrible person to be around. She has no manners or any sense of right or wrong. She forces little old ladies to wear capes too tight and says that its policy that everyone has to wear a cape.... thats a lie!! She does it for her own twisted amusement, I just take satisfaction in knowing that she will die alone. Jan is nice enough, super fake, but nice. Crystal and Monica are the only reason to go to school there; they are the only ones that actually want to teach and help people grow themselves and its very visible that they actually like doing that they do.

NEVER GO HERE!! Went for a spiral perm and got stick straight hair even though there were 2 teachers helping! Got the worst hair cut ever! Refused to give my money back but gave me a voucher to get my sides repermed because they said the back had curl...no it did not...but why would I come back for a second try if you really messed me up the first time??? Worst place ever!!!
