Nice friendly people, very helpful in every way! I will be returning for all my office supplies and other things. They also offer free diagnosis test on computers and they also sell stamps.

I use the print and copy services frequently for both my business and personal needs. They always strive for perfection and are very honest. Im always happy when I hear This is going to take a little longer because we want it to be exactly right, is that ok? YES I am so appreciative they strive for quality.

I had occasion to be in here over half dozen times during the month plus I was visiting Amarillo and every single time I got excellent service even though my print jobs were small. Everyone was friendly and helpful and receptive. Im not sure Ive ever had such a great experience in a large office supply store

I needed some table numbers and a seating chart printed for my wedding and I originally went to Office Depot on Georgia and they did a really sloppy and careless job. In fear of embarrassing the worker that did the job I left and came to this Office Max on Soncy instead. Dave at the print service was very helpful and knowledgeable and double checked sizes and paper with me, counted the files and made sure he had it all done right before he let me pay. It definitely helped me relieve some stress! I’ll be coming here from now on even if it is out of the way.

I would have given them a 5 but to get a rewards account, I have to give them my only phone number that Ive had for 7 years, only the name that pops up is a man named Gary. As far as stock, they have a lot to offer. Makes a teacher very happy.

Went in a little after 8 pm to enlarge a copy. The guy said it will be a few minutes. At 8:36 the guy said I will have to come back tomorrow because he needs to get ready to close at 9pm. What? I live over 30 miles away from Amarillo and do not come to town daily. The store closes at 9 it should not take an hour to make 1 copy and enlarge it.

I have been in the store at least a half a dozen times on my trip to Amarillo, printing eBay labels and other items plus buying some supplies. I have had nothing but good experiences in here every time. They have been helpful and informative and gotten the job done sometimes for pennies. I dont think Ive ever had such a great experience in any Office Depot. OfficeMax or any other office supply store.

Had a wonderful experience at OfficeMax. The young man was very helpful. We walked in the door had immediatel service.Not like the service we received at office depot walked around there for about 10 minutes .

Hardly any computer related items left. Hasnt been restocked in a while.

Workers wer very helpful as soon as I entered store I was barely getting near cashier and this one man comes up to me an ask me if I needed any help I said yes an told him wat I was looking for an he told me wat aisle to look in an I found it very easy thank u so much the workers there r so helpful

Well organized but rarely find the item I need. For example they have mail covers but not all sizes and unfortunately never had one I needed.

Completely poor customer service went in to return supplies to get the credit back on my card, and the guy clearly ignores me gets our a giftcard and swipes it. So i had no choice but to take the in store credit when I just wanted the money back on my card. He completely ignored my wants as a customer and acted oblivious to the world around him in the store. SO RUDE. I hate going to this store.

Felt like I was being followed by employees and prices were high. Employees were not professional and lady was making the checker move so she could sit on the phone and talk bad about other employees and how she would have to have a talk with each one!

This review is about two separate experiences with the same employee in the print center. She has black hair and purple glasses. I think I heard someone call her presley. She did not have a name tag.The first time we went in there, she was sitting in a chair behind the counter playing on her phone and would not acknowledge us standing at the counter until we addressed her twice.The second time, we stood at the counter for a few minutes because there were no employees around. I walked back to the front of the store and had to have someone radio someone to the print center. After a couple minutes she finally showed up. We wanted to get business cards printed and wanted to know what the price would be with our SPC number. She insisted that there was NO WAY to get this price. I asked if we were to order them, wouldnt she have to give us a total before charging our card? She said yes. I said, okay lets get to that point where you give the total, and then I will decide if I want to buy them. She then went back to saying that there was absolutely no way she could give us what the price would be. After arguing back and forth for a few minutes, she said we needed to go to the front to get the prices. We decided to just go to the store on Georgia. Needless to say, we will not be going back.
